Been going here for several years for check-ups and cleanings. Amazing service — the hygienist is kind and conversational, the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Everything is efficient and well-run, cant recommend them enough!

This appointment was for my son. He is non-verbal and is on the spectrum. I will admit i was worried on how he would react to the dentist and how they would handle him if he would get over stimulated. My fears were completely wrong. Their patience and time they spent with my son to keep him calm and relatively happy during his cleaning and examine.They would ask me on the best way to approach things like x-rays and we brain storm in the best approach. They would then have my son be part of decisions also. They were simply amazing.

Everybody is so accomodating and friendly which makes us feel comfortable on our first visit. The periodontist took time to go and explain to us in details of what the procedures that they are recommending. We are highly recommend the service and the place.

This is the best cleaning I have had in my life. Dr. Alexander was amazing. She gave me a numbing paste that totally number me up and in addition gave me numbing medication through a machine which I barely felt. Overall it was just super. Cierra was receptive to my concerns and Julia helped today as an assistant and was super efficient. Last but not the least was Alexia who made this appointment possible as this is the only Saturday that I am off work. Thank you all!

We love to visit Total Dental Care! Our whole family goes there for few years now just because is very convenient. Every time you walk in there is clean, organize and you are always welcome with a big smile. Their staff are very friendly and always so nice. I think we know almost everyone in there and the best part is that they remember you! We love their hours and their flexibility to always work according to your needs. I love that they always work in time meaning I don’t have to wait there for hours once I get there they take you right in. The way they are managing the precautions due to COVID are amazing!

Total Dental Care is the whole package! I initially went there for an emergency cracked tooth and my dentist was booked solid. Total Dental took me..on a Saturday afternoon... with no appt. I filled out a couple forms and they got me in to see the dentist right away. They explained my treatment plan they mapped out and I am now in the process of getting my procedures done. My mouth was meessssseeeddd up from me thinking my issues would go away and I was just really delaying the problem and making it worse.The assistants there are the best!! I love them! I love that all services are in house!! I saw my regular dentist Dr. C there the first day. Came back a week later and saw my periodontist, Dr. Alexander in the same place. Then I went yesterday and had 4 extractions with Dr. S. This is not an exaggeration at all. They made me so comfortable I could have fallen asleep in the chair while they were pulling my teeth! I was just numbed and the doctor talked me through everything he was doing and about to do. Really put me at ease. 24 hrs now and I have had very minimal swelling and no pain at all. Im so happy!All of the staff there are very welcoming and friendly!! Waiting room is huge! I am going back in on Saturday for my root canal..wish me luck!! I have total confidence in the team though. They really helped me out when I needed it most!! Bringing the whole family here!!

Nothing but great things to say about Total Dental Care - I swear the nicest people I’ve ever met, all work here. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out here and Danielle, Shelby, Jasmine and Alexcia were all such sweethearts throughout the entire process - before during and after. As someone with a ton of dental anxiety, i don’t know how I could’ve done it without them, they helped me so much! My surgeon, Dr. Sreeni, had the best bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve ever encountered. I can’t believe how non-scary it was, he and his team made me feel so comfortable and safe. Dr. Sreeni even called me later that night to check up on me. The ladies also reached out to see how I was doing! Highly highly recommend this office.

Dr. Sreeni needs to hire staff who follows through. I was over promised and way under deliver by Alexia who said ‘Cost analysis email will reach my mailbox before I get home’. I hope she didn’t think I lived in other country, even if I did implant cost sheet should have been in my mailbox. My appt was on Tuesday and it’s Friday night when I’m giving this review. This isn’t my only experience working with Alexia. I have had called few times and asked her to get some of my questions answered by doctor if he can’t call me in which she obviously fail. Dr. Sreeni is an excellent oral surgeon but need to hire better staff.

Great service. They treat you like family and provide all types of comprehensive dental services for all ages. Love that I can get normal cleanings, orthodontist services, and a Harvard trained oral surgeon. Plus it’s right above Panera so it’s easy to get lunch/dinner afterwards.

I visited total dental care for a routine cleaning and checkup on 7/23/2020. Overall I had a very good experience. Right from the onset the way they professionally managed and controlled how you were screened for Covid-19 prior to even entering the facility was very reassuring and thorough, while being simple, intuitive and very quick. The staff including Sam, Dr. C and the front desk person was warm, welcoming and professional. Sam and Dr C in particular were extremely helpful and explained my choices and treatment options promptly and clearly. I look forward to continuing my dental maintenance and treatment needs with total dental care. Thanks.

I went to TDC very nervous. After not seeing a dentist for almost 13 years I was very adamant in going. I saw Dr. Narendra and she changed my whole perspective. First, as a very cautious person I loved to see they were taking all the necessary covid precautions. I didn’t feel worried at all when I went in. When I go out I use a wheelchair and their office was very spacious and very easy to navigate. They didn’t once hesitate to help me if I needed it. Dr. Narendra’s assistant, Danielle, was an absolute light. She was so friendly and I almost forgot I was at the dentist. The iTero scanner was SO cool. I loved that they could show me visually what was going on in my mouth and not just a bunch of confusing words. As someone who has family in dentistry, I still don’t know a lot about it. They really took the time to explain everything making sure I understood. The whole practice feels like such a family and I look forward to going back to the dentist now. I came searching for this practice hours (didnt realize they are closed on Mondays) and decided to give my experience. Well my husband more. He first came to see the amazing Dr. Alexander. He was so scared and boy that was great. And to be honest more because of what she calls her left hand and right hand! Alexis and Cierra were great. We had a great convo and it didnt even feel like we were in a doctors appointment looking at my husbands horrible dental X-rays lol. My husband probably called Alexis about 20 times and she was always so pleasant and helpful. She responded to all my husbands email about the best insurance for us and we switch right at the begin. Then my husband had to see the oral surgeon.( Cant remember his name right now) But I was so happy to see Alexis was also part of his team. She really is honestly a fresh of breathe air even when she was giving s a $3,000 dollar treatment lol. My husband was super nerves but he said Alexis and the surgical team made it seem like a big party. Now the two starts come from Dr Nanadra team. Lord I have called to speak to Natalia about 6 time in the last month( yes it has been that long) and still cant get a appointment. We went to see what was the next step and that experience changed my view of this practice totally. Dr. Nanadra was so rude to her staff. I saw her rudely speak to one of her assistant and you could tell it was bad. I personally asked for a different doctor and was told he had to see Dr. Nanadra. (yes Weird) Even with that I still wanted to stay because of Dr. Alexander and her team. Natalia has not returned any of my calls and when I finally spoke to her ( after calling and asking for Alexis who came on the phone instantly and transferred me to Natalia) she gave me a nonchalant that she has to speak to Dr Nanadra and its been a month since. This is Covid time I would go to the office myself but how simple is it to just return a call. Well neverless I was going to call Alexis (who returns my calls and emails) to get my husband X-rays and decided just to wash my hands. Hopefully I will see Cierra and Alexis in the outside world.

I really enjoyed my cleaning at Total Dental. The staff is very respectful and follow all guidelines for a safe and comfortable visit. The dental hygenist Julia was attentive, careful, and answered all my questions as well as the doctor. Overall I would recommend going here if you are looking for a dentist in the Germantown area.

It was my first visit to this clinic with my daughter. I liked it a lot, the staff were very friendly and very patient since my daughter is only two years old and they treated us very well.

I went to TDC to get a 2nd opinion on a recommended gum graph procedure by Dr. Alexander as I have seen her before. My procedure was performed by Dr. Alexander and was perfect. Very little pain or discomfort and Dr. Alexander and the office were very accessible for questions I had during the healing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander and the office for both routine cleanings as well as more complex procedures like mine.

I had a cleaning today at Total Dental Care and had an amazing experience. I love that their practice is an all in one so whatever dental doctor you need, you don’t have to go anywhere else! I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a while as it usually hurts. They were super safe during Covid-19 and made patients fill out wellness forms and take temperatures upon entry. All of the clinical staff was dressed head to toe in extra PPE and all staff was wearing N95 masks. Their iTero scanner was super cool and helped teach me about my mouth while being completely pain free. Julia did my cleaning and she was amazing! She was gentle and changed my dental experience. Her and Dr. Narendra explained everything to be regarding my dental health and I left feeling informed and fresh. I cannot wait to start my braces there too!

Dr. Alexander is very knowledgeable about overall health. Shes patient and kind. I love the office and staff, the facility is very clean and comfortable.

This dental facility is beyond amazing. First there communication and explanation is great. You will know everything so there is no question, and if you have one they will definitely answer it. This office is state of the art! The staff is great. I had to have a couple teeth pulled the surgeon and his assistant were great. The dentist who does there fillings was unbelievable. The staff at Total Dental Care are super nice, welcoming, & friendly! I was not nervous at all. Dr. Cherukuri & Wisdom did my cleaning & filling, and they always made sure I was comfortable.I will definitely becoming back to get ortho work done by Dr. Height!Also, they take COVID precautions very seriously, which I am so very happy about because this meant I did not have to wait until next year to get my cleaning done!

They’re very patient and gentle with the kids. They’ve always been proficient and great time wise ( no long wait) especially since COVID they’ve been fantastic with checking temps at the door and still creating a relaxing atmosphere awhile keeping social distance between patients.

My experience at Total Dental Care was amazing, went in to get my teeth clean and the Hygienist (Julia Turner) did a very good job. I’m not a fan of having things stuck in my mouth but Julia made my experience very comfortable. She was gentle and also let me listen to music with my earphones (this helped a lot) while she worked her magic. Also shoutout to the patient coordinators (Nathalia, Alexcia and Takia). They were able to get me an appointment on short notice and also made me feel very comfortable before seeing the hygienist.

I had a wonderful experience at the office. I currently had two of my wisdom teeth extracted and the staff were super nice. The team was very fast and efficient. Over the phone they were able to answer any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place without second thoughts.

Always nice to see the assistants to the doctor, but when I called for an appointment I was never told about the $20.00 fee for the PPE I think it is called. I really don’t care about it, but I wish I was informed about this charge and not surprised by it when I arrived. Other than that everything was clean and they check your temperature when you arrive.

Total Dental Care has provided compassionate dental work for me during the past 18 months. I went to them in 2019 out of desperation because I was afraid to go to the dentist since 2012, but I had a big mess in my mouth. And now, because of the wonderful people at this practice, Im not afraid of going to the dentist anymore and my mouth is healthy again! They offer every service your whole family might need, all in one place. The doctors and technicians are the best, and the staff are wonderful to work with for insurance and payment options. I am especially happy with how they are keeping everyone safe during Covid, and use the personal protective gear. Highly recommended!

This was the best exotics ever had at a dentist before and it was to get my wisdoms teeth taken out, EVERYONE was so nice, helpful & professional. They made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on before the procedure. Such good conversation, good people, a very nice establishment and I will definitely be coming back routinely.

Ive never had a surgery like the one I had today at Total Dental Care. I got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed on the left side and literally as soon as the nitrous and the anesthesia were given to me I was at ease. 20 mins or so later and both teeth were out! Thanks TDC for making this a PAINLESS lol and smooth surgery.

I had a great experience at this dentist office! The staff are so nice and friendly. They make your visit enjoyable. I had to do an extraction and I was very nervous but the surgeon made it stress free and painless, he even called when I got home to see how I was doing.

The visit was smooth and calm. I felt really secure to see how they were handling my visit. I texted them when we arrived and we waited in my car. Total Dental Care fully supported me during all of my appointments with them and made sure that I understood all of the options available to me. When time came to get my cavities filled, Sam came in and held my hand throughout my injections. Also, Dentist Asha made sure to walk me step-by-step about what she was doing to ease my anxiety. The staff has looked out for me and made me well-informed. I used to have a phobia about going to the dentist but Total Dental Care reassured me to not be scared.

I have been suffering from gum disease last 10 years and had 3 gum surgeries before I found Dr. Mary Alexander. First of all she took my anxiety away when going to the dentist office, second I had a very quick recovery and incredible results after my gum surgery with her! I don’t have nightmares anymore to loose all my teeth at early age. Plus her humble and friendly personality makes my each visit more pleasant.

We started coming here last year when we moved into the area. The staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. My sons first real dental procedure was done here and with his ADHD he was very apprehensive. They had patience worked with him and he doesn’t fear the dentist now which is an accomplishment with anyone.

Dr. Alexander is the mostly caring and compassionate doctor. I love this office, the facility is clean, neat and well organized. I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism.

Incompetent Staff!!I had some poor work done at another dentist and had a tooth exposed that needed repairs. I called them and hoped they would help me out and made an in-person visit to their office to get this kicked-off properly. They refused to call and get fee schedules from my insurances. They refused to call during a lull period during the holidays despite me telling them my insurance companies were open. They refused to give me copies of my records so I could move elsewhere. Refused to communicate by email despite giving me email to contact them. I finally had to visit in-person and still wasn’t able to resolve my issues. I felt the excuses the staff gave were simply nonsense. They have nice offices but if staff is incompetent and create more problems for you of what value is that?I will be reporting them to the Maryland Dental Association.

With other dentists I have had great dental care, a nightmarish painful experience with tears rolling down my cheeks and also just meh.I referred a friend who hadn’t been to a dentist in way too long because of a pretty bad experience.After getting his teeth cared for at Total Dental Care he brought his girlfriend (who is pain sensitive) and she had 4 wisdom teeth removed by the surgeon. I have referred 5 people here for general, surgical and periodontal needs; they all went and are repeat patients who really like this office. It is a very clean, modern office with smart, caring, friendly professional admin staff that are absolutely great with appointment reminders ahead of the date and insurance coverage information disclosed before you get work done; well-staffed and accommodating. Several staff members have goals to become dentists.That’s a good sign- they know it’s a place where daily dentistry is practiced with updated medical knowledge, state of the art equipment and products used, such as crowns. They learn the best way to do procedures and run a practice.Very honest, likable dentists with high integrity. People you will like. It’s a place I would really, really want all the medical offices I “visit” to be but are no where close to the level of this office. Elsewhere my appointment experience is usually unfriendly - borderline hostile front office, doctor repeatedly late for my appointment, wish I didn’t have a follow-up. Going here is like a dental spa, haha! Oh yeah, another bonus- walk over to Wegmans, get yourself something for later.

They are always late for scheduled appointments (sometimes up to an hour in the waiting room), and are not clear at all about their billing practices. On a previous visit, they gave the impression that even though they were out of network with my insurance, they would accept my insurances payment and not require I pay the difference out of pocket.This time, I came in for a routine cleaning and to get replacement for my broken retainer. They convinced me that I should get a night guard instead, which is much more expensive. They told me up front and unequivocally that it would be fully covered by my insurance. During this time, they told me to stop wearing the broken retainer. It took them 3 weeks to make the night guard, and by the end of the first week wearing it, a gap was forming in my teeth, and I needed to come back and get a new retainer made (which is what I originally asked for). And on top of that, the retainer seems to have a defect they are unwilling to acknowledge.Now Im on the hook for over half the (excessive) price for a night guard I cannot use and did not want in the first place. All I wanted was a new retainer when my old one broke. Instead, Ive spent countless hours in that office during my work hours, am on the hook for over $500 worth of work they said my insurance would cover (it wont), and had to endure the pain of realigning my teeth after I was advised to stop wearing my retainer.At least the staff are nice and the office looks modern...

Patient care at Total Dental Care (TDC) is superb! As a patient you are greeted with kindness, treated with respect and as a valued customer. To sum it all up here’s what I experience at TDC: VIP Treatment, Medical/Dental Expertise, Trust and Confidence, Modern & Upscale Medical Equipment, Clean Environment, and Quality Dental Care.

We go here for my whole family, and we have fully switched to their dental service. My daughter needed orthodontic help for her teeth, and they told us exactly what they were doing, and they made the switch easy for us. It is great!

The delay is unacceptable for my standards, especially when you wait for 32 mins from your scheduled appointment time. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the office looks clean and presentable. Other reason I give them 2 stars is because they have been financially helpful. But attention to detail and timely scheduling is very important to me and to a family that involves kids. Idk if recommend this place at this time.

I have always had very painful and anxiety filled experiences from other dentists, so I was pleasantly surprised at just how understanding Dr. Narendra was towards my needs. The biggest shock was that she was so gentle I did not feel any pain whatsoever... its hard to believe that I even had a filling done today!

First time at the office for extraction surgery, the doctor and the staff made it all easy and fast. Thank you for taking care of me during the process.

Great practice! I saw three doctors in the office all were very kind and gentle. Great recovery after my wisdom teeth removal no pain! Overall I had a great experience!!!!

Very beautiful office and spacious. Its my first time with this practice and I think I like them. Dr. Narendra took her time to examine me and my daughter the Hygienist is very good cleaning our teeth. Recommending them to my wife and hopefully we can keep them as our primary dentist.Hope this help in your research.

I honestly think this was a very great procedure you know I didn’t have any problems before, or after I was a little nervous before but you know as I asked more questions I felt very positive about it then, after the procedure I was numb so I didn’t feel anything pain was there for a couple days, eating solid foods, everything went fine, I didn’t have any problems with afterwards, like I said this was a easy && nice procedure this was my first time getting teeth pulled,

Was not the best administratively however, the dentist and staff made up for that. I did make 6 month appointments for myself and my children to comeback. Clean office

Dr. Asha is brilliant and hardworking dentist ! She makes you very comfortable throughout the dental experience. Very nice and welcoming staff. I had a really good experience and will continue to go here.

They helped me believe in dentists again! Very friendly, within a few days they remember me. Fees treatment schedule and home instructions are always provided in detail. But if for any reason it is not clear, I can call, email or even text and someone will get back with me.I had all my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Sreenivasan. He followed up with me later on the same day of the surgery and was available for me when I called with questions. Great guy!Also Dr. Narendra could not be sweeter! She is the one who first saw me and she has provided so much guidance and support to me throughout my treatment.I will definitely come back and Im bringing my whole family. I wish I could remember everyones name to list them here but front the front desk all the day to the back. They are great!

I saw Dr. Sreenivasan . When my insurance would not cover the 3D image, I was charged $375. When I asked if there was some other way to look at this issue the dentist said not if you want to find out if you have cancer. I have never been in exam chair and asked for my credit card before treatment. So feeling somewhat pressured, I went ahead and paid. The next day I asked if the Dentist would adjust the bill as I was paying out of pocket,(I know some Drs. who have done this) I was told she would have to talk to the Doctor who was out for the July 4 holiday. When I called again I was told he was on vacation....after all it is summer! I was reminded. Still no answer after a month. Additionally the young woman who took me back to the room and asked me about my health history for 15 mins. never introduced herself...as it was my first visit I thought maybe she was the dentist. it was my last visit.

I love this practice. My teeth are healthier then they have ever been. My children are excited about flossing and brushing. This has been the best dental experience!!!!!
