I am very disappointed in this place. I don’t understand how everyone is raving about this place… My brother recently went to get his wisdom teeth pulled. He was told that he needed to remove 4 but on the day of the operation he only had to pull three. They never refunded him for the one he did not do!!!!! also it seems that the doctor may have hit a nerve because his tongue is still tingling and he is unable to speak well…. His operation was weeks ago

She took time to show me what she sees on my teeth (problems and future complications if left untreated), did deep clean with numbing; making sure I was comfortable the whole time, showing me how to properly brush and floss to prevent another deep cleaning in the future, gingivitis and formation of plaques and tartar; even encourage return demonstration. They play videos as well which is great for visual learners like me.Dr. Cooper is very involve with my treatment plan as well. Makes best treatment options suited for me. He listens to what I want done to give me the healthiest smile. Answers questions very well. Treats his staff with respect. After a couple lousy experiences I was very nervous to go back to the dentist, but the team at Rosewood is amazing! The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Michelle is the most thorough hygienist youll ever find, so dont expect a fast clean, but your teeth will be absolutely pristine! Shes also gentle and considerate of your comfort at all times, and delightful company. Dr. Cooper explains all recommended treatments thoroughly and no one will push you to get anything done you dont need or want. 100% recommend Rosewood. Rosewood Dental was recommended by another resident is our senior community. I started with them last year. I am 78, ex smoker and grew up without florine in our water. Consequently, I had many soft and discolored teeth. Many teeth with obviously a lot of dental work. Dr. Cooper evaluated my situation and made suggestions that were realistic for me and my pocketbook. Its been almost a year and I am very pleased with the outcome! At the beginning I wasnt very confident, but as I experiened Dr. Coopers ability with state of the art equipment and techniques I became more confident. He and his staff really helped to increase my confidence in his work as well. I am very satisfied and recommend Dr. Cooper and Rosewood Dental.

I have been going to a Rosewood Dental for about 18 months. I would highly recommend Dr. Cooper! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The office takes infection control precautions very seriously, unlike some offices I’ve been to and is most helpful assisting me anyway they can, especially with emergencies or help with financing. I just love how gentle the dental hygienist Michelle is with my cleanings. She is also an excellent teacher, I have learnt so much from her. I can tell she really cares about her patients by how she is so precise and takes her time. My teeth have never felt so clean as they do after Michelle cleans them! If your looking for a new dentist I would definitely choose Dr Cooper, he is the best dentist around and I have been to quite a few in my lifetime!

I am so happy that I found Rosewood Dental and Dr. Cooper! I came in for a routine checkup and cleaning and Dr. Cooper told me about some concerns he had and recommended some work, that I had been putting off for years honestly. The office manager, Deborah, immediately ran an estimate for my insurance and explained it to me thoroughly. I immediately felt at ease, even though this was my first time there. They said they could get started right then and I agreed. I had a unique situation because my current insurance was ending in a few days and they got me scheduled for a second appointment the following morning. They even came in a few hours early to accommodate my appointment! The entire experience was pleasant, from the moment I walked in. Dr. Cooper explains things easily and is quick and efficient. The hygienist Natalia is very friendly and helpful! Deborah at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about not only the billing, but dental procedures and after care. Modern dentist office. All my forms were electronic and completed before I arrived; just had to show my ID and dental cards. My wait was about 5 minutes. The receptionist Deborah was super friendly. The hygienist Michelle was nice and cleaned the sh*t out of my teeth! Dr. Cooper was amazing as well; thorough when reviewing my X-ray charts and very informative with all recommendations. The whole team was great! Definitely will return!

I went in today for an exam and consult for a broken tooth. I was really nervous, as the last Dentist I went to left behind broken fragments of tooth which was extremely stressful and painful. Dr. Cooper and his team were above and beyond professional and friendly. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by Deborah and Michelle, and even though they were wearing masks, their kind welcome was more than evident. The Dental Assistant, Natalia, was so warm and friendly and made the experience for me. Dr. Cooper is genuine, thorough, and didn’t rush to get through the consultation. The entire practice is state of the art, meticulously clean, and had an overall elegant and welcoming feel. Leaving my family dentist of over 20 years was not a decision made lightly, however, after working in the medical field for many years, it’s more than evident when a practice has employees who love what they do, and value patient care. The practice team and facility are amazing, and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next visit and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone looking for a Dentist.

Everyone made me very comfortable. The office decor and ambiance is also very comforting and exceptionally clean. Their equipment is up-to-date. They even have their own machine to make crowns so it doesnt have to be sent out of office and can be made the same day! They are new to the area but the staff is novice. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new dental office.

When I moved to Germantown Md in June of 2019, I was looking for a new dentist, who was close to my home. My dental insurance provider had mailed me a list of referrals for dentists. The same day in the mail I received a welcome to the neighborhood card for dental services from Dr. Cooper, This had to be fate because his name was the same name from my insurance company as well, after reading about Dr. Coopers approach to dentistry and his medical background, I made an appointment and visited the office and met with the front office staff and Dr. Cooper. Everyone was so warm, kind, professional and genuinely concerned about my issues. Dr. Coopers approach to listen to his patients and offered the best results at the same time. The office is very bright, clean, and high tech. I was impressed with the high tech aspects of dental work being done for me and the results that I am now experiencing so far and the rest is history! Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cooper. His office staff and assistant were amazing. He is very patient and understanding when it comes to children and their fears at the dentist. I scheduled an appointment for my 3 children, ages eight, six and five. His office was able to accommodate me and see all three of them back to back. Dr. Cooper is an absolute phenomenal dentist and his staff is top notch!!! I have always been afraid of the dentist. Walked in in pain and Dr Cooper found that I need a root canal and a crown.he could not immediately verify insurance coverage. Fast forward 3 hours later, I was walking out with a root canal done with a new crown in place. Yes, I did not need to come back for the crown. They took the pain away and by that time, it did not matter I was paying out of pocket.
