I contacted h&r block on January 2nd 2021 advised them that on my 2019 return one of my dependents had been taken off she stated that they would start an appeal and I would have to sign and give my direct deposit information that she would contact me after she wrote up the appeal I drove over to Mexico Missouri last night and the lady stated that a gale would contact me today being January 8th 2021 still no call and will not answer the phone so good job h&r block you lost my business two others and my company business

I cant walk as I had to call. The woman said Ill call you right back and never do

We have used H&R Block for years and have always been satisfied.

My fathers family were pioneers to this area of Missouri. Many generations lived in Mexico, MO. My father moved from South Street recently and this office has been NEGLIGENT in their duties. I aim to file a complaint with the Attorney General if this is not resolved ASAP!

The person doing my taxes were wondering but the person at the front desk was just rude when she talked or talked on the phone with me she seemed like she didnt wanna talk and was hurrying our conversation. Thats what made my experience terrible.
