VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! 😔 my nails are to thick and we’re cut to short after I said I wanted them the same length that I came in with.There is no point on telling the nail tech you want it a certain way or to fix it because “they know best” 😒

I drive past several nail salons to to get here. My nails stay good longer and they do great work.

I got a happi pedicure it came with a free design, I got it because I love the wax. My 1st here and they were pleasant. I wouldve given them 5 stars but they spent more time talking to each other in their native language then engaging with this clients.

Great! Except we felt forced to leave a larger tip then we wanted to. Moms nails were a little puffy and bulky.. mine was great. Wpuld recommend but have a big tip ready...

Divine nails has always been super friendly, accommodating and have the most updated nail products/fashions! My nails are my real nails called SNS.

I had a great experience for my first visit. I got a pedicure and the lady was very detailed on trimming the nails and cuticles, which I always appreciate, but she was rather fast with the callous removal and massage. They had many regular customers there that were talking about making their recurring appointments so thats a good sign. Ill give it another try and see if the quality is consistent. The place was clean enough for how busy they are.

Prices are reasonable, and staff is 50/50..... A couple very nice and very talented employees who are open minded and always willing to listen & do what you request exactly! While the rest of the staff is very loud & bossy and refuses to do what you like and will only do what they think is better and doesnt care if they hurt you in the process....... Find the person you like here and youll be fine.

Always love the service I get here. Kristy and Lina have taken great care of me I have tried other places closer to me but i always come back here cause other places dont do it ad good as Lina and Kristy, in fact, I dont have to even tell them anymore, they just know and it is always perfect. Lina is the owner and she is quick and has a huge following❤

Tao was quick and clean with pedicure. Massage was a good amount of time and amazing. He missed nothing. He was friendly. Prices were better than most places. Would definitely go again.

Ive been coming here for years and they always do a terrific job, especially with my Brazilian wax and eyelashes. Lena is quick with my waxing and it isnt as painful as some other places I have visited. Their establishment is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

I walked into salon on 5/5/19 at approx 10:15am There was a man and a woman present. i asked the man if I could get a mani/pedi he said yes. I told him a needed a female to provide my service. He then asked if I had an appointment Clearly marked on the door it says Walk ins welcomed I pointed that out to him and he said we cant do you unless you have an appointment! I have always had the freedom of walking in a place and requesting a female nail specialist. Keep in mind there was only one customer in the salon. I will never go back.

Always schedule and appointment! Very good service and a lot of color options available in gels and SNS. My SNS nails always last about 3 weeks as well as my eyelash set! Lena is great and accommodating.

I absolutely will be returning !!! Not only were they friendly but the guy that did my nails was very fast and did an AMAZING job!! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that. Normally whenever I get a picture off the internet my nails never come out the way the picture is. Great experience overall 😁

Super disappointedI got a gel mani and pedi, the pedi was amazing. But my mani chipped 1 day later and when I walked out of the salon it had already looked like i had them on for a week (that’s how grown out they looked)When I was getting it done, my nail tech literally wiped off my nails and did it 3 times before actually liking it (because she did this you’d think they’d look great) nope!Super disappointed

Although under another name this was a wonderful place. As a walk in I was treated very well. Prices were reasonable and the massage was incredible. The salon is very very clean and inviting.

4:30 appointments for a fill and full set. I let my daughter go first and 40 minutes later when she was almost done drying they call a walk in before me. The girl doing my daughters nails reminded them of my appointment and I told them never mind - wasn’t going to make her wait another 45-60 minutes. She said ok next! I’ve been coming here for over 6 months and I scheduled an appointment. Only Ariana Grande gets away with thank you next. Nail joints are all over. Bye Felicia 🤷‍♀️

I am a nail tech for many years and I dont enjoy doing my own nails, I have been to a few different places to have them done and did not like the results. I was about to give up and do them myself when a friend told me to go to this place and see Lena. I made an appt. and I have to say this is one of the best full sets of acrylic nails I have ever had. I am very picky and she did exactly what I asked for and went 3 weeks before I needed a fill. The price was right as well and a clean salon.

Not impressed with the service. My nails were thick and they kept cutting my family member. They always act like they are in a hurry. We wont be back

I was a regular here unit today. I drive from N. Scottsdale just because I really enjoyed this place. I walked in around 1:30 pm, no one greeted me, and no one even looked up at me. I was standing there for a while and then I was asked if I had an appointment and I responded “no... I’ve been calling to make one but no one ever answers the phone”. Silence..... I’m standing there and the lady just ignores me and continued to do what she was doing as if we weren’t in the middle of a conversation. So I asked her “is there anyone available today” and she said no. There were only two customersAgain, she never looked up at me. I was soo shocked because I’ve been there sooo many times and have always loved this place. I’ve never been treated that way before. It’s was soo disrespectful. I’m NEVER going back there and really regret ever spending money there!!!!! Lena the owner is usually very kind to me but her staff sucks!!

I visited this location Friday morning. I was extremely offended by the male who did my pedicure. I purchased the package that included the calluce removal: he told me he has never seen a calluce on the lower back of the foot like mine before and started making faces as if he where disgusted. I then brushed it off explaining myself- I had played competitive sports for a while and since then... I felt myself trying to apologize in explanation. He then made a big fuss about me selecting several shades of blue for my color. I explained to him that I needed to find the closest match to the example nail design I brought. He was loud and made me look as if I had all the colors because I couldn’t make up my mind. When it was time to paint the toe nails I showed him the picture, the big toe white the others blue there was a design on the big toe in the picture, I told him I did not one that particular design. Then after he was fished painting he began applying the top coat said “wait, I still want a design on the big toe just not the one in the picture” he started PMS ing. “Oh so now you want design but you said you didn’t want design...you can’t make your mind up... you choose lots of colors...you don’t know what you want...” I said “forget the design, I know what I want. Trust me” he put the top coat on and I said “im ready to go, where do I pay...No I no longer want to get a gel set on my finger nails. I don’t have time to be disrespected” I paid $33 for the pedicure, I even gave an undeserved tip. And I said bye. I’m so done with this place he was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Very disrespectful. I don’t know if it was a racial thing because I am of African decent but I have never felt so mistreated. If I could give zero stars I would. SMH

Very poor customer service. My 9 year old daughter wanted two lines painted on and the man was very judgmental about it, asking why,what kind of design is it,trying to make her do something she didnt want. Speaking different language making you uncomfortable and the list goes on. Made our day bad . Will never return.
