Went to get a manicure, he literally did not buff my nails before applying the nail polish. I had asked for a French manicure tip, I didnt like how it looked so when I said something he started talking about me to his people. He took off the white polish but left it all around my nails. Do not come here, spend your money elsewhere.

They said it would be a 10 to 20 min wait.1 hour and 40 min later.I would have left but my granddaughter was getting married that day.All I ask is honesty....

The lady who cut my nails cut more than half of my real nail off I’ve never had anybody asked to cut my nails and not clarify on the length I wanted not just to go straight in and chop it

I had went for my first time, never returning my nails started coming off and get stuck to my skin,ripped off my real nail tips the worst experience Ive had now I have to wait to get my nails done since I have no tips they are to short they hurt

First time going and it was a Very short wait time and very relaxing experience. The lady who did my full set asked me every few minutes if it looked okay and I appreciated that. The woman who did my toes did an amazing job at massaging my feet ☺️ Quiet and calm environment. Relaxing music too. Definitely will be going there again

Good nail salon, I went here to get my nails fixed before bowling. They have ventilation, which helped reduce the fumes, but overall it seemed a bit unhygienic. I say this mainly because the nail tech who did my nails filed them down on top of a towel that contained nail clippings from a previous client. The store itself seemed clean, but I worry about the sanitation of the tools. However, my nails look great and the service was cheap.

If there was a lower score I would have put that. I really hate to be that person but here is my horror story of my first pedi. 1st they schduelded my appointment Sunday @ 10 am, they dont open till 11. 2nd the lady rips my big toe open && its bleeding doesnt say anything about it. 3rd they wash their tools in the water they use to wash my feet. 4th immediately try rushing you out while asking if Im going to tip. 5th my toe is now infected, my hospital bill ran to $100. They asked me to cut the girl a break && only refunded me $50. Terrible place to go if you are looking for even decent service. Just as a heads up guys.

Best leg/foot massage ever

Use to be a good shop but all the old tech are gone and it not as professional as it use to be. I waited for 40 minutes some one walked in and was able to be taking right in before me because she had family there. I asked why and they couldnt tell me I was embarrassed so I left and would not return!

Really unhappy, had my nails done the morning just gel and by the afternoon my nails where peeling off.I will not support them again.

This was my first time going to that salon they didnt give time to talk when one lady told me close when i saw time was barely 430 amd she say we close on the website say 700pm amd she told we close that not right for them to treat people like this specialy new client say wr close that was disrespectful amd nasty behavior for them to do that so i want to tell everyone this people are not nice for doing this to a client if the see someone with tattoo right away they dismiss u because u are not client stereotype u right away

Ive been coming here since 2007. I have never had any issues at all. The pricing is reasonable the wait time is as expected in a nail shop. The nail techs are mostly all friendly & do a good job. I rarely ever get a full set, I have in the past & Ive always loved how they come out. My visits always consist of pedicures. You get your moneys worth, they do a decent job. Inside is rather on the small side but it works.

Got my nails done Saturday its Monday and they are chip . Went in to let them know I need them redone. They didnt like the fact they had to redo them . That I work too much thats why they chipped . I havent even been to work. And the next time it happens they will not replace them no problem . I will not be returning any time soon worst customer service ever .

The salon is very clean with modern equipment. Lots of service personnel who are friendly and efficient. Ive been going for 3 years.

So mad. I havent done my nails in four years and I got to get them done and they are horrible. Nails not on straight, paint messed up, they charge way to much. Thats just on me. My sister and my nieces were uneven, not the same length, paint bad and with my daughters they made them uneven and too short. I dont recommend this place to no one that wants their nails done.

They do them to fast, the workers dont even talk to you. Nails are always crooked.. Most of the colors are empty and dry.
