This a great office with great staff, I hate dentist but they did everything they could to make me better. My tooth was killing and Dr. B was great. Stephanie the office manager was awesome. Going to whatever lengths she could to get all the customers what they needed. I have to admit my home office at Germantown is no where near this good and I had about given up on Aspen. The West Bend office is great.
I had a tooth extraction that went very well and very quickly. The dentist and assistant were courteous and professional.I had very little pain and was very satisfied with the procedure.
Cancelled on me once before the pandemic started due to no dental hygienist on area. This wouldve been fine, however, yhey cancelled on me the day of the appointment after I had taken off for work. Now if I cancelled on them the day of, Im sure I still wouldve been billed for their time.Had another appointment a few months down the line during the pandemic and they cancelled the day of my appointment again (this time due to poor scheduling) after I had called and asked if I was still good to go earlier that week.Needless to say Ill go somewhere else that actually values my time.
Daryan Fisher & the whole staff were truly amazing!!
I just left here and I Absolutely love this place I got held by young lady name Victoria she was awesome! Such a sweetheart! One of the best Dental Hygienist I’ve seen in a while! Great conversation.
Hi first i want to say that Im happy with my new smile and Im working on it feeling as good as Aspen dental has me looking and the dentist is great ( note ) he likes saabs also the old ones but he did great working with me and so far so good now that the swelling has come down and I had a baked potato I feel much better but I have to say one or two things that needed a little help on with some of the staff the first day I was there a man came in for his appointment and from listening to the hostess at the front desk she brought up his money and I guess he had already made a payment what she had to let him know that she was doing him a favor by letting him come in for his appointment I didnt like that. And just one more thing please tell your customers your name if you want them to be happy with your service. I did like how clean they keep the office and they do work as a team and I hate to say it this way but the very nice black girl did make me feel comfortable with the office for me to give them my business . One more thing. Im on tic tac and I saw all this about new ways of doing implants and I wish I could have been informed a little bit more about that but overall I gave them four out of five stars for a job well done thank you Aspen Dental
Jackie was amazing with her cleaning! She was also really nice. The assistant Dom was also really nice! Overall great experience. Will definitely go back!
My experience at Aspen Dental was without a doubt the best of any dental experience I have had in my lifetime. Warm, inviting and very professional. Every aspect of my visit was fantastic. I got an appointment right away. The entire staff treated me with the utmost respect. The dentist went into great detail explaining what I needed to have done and why. And when all was said and done they gave me a printout of exactly what it would cost me to get everything done. Even my mechanics dosent do that. I loved Aspen Dental.
Aspen Dental Madison is the best dental experience I’ve had, the staff is very friendly and always do their best to accommodate my schedule. After I missed an appointment Dr. Wang and staff were still able to get me in right away ! Which is quite outstanding and very appreciated. Dr. Teske is always very patient when I ask questions, puts me at ease, and is literally the most knowledgeable and professional Dr. I have been to. Not necessarily a place anyone wants to go to but I highly highly recommend when you need to.
I went to the Germantown location. It felt like an assembly line . The doctor was lack luster and impersonal. I had taken my 85 year old mom in for dentures and she was given no respect. The insensitivity was disheartening. I will not give them my business. Patients deserve to be cared for not pushed through line cattle .
Had a dental emergency and they got me in right away even though I was a new patient. Awesome staff. Finally a place I feel comfortable (I have dental phobia) and will be getting some long needed work done. Definitely recommend this location.
I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of scheduling, all of the staff I dealt with was extremely nice and informative. When paying out of pocket its a bit expensive but they present different finance options to choose from. I havent had any work done yet so I cant rate on performance but customer service is an A
First time visit was great from start to finish. Jen at the desk helped ensure our new insurance was set up right, Cinderella Xray efficiency, Jackie best dental hygienist thoroughness ever, and Dr. Teske has latest technologies. Very fair final bill too! Our entire family will sign up!
What an amazing experience, all the staff were super helpful an rightly experience. All an all would recommend to anyone to go to this location.
Awesome experience. They are all so friendly and professional. Was also able to get extra work done because of time.
All staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to the point regarding options about my teeth. 😁
The best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The entire staff is amazing!! There is absolutely no judgment just excellent care and concern. They do everything to help you get the best financing so you can get a healthy mouth and a great smile!!
Great place to go for check up,s but depending on your insurance a little pricey on dentures, but otherwise a great visit overall
Natalie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I was on so much pain and had virtually no money and she went above and beyond to try and help me get some relief.Edit: Again natalie was great but they let me go without any pain meds and when I asked about getting some just for a few days bc of the tooth being pulled they said no bc they want to pull more teeth. I will not be back
My mouth literally died on 12/23/2019 at the hands of Aspen dental. I had a hole drilled through my nasal cavity, which required surgery and its still not correct. If anybody know of an attorney who can help me, please email me at [email protected]
They charge MORE for services when you dont have dental insurance. My son had 2 wisdom teeth removed and was charged over $3,000 for their service. Changed his appointment time on him without notifying us then to get an extra $488 bill in the mail from them because the oral surgeon had to remove bone and soft tissue during the procedure. Do NOT go to these folks. Theyre crooks!
For the most part Aspen makes it possible for people without insurance to get help but i must say when I went in to the office today after i have been going for almost two months now all of a sudden they want to add another three hundred plus to my bill of almost 4 thousand dollars this was a shock to me as all of the pricing and finance was done upfront and being on a fixed income really put a strain on my finances. when asked for the number to the corporate office they claimed there wasnt one instead gave me an e-mail address and told me that the person wouldntbe able to do anything that i would just be referred back to that office. Not acceptable
Always making you cancel or change appts. at the very last moment notice They change the appt time and day and then blame you for being the one to do that, and say oh you must not remember you did that. They mix up different family members appts and bills constantly. Try to overcharge and double bill you. Appts always go an hour plus over what should be the normal time for an appointment. And you can hear them laughing and joking around instead of getting your appt done. Crazy mess every time you have to call and talk to them. They have the worse receptionists! So unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Dentists do a good job, but its not worth dealing with the office staff. Something seriously needs to be done about these unprofessional rude people that are giving this location such a negative experience for clients!!! Aka paying customers!!! They will make an appt for you and right before the appt they will call to change the time. Like from 430 pm to 8 am. Then if you cant do that the have to reschedule your appt. This has happened where in a whole year, you end up not having your appt. It is so unprofessional and a complete joke!!!
This was my 3rd & final visit regarding my new denture. Every single person involved was helpful, pleasant & eager for my satisfaction. Danielle, who was not attending to me this morning, even came to the area to see my final smile! The denture fits great & I enjoy smiling! Thank you everyone in Germantown!
Awful. They constantly chang dentists that work there. EVERY time I had an appointment theyd call to change it. Had my most awful, painful dental experience from one of their dentists. Just 3 years after having work done, has to be redone due to shoddy work. Billing was frustrating and confusing, they overcharged me all the time, and refund checks would show up years later....nothing but young, inexperienced girls run the office. Terrible service. NEVER AGAIN.
My visit on 10/26 was great mainly because of the dental hygienist. She was patient, kind and professional.
I was on the road a long way from home with unbelievable pain in my teeth. The Aspen team could not have taken care of me any better than they did. From getting me in immediately to the extremely friendly staff, they are awesome. I kept their information and will definitely be back if I’m in the area and ever need a dentist. I highly recommend this company.
Ive been a few different dental offices and none by far compare to Aspen Dental. Friendly, courteous, polite, and actually cares about their customers needs. Im not a fan of pain so they always my sure my experiences are pain free. They also prioritize your oral hygiene putting your needs over your wants. They listen and dont try to just pressure you into getting services you dont need or can do without until the more serious things are taken care. Love this place and best dental experience Ive ever had Hands down !!!!!
My initial experience here at Aspen Dental in Germantown was a really great experience! I went in for a tooth extraction. It was important that I get it done because I had already been on antibiotics for a week. I had no more left. This office made sure I got in on time to take care of all the preliminaries and get my tooth pulled. The doctor, kindly listened to me when I told him I could feel pain when he started and gave me another shot of numbing medicine. There is nothing fun about getting a tooth pulled! But this experienced office helped me through it in every way possible. I am grateful!
Great staff very friendly! With that being said I feel like they were trying to get extra services out of me. I seen 2 other providers for my situation and Aspen was the only one requiring me to get other services before they would provide the needed emergency services.
Everyone has been very friendly, helpful and very professional. I felt very comfortable with them and I do not and I mean do not like going to the dentist. If you are like me and fear going then give this place a try!
Aspen Dental in Germantown is The Best Dentist on Earth(Germantown Branch)The entire staff from the front door to the clinic office manger, branch manager I mean the entire staff....Dr.Teske Lord Jesus AMAZING,Awesome dentist...She is the best dentist I’ve ever ran into ever...Quick,Accurate and simply Awesome ❤️💗💋Truly the best ever
As far as going yo a dentist goes I dont know how it could have been any better. They were fast, no sitting in a chair for a half hour wondering if they even remember your their. My dentist was very personable and funny, liked to joke around wich keeps your mind off what your there for. All of the staff was very pleasant and friendly.
I cant express how happy I am with the personal attention that was given to me by the staff at this location. Big Kudos to Karen Wulf for the adjustment she made to my temporary partial. Fits like a glove and no more pain.
They explained everything to me and were very nice people
Love the friendly staff although at this place, compared to my other dentists, seem to act more like salesman than healthcare professionals... as commented many times by other clients reviews. I was also facing an out of pocket expense, out of my budget, in which I was sure insurance covered it. After a long battle, my insurance company was finally able to get through to these people. Only returning here until my insurance renews.
My experience at Aspen Dental was the best dental experiences I have ever had at a dental office. The staff are genuinely warm and inviting, everything was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered before I left the office. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to all my family and friends.
Great friendly staff. Ashley was great at making our 5 year old feel comfortable about anything that she was doing. Thank you for making the dentist office not a scary place for kids. Ashley was nothing short of awesome.
The dentist that looked at my mouth scared me and was really rude. He was super rough in my mouth and I feel like the dentist is supposed to be nice and gentle for someone that has a phobia of getting teeth pulled and pain. I will not go back to germantown!
Scheduled appointments for me and my daughter. They canceled the appointment said they called and left a voice mail which I never got. I showed up to the appointment I was suppose to have because I didnt get said call or voice-mail. They took 17 minutes to write a work excuse and put the wrong patients name on it. Unprofessional!
Very welcoming!! Explained everything they were doing and layed out a workable plan for my upcoming visits. Incredibly helpful explaing what my insurance covers. Some one that dislikes going to the dentist, Im actually looking forward to going back.
I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was having a lot of pain in my mouth and was in need of a dentist. Unfortunately this was the only place that I could go due to my insurance. I was told I needed 7 fillings done in order to relieve my pain. I really did not want to go through with it because that sounds absurd to have 7 fillings done but I couldnt stand the pain anymore so I got it done. I realized after what a horrible mistake that was as I couldnt eat anything hot or cold for 4 months without having sharp pain in my teeth. 1 year I still have discomfort and I cannot eat anything on the right side of my mouth because I still experience pain there from the work they did. I finally decided to get this checked out when I could finally change my insurance. I went to a few different dentists and they all said the same thing. They messed up 5 of the fillings causing gum tissue damage and even drilled into a tooth by accident WITHOUT FILLING IT!!!!!!! No wonder I had so much pain eating anything hot or cold. I now have to get more work done to fix the fillings and cut away gum tissue that is swollen. If I were you I would stay far away.
5 stars came in for an extraction 2 days ago for a premolar. The doctor got it out in under 5 minutes, didnt need stitches and the gum is already healed! Only $273.00 out of pocket with no additional fees. will be back for future extractions.A little advice to people giving them bad reviews for dry socket: its simple to prevent dry socket, just follow the doctors advice and dont drink through straws, or smoke for 48 hours. rinse your mouth with salt and baking soda water 3 times a day one day after the extraction until the gum is 100% healed and wala!
My experience here was great. This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Made sure I understood what they were doing & what needed to be still be done.
Dentist had an emergency so I waited quite sometime to see.him. other then that it seemed all good we will see when I have to have 3 teeth pulled today
Cinderella was very helpful. She gave me the best customer service.
I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and Im grateful for Aspen Dental for getting me in ASAP to help out when my normal dentist was not able. However, I was told by Aspen that I had 6 cavities, SIX...after I just had a cleaning at the normal place I go to not more then a month ago, and was instructed to get them worked on immediately. I made an appointment at my normal dentist after being told this and all three dentists that work there examined my mouth and could not find one, not ONE cavity. Like I said, Im grateful for their help but beware of them telling you that you need unnecessary dental work. Always get a second opinion!
I definitely had a awesome experience with the doctor, staff and front desk personnel. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Had a great experience with Aspen Dental in Germantown. The staff was helpfull, made me feel comfortable, and went out of their way to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend them, in fact, already have. Great group of people!
Aspen Dental was professional and helpful during my visit. Definitely a great placeAnn E.
Great experience. I was really stressed about going to a dentist with the issues Ive had. Everyone there put me at ease and have helped so much.
Actually this is for Joe Warren who had the dental appointment. The staff was very accommodating with the preliminary exam and x-rays. Kept me informed about what they were doing and provided excellent information about my teeth. The only disappointment I had was that the cleaning was not part of the initial exam and that it has to be scheduled later. But I had some insurance issues so that was fine. Great and caring staff. Looking forward to future visits. May 30th, got a call from Aspen Dental saying they have to change the date of my cleaning. Have read many reviews where this has been an issue over and over. Hopefully this will only happen once.
Aspen Dental was fantastic. They were able to book me same day for some severe tooth pain and were able to pull that tooth next day. Incredibly fair pricing and really friendly staff!
After first visit I am impressed and eager for future appointments. So far I feel extremely welcome and cared about. Grateful to have found Aspen!
Dr. Heinrich is always a pleasure to work with. She is upfront and to the point about processes and procedures. The entire staff is welcoming every visit and accommodating to last minute scheduling needs.
Most friendly, dedicated, accommodating and amazing service and people Ive ever experienced!!! Strongly recommend them to everyone. Well done and many thanks to the teams that assisted me!!! You guys are amazing!!!
Poor - Fair is putting it nicely. My cleaning went fine, as fine as any can be, when insurance is fully covering it.My husband, on the other hand, was royally screwed. First, they didnt charge his insurance--WHAT?! Then, they claimed, to me, that it was only an estimate (the original amount $780.00 we were supposed to be paying)... This, was an outrageous, and idiotic thing to say, considering they were requesting that we paid ahead of time. Finally, after two weeks, the bill was brought down from $1250.00 to $604.00-- which I was fine with. Then, I got a statement from our insurance company... We were only supposed to be paying $321.00. Again, I called Aspen, and spoke to their (very helpful) office manager. He (not this Lisa person) said we would be refunded within two weeks... that was four days ago. Aspen should be preparing for a very angry caller, very soon.
Super friendly staff, was very easy to set up an appointment, they went above and beyond making my visit easy and thorough!
I scheduled an appointment, because I was having really bad pain. I had a 11 a.m. appointment and did not actually get called in until about 12 p.m. When I was finally called in, I had x-rays taken and then sat in the dentist chair for about 20 more minutes. When the dentist finally did take a look at me, she said that I had an infection on my tooth. She then proceeded to call in the financial advisor. Still in pain, I had to go talk to the financial advisor, still in pain, to talk about the cost and pay the bill. This is before any true work was done. After finally getting back in to see the dentist, she had the problem taken care of in about 3 minutes. Usually, when they give you a shot, they let it take for about 10-15 minutes. In this case, it was about 30 seconds. I was grateful that they pulled the tooth, but the entire thing took almost 3 hours.I understand that a business is based on money, but in this case, it seems that that is all they cared about, not the comfort of the patient. The only reason that I gave a 2 star, is that they pulled the bad tooth; which is exactly what I had asked them to do in the first place.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere and clean facilities. Everything was explained to me and done in a timely manner. Great experience with great people.
I went there as a last resort when I chipped my tooth on a holiday weekend, just hoping to get it filed down until I could get an appointment to fix it correctly. They proceeded to have me wait 2.5 hours for the dentist, but had to have 1000 other people look at my mouth and tell me all these other things I needed to have done. Then the dentist finally comes in and does her “exam” and tells me even more I need done. when I stated I just came her to get the chip in my tooth filed down, she said I needed a different appointment a different day unless I wanted to wait until she was done with everyone else in the office. Seriously was the worst experience ever. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not even as an emergency.
Went there today April 1st with horable tooth pain even though they had a full schedule they managed to fit me in. Very professional and helpful. Forever great full.
Very friendly staffs. They care about my teeth and preserving them the best they can. Ive been calling around and this dental place is the friendliest and nicest one. Through their promotion, they offered me free first time oral visit, free xrays, and 20% off of my dental treatment plan. They also offered me payment plans as well. They were able to book me in for same day tooth extraction. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Germantown.
I had the worst experience of my life..I went there for partial plates..I had a complete set of x-rays, and after I refused to have something they refer to as charting to determine the amount of bone lost if any, which could cause severe pain to your gums and bleeding afterwards.I understand that its part of their policy, but attitude, alone with good customer services plays a huge part in any facility, which I feel that Anne Heinrich lacks both she was very rude and unprofessional..I have never met a dentist that has no ethics and no common sense she needs more trainingI WILL NEVER RETURN TO ASPENI FOUND A REPUTABLE DENTISTGOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ANDPROFESSIONALISM.....
My visits have been satisfactory, but when you cancel an appointment for my child that has been in the books for 6 months, whom attends college out of state, the week of the visit, with no future appointment availability for months, that is just poor form. The main issue I have is the reason for canceling. The appointment is the day after Thanksgiving and the excuse is something came up for the dentist. Dont schedule appointments around a holiday and then canceljust because you want to extend your time off. That choice cost you 5 denral patients.
Everyone was friendly and reassuring! This was my first time at Aspen Dental. Im terrified of the dentists. But was very comfortable with the staff. I was handled with TLC. A good experience.
Danielle (PSR) was helpful before my appointment and when I arrived😃Patrick (Office Manager) a perfect score 10-he’s knowledgeably and very personable.Dr.Onela (Dentist) was compassionate and detailed.
Just having moved to Germantown, Wisconsin two years ago and needing a new provider, I selected Aspen Dental. After several visits I have found that my current hygienist, Melissa to be very professional, fast, courteous and explains in depth what my condition requires. I would highly recommend her and Aspen Dental.
I was on vacation and had temporary crowns done the week before at a different dentist office! Two of the temporary crowns shattered and I needed them replaced! This office let me come in at 945 and had to make the new temporary crowns from scratch. They did and excellent job and I was in my way by by noon! Friendly and caring staff! I would recommend them to everyone. Thank You
I was there to have a filling that fell out looked at and I am clearly pregnant... I sat in the chair for an hour for the dentist to finally come in and say they wouldnt do anything while Im pregnant. She was rude and just kept stating its for your baby, of course I understand that but I didnt have to sit there for an hour with my 2 year old to be told that. I will never return to a Aspen dental.
Very helpful people at Aspen dental, it’s warm and welcoming, their Pricing is very Affordable and extremely Competitive. If you don’t have a personal dentist, Aspen Dental is the place to go.
Great experience. Everyone is so friendly, great atmosphere, and they answer all your questions. A special thanks to Jena the dental assistant at Germantown location for helping Dr. Hoffman with my tooth.
It was terrible! Waited very long in the waiting room, watched almost an entire 1 hour episode of a program on tv....a 1 hour program. Then, while waiting in the dental chair, listened to the dentist talking to the client next to me, all about his teeth problems, his lack of seeing a dentist, and now all the work he needed. Finally, when the dentist came in by me, he was very loud, harried, looked at my chipped tooth...which happened a week earlier, said it was a cap that he could smooth down....but....he then showed me about 6 post-it notes of things he needed to do...how busy he was....and that I needed to come back. THEN...they had me sit down with a office manager and wanted to charge me $200.00 for a treatment PLAN from 3 years ago!!! I need to find a different dentist for sure. Very stressful to me. I have MS and this place was upsetting to me.
The office staff was prompt getting me in fir my appt. The hygiest did an excellent job! Reasonably priced for retired people. Thank You, B Rice
My appointment was at 10:00am. I was told to be there at 9:45, yet the office doesnt open until 10:00. The girl who was taking my X-rays was new, she was confused on how to operate some things, yet no one was supervising her.I only came in to get a price for a crown for a recent implant. The appointment lasted over an hour. Way too long in my opinion.Everything seemed pretty clean and the dentist seemed very knowledgeable. The price for the crown was very reasonable. For that reason alone I would recommend Aspen but only give 3out of 5 stars.
3 cleanings scheduled in the past 2 years, all scheduled 6 months in advance for an evening appointment. EVERY TIME, a week before, they call me and tell me they have to cancel because a hygienist isnt available and want to re-schedule for a daytime appointment. WHY bother to offer evening hours if youre never going to keep them? Clearly they have staffing issues. Not bothering to re-schedule again, will just find a dentist who can keep their commitments. Dont recommend Aspen Dental at all.
We do not recommend Aspen Dental especially the one in Germantown. The whole Aspen Dental franchise is misleading and not honest about their services. We had a terrible experience from the setting up appointment time to the appointment date. No follow up call from anyone in the office. We had to call them to file a complaint. The office supervisor did not offer us an opportunity to talk to anyone higher than himself. They basically lied to us.
Everyone was very nice I love the experience.
I called Aspen Dental because I was in so much pain with my tooth. They got me in right away, did xrays and pictures told me what the problem was and set me an immediate apt. To get some teeth extracted. Every was so nice. Thank u Aspen Dental....
I was very impressed by the staff.Everyone made me feel Welcome, gave pertinent information. I will be coming back to complete my treatment as soon as financial arrangements are made.I would totally recommend Aspen Dantal.
Devolped dry socket because they never stiched it. Called after hours line. Took 4 calls and 2 hours to receive a response. Went in this morning to have them fix they put clove paste on and 1 hour later have pain.called 8 hours later and told me had to wait 24 hours for it to work. So 8 days of pain no relief. Would never recommend anyone to go here. Will be filing a complaint against to Dr with their corporate office.
The tech was very efficient, personable and explained things so I could under stand.
If I could give this place a 0 I would! This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. First appointment for the consult I went to was nice, the hygienist was very friendly. The male dentist was very nice. Then when I went back for the cleaning, the woman dentist treated me like I was stupid. I had to go back twice that day one time for the cleaning and the next for the fillings. When I arrived for the fillings the dentist kept telling me that I shouldnt have been scheduled because she had no time to do the fillings. She was very rude about it and made me feel horrible. I offered to come back but she said she would just do it. I was there the entire afternoon and she kept leaving to go see other appointments. The lidocane would wear off by the time she came back and she would have to poke me again. I made a total of two payments that day. Both of which I WAY overpaid them. The only reason I found out I overpaid is because my dental insurance sent me a copy of what I should pay them. let me tell you how much of a pain it was to try to get my refund. Then they kept sending me another bill for another ridiculous amount of money. I had the fillings done in April and I just got my refund back in July. I had to call numerous times to both my insurance and to aspen because aspen would tell me something different then my insurance. When I would call aspen dental 9/10 times the person was rude to me. What a waste of my time and energy!!! Thats not even the worst of it either. Now I had to have the cavities refilled because they fell out! Keep in mind I had this done in April. There should be no reason that they should have to be refilled in that short amount of time. When I went back for an appt to show them the fillings fell out the woman dentist was very rude to me and made me feel very unwelcome. Im very worried about having the fillings redone by her because I dont want them to fall out again and I dont want to be treated like garbage again. It is very painful and I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. After this I will never be returning to Aspen dental. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
This place is a joke! I went in because I had an emergency issue that I needed to take care of. They had no problem scheduling me for the following day, HOWEVER, they neglected to tell me that this was only for the initial consultation. When I got there the receptionist was unprofessional and untrained. The staff was ok, sorta got the impression the hygienist and assistant were just putting in their time. I informed them that i had major issues with anxiety which went over their heads. Also, the dentist they had was a fill in dentist that was not at all interested in helping me. THEN, the finance manager (dressed in a t shirt and jeans), took me into his office for the shock of my life...they wanted to charge me $7,000 to fix a broken tooth and put in a bridge. I just about fell off my chair, and that was WITH insurance coverage. And dont believe the we will work with you spiel you get on their advertisements....you need to put 60% down before they do any work. I walked out of there and went to a different dentist.
The name above is not the person who received the service. I, Richard, was the patient. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. I was surprised at the final diagnosis and not happy that it would cost what was Quoted but I realize it is needed.
Ciara was very detailed when explaining my cost, the steps to getting the best care for my implants and cleaning, and she also shared her personal experience with Aspen, which sold me on the procedure I decided to get. Ciara went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my future smile! 😁😆
There is a reason Aspen Dental has a Class Action lawsuit for questionable and unnecessary procedures, Look it up. Also many complaints on BBB. The Gtown office tried to sell me Invisalign braces 3 different times after I said no, This was my first and only visit. They were like high pressure used car salesmen. No one in all my years of seeing many many dentists have ever recommended this. Also they told me I had no coverage for a crown which I certainly do have as proven when I insisted they call my insurance. Cant wait to switch dentists. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Appointment was for 12:15, wasn’t called in to see anyone till 1:00. Then the doctor finally showed up at 1:30. Finally finished at 2:00. Was horrible wait
Michelle was great at Dental cleaning. Gave new ideas for Dental health. Very gentle yet thorough.
All the staff at this location are impeccable at customer service. The Three that I have to mention I directly worked with is Ciara the office manager, Dr Heinrich, and Lea the dental assistant.Absolutely Fantastic experience. Would Recommend this office in Germantown as Top 3 in the state of Wisconsin!!
My experience at Aspen clinic was very professional and informative and comfortable every one I dealt with was very nice and professional
Working for an oral surgeons office we have to call for referral and xrays. Aspen is so difficult and unprofessional to work with. They make it very hard for patients to receive care at our office! I would never recommend them and cringe every time a patient states thats their dentist.
Love Aspen Dental, they genuinely care about their patients and treat you with respect.
Everyone was very friendly. They were able to take care of my problem the same day!
Horrible service! The hygienist my girls had was great but that new dentist they have is HORRIBLE! Very disrespectful, very rude! My youngest has never had an issue at the dentist until she had an unpleasant encounter with that lady today. My children didnt get new brushes, floss, or even a bag at the end of the visit. 6 months ago the service was great but there have definitely been some changes in staff. My children will never go back after today.
Very nice and gentle. Had everything that needs to be done itemized and prices listed. Never thought I would say this.....cant wait to go back!
Absolute worst experience ever. JUST KIDDING!! I would recommend these ladies in a heartbeat!! GREAT CREW.
Aspen dental is a great dentist!!!!! The staff are amazing and every time me and my kids go we always have a great experience!!
From the start 3 years ago, Aspen has been less than professional. If you want to get ripped off, shouted at if the doctor at time doesn’t like your concern/question. By all means go there, I will never recommend them to anyone. 5 grand later, dentures still don’t fit.
My insurance carrier changed so my long time dentist was out of network. Aspen was in network. I called and scheduled my 6-month cleaning. I had clearly explained I was due for a cleaning and had recent radiographs. When I arrived I was told I would not be getting a cleaning and that radiographs were required. I left, very disappointed. The office blamed the call center. If this is company policy it should be clearly relayed because, after reading the reviews, I am not the only one this has happened to! Everyones time is valuable, very disappointed that they wanted mine!
