Always clean. They keep the washers and dryers in good order. They do have bathrooms they keep those clean. Free laundry soap if you need it. They do have snack machine and a drink machine. The drink machine can be fussy and prefers exact change. Overall the best most well maintained laundromat in imo.

Love this place. Washers are strong cleaning and kept very clean. The whole place is clean. They also give ya free laundry soap if ya want it. They have washers and dryers you can use your card on to....no more baggies of quarters!

Washers are $2.50 now, used to be$1.50 Tuesday- Thursday. But now all dryers are free.

Nice staff, answered questions about the different priced washers, its per load like some can do 4 loads in 1. I even left to run an errand while it washed. Dryers are 25 cents per 6 min.

Very clean with alot of washers and dryers. Very nice clean vending machines for snacks and one for sodas. From small washers all the way up to very large washers and same with dryers. And they stay open until 11pm with last load cut off time 9:45pm

Always friendly help. Always clean. Nobody bothers you and most customers are friendly as well. There are a lot of regular customers here that have been coming for years.

My dryer broke and I had to go to a laundry mat. It was nice, clean, and lots of machines and not busy when I was there.

For the most part this is your average run of the mill laundromat, I like the fact that they have little keypads on the front of all their machines which allows you to use your debit/credit card(not many laundromats have this feature-most are all coin operated) My only drawback with this particular Laundromat is they are proud of their machines and pretty pricey. $2.25 for your normal sized load to wash.

I like this wash house bc the workers keep it clean and everyone mine their own an they are there to wash and get out.. wash in peace if you like!

I went here and my clothes smelt worst then when I brung them in like bad sewage or mildew I literally put enough soap in the compartments the dryers had gum in it. Might be a good place for some just had a bad experience I will not be back !

Clean, lots of washers and dryers multiple sizes. They have free detergent as well if you need it.

This is the only location in Independence that has machines that accept debit cards!!! This is also the only laundromat that I go to!!! The employees are always nice and their facilities are always clean!!! And one time I forgot my laundry soap and I learned that they have free laundry soap for customers to use!!! They are so thoughtful!!!

I use this place most every week. This week, quite a few machines were down, several not taking coins. Also there are several machines that have mold and mildew in the door window. Some have a strong odor. They are on the left side. I agree staff is friendly, dryers are great, and I enjoy the great price break Tues, Wed, and Thur.

One of these best laundry mats I have ever been to. Fast quick and easy. You can use quarts, or you can use your debit/credit card. They have over 40 washer and dryer. It also was very busy place.

They have alot of machines making it easy to come in and find multiple available machines if you need to do multiple loads at once even if theyre busy!!

This was a first visit and this place is huge with a variety of sizes in machines. They also offer FREE detergent during visit. Almost want to keep it a secret. Its May and still like coming here due to the variety of machine sizes and most if not all are in working condition. Forgot to mention before that it has an ATM machine and a change machine that will breakdown bills $5-$20 along with having a 2-3 coin machines.

Second time I have noticed this that the lady that should be working is playing that quarter game, (which I would say that they are quarters from store)she had 6 dryers going and 3 of them sit there done and she still was busy playing, wish I had a job I could do that all night, always in evenings

One of the best car washes in Independence, use your card as I think you get better run time. This place is clean and the bays are clean as well. You dont pull in and the bay is full of mud or trash like others.

If you have to go to the laundromat, this is not a bad place to go. They have various sized machines that can handle your big loads and comforters and such. They have specials like $1 wash day. They also will provide free laundry detergent. The staff are friendly and helpful and spend a lot of time keeping the place clean. There are tvs, a pop machine and a vending machine for snacks. I recommend this place

First visit here. Only thing was, picture on website had a photo saying Saturdays and Sundays are a free wash. I came in on a Saturday, cost me $6 to wash which is still in. Do not know about the dryer.

Usually clean unless people are terrible at picking up after themselves. Decently priced. (best price in the area) and great people working there that make simple conversation when you are alone if you spark it up.

They have free soap and bleach. The machines are in good condition including eight load washers and tv while you wash. The attendant was very nice.

Relatively clean. In need of minor repairs. The price to wash Tuesday through Thursday is really good at just $0.75. My biggest concern is that they dont stock soap in the bathroom.

They have a washer that washes 10 loads off clothes at a time for just 11$ that like getting 10 loads for 1.10$ which is ultimately a lot cheaper than washing one loaf for 2-3 dollars. And they have free laundry detergent. Both regular and sensitive skin. Its great place with free Wi-Fi as well

Ive only been here twice just use the dryers both times have been at night time isnt a lot of people there at night I can get what I need done and get up out of there but other than that they got a lot of washers lot of dryers high price vending machines its an all right place

This place has raised their rates 2 times in the last few months. They offer free soap. Unfortunately the facilities are never cleaned and honestly your clothes come out of the washer smelling worst than that did before they went in. Ive been here a few times and I only go for convenience. With the prices being raised I may not be back.

Used there Employee wash service. The employee stole my clothes. Didnt wash the ones they decided werent good enough to steel very well. Left clothes wet and musty. They refused to compensate for stolen items. And did waive the wash charge even though they werent clean. Avoid this place at all cost! Employees steel!!!

Last week my washing machine broke so this evening I needed to wash a load of laundry. I arrived about 8:45 to do just one load. Put my laundry in the machine started it and I noticed that the machine was not counting down time so I ask the attendant and if it was working. She informed me that it was working that it was taking a long time to fill with water. This continued throughout the entire cycle so what should have been a 29 minute cycle according to the machine took almost an hour! I loaded everything up into my car at 9:50 to head home now keep in mind I did not dry my clothes this was just the washing machine alone. I also noticed that the washing machine did not spin my clothes very well and now that I am home to dry my clothes they are taking much longer to dry then normal.

Great place to get your laundry done fairly quickly. They do need to clean the lint traps out more often.

Free laundry soap & $1.00 wash on Tuesday - Thursday. I can wash all of me & my sons clothes for $4.00 I use the industrial dryers. Love it clean clothes!
