They were able to get me in right away but I felt rushed by my tech. Also, given that the design was mostly perfect the quality was less than Ive ever experienced. I have visible particles Im my dip nails. I tried to tell her I needed to was my hands before she started to finish out but she refused. When I pointed out the flaws and unevenness of the nails she insisted that she knew what she was doing and that it would all be good in the end.To no avail, I left with $70 worth of nails that look good in pictures and from a distance but lumpy and bumpy up close. Everyone was nice though and the owner was very sharp and accommodating. She will be the one I let do my nails if I decide to return.

Subpar and rushed nail job. Not worth it. Could do a better job at home with one of those nail kits you buy from Amazon.

Definitely the top worst salon in Glendale. Better to do your own nails than waste time with the employees at this unsanitary salon, specifically hasmik. She has no idea how to do nails and her attitude will make you hate the salon altogether. Hasmik was incredibly rude and the owner did not even bother to apologize for hasmik disgusting and disrespectful attitude. If you want to go to a salon to get attitude from an employee, then go ahead. If you want a REAL nail technician, go absolutely anywhere else. Very dirty salon

If I could give this salon a 0/5 I would. Hasmik is the most rude and disrespectful employee. She is dirty and does not clean her tools and her attitude makes me disgusted of the salon all together. I will personally see to it that the health department is aware of the insanitary work done at this salon and that a board inspection is scheduled. Horrified and disgusted by hasmik work. Her license should be revoked.

WORST nail salon of all time. Hasmik is a disgrace to the whole salon. Her attitude is disgusting and the ownee was no help. She is very disrespectful and dirty and made a whole scene in front of everyone. Destroyed my nails and any other nail technician that looked at it said its disgusting. HASMIK needs to be reevaluated and needs ri have her license revoked. I will make SURE to contact the board and the health department to inspect this salon. Needs ro be shur down for their unsanitary salon and their lack of education on nails.

Very terrible, I do not recommend this. The attitude and the costumer service and the manicure were not worth the price. I think her name is Geghetsik, but she refers to herself as Gigi, well, DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR FINGERS!

Take it or leave it! I think their expectations are for them to be pleased rather than the customer. Easily offended by customer feedback. The owner has absolutely no goals for customer satisfaction.

I’ve gone twice with some intricate design inspo and both times they’ve delivered!Jay and Hasmik are patient and skilled manicurists and artists. They also answer their DM’s very quickly. Will be going back again and again.

I have been their customer for 3 years, and I am done with them. For the last 6 month their service became horrible. They forget to mark your appointment, they double book their technicians and then make you wait or cancel on you. They change your technician without letting you know. They make you wait for 40+ minutes for an already booked appointment. They yell at you for their mistakes instead of apologizing. And I got a nail infection when the manager did my nails about 2 months ago. I am 100% done with this salon. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Great salon, great service, close to home..

The first time they did my acrylic nails, five of them completely fell off. They did them the second time at no charge, but three of them broke off a few days later and one lifted. They refused to fix the broken nails although it was their poor quality. The lady who I think is the owner said that they only guarantee their nails for one week. If you go, good luck.

Nails Paradise is the only nail salon I trust to get my nails done, particularly after the COVID19 pandemic!From the very beginning, they have been very sanitary & clean, but this is especially true post-COVID. There are dividers in between every pedicure chair, a full clear divider at the manicure station, and everything is constantly sanitized before & after a customer is seated.As for the quality of their work, I have never had an issue. Gege does my nails & it always, always comes out even better than I hoped for! I can show her a picture & she immediately knows what colors to pick out, what adjustments should be made based on nail length, skin tone etc., & executes it flawlessly.My pedicure is usually done by whoever is available at the time & its always very well done. This is especially true if you are prone to ingrown nails as I unfortunately am, because they do a great job of getting them out every time!I love this salon & 100% recommend it to anybody considering coming here!

This place is so clean. Everyone is so friendly. I called ahead and was able to come on within 15 min. Lynne was my nail technician and she was AMAZING! She is the best. Definitely coming back!!

I always get my nails done with Cathy. NEVER been disappointed, she deserves a fantastic review. i bite my nails, its inevitable, when i go to her she doesnt make me feel guilty or ugly about them. Instead she does some of the most fantastic sets Ive had. Blessed to have met a Lady like her. Shes very passionate about nails and it SHOWS. She can also do such fabulous nails arts and apply clean decals. She is classy and can help with color scheming as well. Im so happy here I will not go elsewhere and I 100% recommend. Ive been to several nail salons and this is my favorite one in Glendale. Everyone is so sweet and really great at what they do. Im a regular and its always best to make an appointment.

The 2 stars are for the nice lady, Donna. She did the pedicure. Other than that, I will not recommend the place. I could not find words to describe how haphazardly my nails were done. Also, the fingernail cuticles were untouched.

It was my first time at nails paradise and I absolutely loved my first experience here, all the ladies were so welcoming and sweet. I definitely felt comfortable. I recommend the nail salon for everyone 💯 percent. The best!

My acrylics were done improperly, the shape & length was uneven on each nail, Valentine cut my cuticle skin & made it raw so many times, i had acrylic powder & super glue around my nails for a couple days, the nails starting lifting after a week & when i took them off each of my natural nail was ripped off with the acrylic nails. my fingers hurt & they’ve got a lot of healing to do. also they never made me aware of the price raise for the length of the nail & charged me an extra $15 AFTER they finished. never going back here.

Horrible quality horrible answer of the owner at YELP !!! I left a review about my experience that my nails kept falling of the same day and she replied to me with the same text that she replies to everyone of course they got my money lol WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! If you wont to save your time, money and health stay away from here I had to cut my nails because one was deformed the other two felled off and all she could have replied was a copy pasted speech..

I had made an appointment with one of the girls to do my nails, when I got there they gave me somebody else saying the requested girl is busy with another client! Unprofessional! And this girl did a lousy job. I will never go back there nor recommend anyone to go there.

We have done business with Nails Paradise several times. They have such unique talent, UNLIKE any other nail salon I have seen. They are very classy and detail oriented. I love this place and I have recommended many people to come here.

Just decided to stop by because my usual salon closed and this place was the closest to my house. I was initially going to get a manicure but decided to also get a blow dry as well. I came in during the afternoon and the place wasnt too packed so I got seated pretty quick. The manicure was so fantastic I think Ill be a regular here! Her name was Gege and she was absolutely, hands down the BEST!

Love this place. Busy. Crowd, but they do excellent work. My mani/pedi lasted the longest they ever have and my nails actually grow. Id love to come more often, but unfortunately its far just went this one time to join my little sister for some bonding time.

Nails Paradise Spa has been doing my manicure for a few months now & my nail quality & growth has improved incredibly! I get a pedicure every two weeks and the ladies always remove my cuticles and make the process so comfortable for me. I love it here and will never go to anyone else besides Gege!

I had a wedding in burbank so I needed to get my nails done VERY last minute.I walked in to Nails Paradise and was so happy that they had time to take me in.  They took me in and did an excellent job! I did gel nails over 2 weeks ago and they STILL look amazing! I am so so happy that I found this place.

Very beautiful salon. They offer many services including blow dry, eyelash extensions, facials, and several nail spa treatments. I highly recommend Nails Paradise and am very pleased with my results.

Color selection is not great. Manicurist seemed to not know what she was doing. I get gel on natural nails. She noticed a break on my middle finger, said she would cut it. She went ahead and applied base coat. I asked her about cutting it and she said she would just glue it (rather than cutting it and starting over, which is what she should have done)? Like, you cant really glue natural nails. So, she went ahead and glued it. Instead of telling me they were done, the ladies just walked away. So i picked up my stuff and put my shoes on (at my regular salon, this is all done for you). I noticed the crack in my nail coming through the gel and asked that it be fixed. At first she refused and then brought some clippers and cut it, finally. But she did not repair the polish. So, i now have one nail that needs to be redone. For $50? Nope. Nah. Go somewhere else

Nails Paradise is my favorite nail salon in the area. They are very clean and professional, with very reasonable prices. All of the manicurists are fabulous and friendly!

Came to Nails Paradise for several events for my show. I was very pleased with my results and I am in love with the decor in the salon. They do eyelash extensions and amazing nails! They post a lot of their work on Instagram as well.

Came here because of the great reviews. Im sure theyre a great salon but I felt like I wasted money. Spent $40 on a powder dip manicure (at other salons they last me 3ish weeks), after 3 days two nails cracked, then at a week three nails chipped. Unfortunately it was the worst powder dip manicure Ive had.

When someone tells you the water is too hot.... Perhaps your response should NOT be it takes too long for the cold water to drop, its fine, get in My mom and I fully intended to get our full set nails and pedicures today. We walked out with pedis only. The one that walks around handing everyone coffee and water to their liking, determined all of us dont deserve an offering. I guess I didnt look thirsty enough.Another woman walked in after we did and they started on her pedi and nails at the same time. I had to complete my pedi and had to wait for my nails. How awful! What poor customer service. My sister lives in this neighborhood, no wonder she doesnt come here.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
