We decided to take a chance and stop by. They took both myself and fiance as walk in and treated us very well.The prices are comparable to most other nail places. However I enjoyed the $59 pedicure. So many option and the fresh fruit rub was different and amazing.

Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and nowadays I feel like its very hard to find a place that does nails very good and that truly cares how the customer feels about it. But I can genuinely say that I have FINALLY found THE best nail salon. I do not live close by this place but its worth every mile I drive. Henry did my nails and he was very professional, funny, detail oriented, and very friendly. He has 21 years of experience doing nails. HIGHLY recommended place to get your nails done!

This nail salon is the best salon I’ve ever been to! The people there are very nice and they’re excellent at what they do! I would recommend coming here. I definitely would come here again for sure!

Let me start out by saying the staff is so nice, and the atmosphere was good- but this is probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. They didn’t do my cuticles, and also didn’t put polish evenly to my cuticle line so it looks like they’ve been growing out for days/looks very uneven. I pushed my cuticles back to the “natural” line in the second pic- where they would be if they were trimmed. Not worth $17

Amy did an amazing job on my eyebrows and Kathy was a delight for my manicure. I am very pleased with the results 😀. Highly recommend, I will be trying a pedicure next.

I am always skeptical of nail salons but Chloe is great. So clean and very professional. Had my nails done for my wedding and they were stunning in our photos! Reasonably priced as well.

Chloe Nails & Spa was very pleasant and polite, she was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. There was a great variety of dip colors. The service was quick but great quality. My dip nails looked amazing. Great service!

I didnt find them to be any better than anywhere else. Staff seemed nice but I am not paying for personality, Im paying for quality work and skill. None of which I got. Im not saying that nobody should go because you may enjoy it more than me.

We’ve been going here for years and it’s been on and off again with service. And honestly I hate to leave a bad review cause the people are so kind but after my pedi yesterday I knew she cut them too short and I now have a pretty bad ingrown toenail that’s causing a lot of pain. Also the last two times my gel has chipped within the first week.I wouldn’t have said anything but getting an ingrown shouldn’t be happening. I’m going to end up finding another place but sad because it’s been my go to for the last 6 years.

The owner/ manager mean, unprofessional, doesn’t even know how to speak politely to the client, he made me soak for 30 minutes after that he says that my nail tech she has an appointment lol.I already called earlier and asked if I need to make appointment this same day and the same man on the phone told me you don’t need to I know him for sure because I’ve been there before, if I can give this spa 0 stars I’ll for there nasty owner.

Fair prices and the pedicures are wonderful. You have to be picky about who does your nails and toes, there are some less than average talent.

It was a good experience for the most part nice chairs, reasonable prices and clean. My only complaint is my nail tech started talking to someone else while doing the callus removal and over scraped one area causing a skin abrasion.

Just had my nails done today and was impressed with the salon. Very clean andSteps were taken to prevent covid. I will return as a satisfied customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had been a client of this establishment previously known as Tinas Pro Nails and Spa for over 6 years and had the same tech Stephen for almost as many years, when it was purchased by the new owners Chloes Nails and Spa. Since the new owners have taken over I have had my appointment scheduled several times on days my tech did not work or was scheduled to be off and was not notified until I showed up for the appointment. As well as since the new owners have taken over this business they also shove their new nail color books in your face to pick a color from, they also have their previous color examples but they NEVER have you choose from them anymore. At my appointment prior to my most recent one, the owner started my nails for Stephen due to he was running behind and rather than removing the lifted product off my nails she glued it down and Stephen then proceeded to fill them in. Any one with commen sense knows that the glue will only hold for so long and your nails will lift again. Which of course happended to me, so when I went for my recent fill in, Stephen rushed through my nails and I was handed the color books and instructed to pick a color which I did, then when Stephen was ready to polish my nails he says We dont have that color, pick anotherone and and again hands me the book and walks away, since I had a design in mind I began to look for another similar color, I looked through the books and their other color examples to find the color and finally settling on the closest I could find. Stephen proceeded to rush through my fill and then polish. My nails ended up too thick and he was having issues with the polish drying and had to remove it and repolish a few of my nails twice. After I paid and asked to schedule my next appointment the manger calls up Stephen and he tells me he can no longer do my nails because it takes HIM too long! Now please tell me how it is my fault that the nail tech takes too long or the shop did not have polish available and I had to pick another color or that the polish would not dry?!?! Just plain BS! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!

This place is under new management! How do I know this? Because i followed Amy and Scott from their former salon! I have been going to Amy for my nails for almost 2 1/2 years now. I moved to Phoenix from Chicago about 3 years ago and am so happy that I found them! They dont rush you unlike some other places and as long as you communicate what you want or in a hurry they will do their very best! Ignore the former negative reviews only because they are from the former management. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other salons.Basic pedicure $25 *they have more options but i just add the callus removal so its $30.SNS dipping powder i think is 38 but worth it bc i feel like its thinner than acrylics but just as strong!They are very welcoming and if you struggle with picking a color, scott is your guy!**i posted this on Yelp too, i just love them SO much!
