I took my 4 year old for his first dental appointment to PDGO. The hygienist and the dentist were awesome. It’s kid friendly, spacious. They were cautious and abided by all CoVID regulations. Not one complaint. They were just plain AWESOME!

Everyone is nice but they work to fast, my 16 son got a cleaning, X-ray, and dentist exam all in 30 minutes!!! That’s too fast it makes me think that quality work is not being done, that’s the only thing that concerns me

I was very pleased with the staff and atmosphere of this office!! I like that parents are allowed back with their children and that there is transparency. Dr. Collazo was very friendly and personable.

Everyone from the front desk to the back were exceptional! You feel like family and that you’re valued as a patient. Not to mention, the office is simply beautiful! Super happy that we have a facility of this caliber in Memphis! ❤️

Hands down the best for your children. We had a horrible incident with another group yesterday. It had my 7 year old daughter nervous 😬. The Dr extracted 2 teeth and explained the process to her. She sat down and did great. Companionate is the best way to describe the visit today.

Every time I am there with my son, it is a very professional experience and we never wait long. Everyone who has assisted us is polite and helpful. My son now has braces and they answered all our questions and provided all the information to make it a pleasant experience.

The staff was so friendly, even the dentists we passed in the hallway! They were helpful, welcoming, and kid-centric.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 3 and I still cannot believe that she actually gets excited to go to the dentist. I initially took my daughter to PDG in 2017 for a consultation. They were honest and told me that she wasn’t quite ready for braces. We were advised to check in every 6-12 months to see if she was ready. Well…………………..She got her braces installed in 2019 and we couldn’t be more satisfied!!! Dr Collazo is THE BEST!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone there is about creating the perfect experience for your child. My son had a cracked tooth and got it repaired today. Everything could not have gone any smoother and he cannot wait to go back. I hope he doesn’t have to unless it is for routine check ups.

It’s just a fantastic group of people. The new offices are amazing. Our visit today was so pleasant that I almost hated to leave. We drive over an hour to go to PDGO and have been for 10 years if that tells you how highly I regard the standard of care my daughter receives here!

PDGO really does a great job of helping my kids have a pleasant experience at the dentist. My kiddos are not scared to go to the dentist, and they tend to be hesitant about a lot of things.

First of all the atmosphere is so great. The staff are friendly and the place is spotless. My child gets very anxious at dentist appointments but they made him feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone!

My daughter has pretty severe anxiety about going to the dentist and they were wonderful with her. The hygienist was so sweet, caring and patient. She took the time to make my daughter feel at ease before doing anything at all. Highly recommend PDGO especially if you have a child who has fears about going to the dentist.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was nice. My toddler loved the atmosphere and so did I. So glad we were recommended here. The dentist was very very patient with my son. Even when he got fussy, she still was so nice to him.

Coming in from another state this has been by far the best dental experience my kids ever had. Everyone from beginning to the end of the visit qas immaculate. Both kids are looking fwd to their next visit. I only wish there was an adult version to this Dental group.

There is something that pediatric dentistry offers for children that is so important. They were conscientious and kind and fun! We had great experiences with all 3 of my children, including procedures. Fast scheduling and fast appointments. I would highly recommend PDG.

They made my son really comfortable and treated him really nice. The staff is awesome! The facility is super clean as well! We have a home here at PDG!

The dentist did great but the hygienist.. a woman was using the plaque remover and scrapped my lower gum. She said she was sorry and I had many incidents were my gum is usually scraped really bad. Another time a different woman scraped my gum and told me they were swollen as if it she didn’t scrap my gum. Usually they have glasses for us to wear just in case but as she was rinsing my mouth the water was all over my temples and around my cheeks and near my eyes and I’m not sure if it was because of covid but the last time I went during covid they gave us some.

The staff is so nice and accommodating with three children at one time. They make them feel comfortable and play with them. The Dentists make them laugh and feel at ease and talk to them as well as the parents. We LOVE this office and staff!

My kids love going to the dentist and it’s all thanks to the wonderful people working there. They are very patient and make going there fun. The prize at the end is icing on the cake for my kids. The new office is beautiful too.

The place is fancy. The nurses are good. But the doctor sucks. Dont go there. It just waste your time and money, especially your health.

We love PDGO! The Germantown location is, by far, is the nicest dental/doctor office I have ever been to. The staff is always helpful, friendly and explain the process start to finish (for both patient and parent). My son loves PDGO and I do too.

My son had a emergency toothache, I called got scheduled quickly the same day. The facility is top of the line, great staff and dentist.

Super clean and very very friendly and patient staff and amazing service.

Our experience was great. The place was clean and our safety was very important to the staff. Our temperatures were taken at the door, hand sanitizer was on the table at the door. All check in procedures done on paper and clipboard -wiped down and left to dry. I felt that my children were safe and well care for during our visit.

The staff is kind, patient, attentive to the needs of the children, and informative concerning all processes and any necessary next steps. As a parent, I appreciate the extra effort to reassure my children that a visit to the dentist is not a scary experience, but actually a very fun one!

My six year old daughter loves going to the dentist here! If I could rate this place SIX-stars I would! They are AMAZING! Great kid friendly environment! The waiting rooms have entertainment for all ages, from gaming systems to tables with trains. My daughter is a huge fan of the television system in the ceiling that she gets to watch while getting work done. The staff is REMARKABLE! The doctors are fun and friendly! You would love this place and your children would LOVE it more!!!!

My 9 year old son enjoyed his visit here very much, the young ladies who tended to him prior to the doctors visit were phenomenal with him. They offered different flavors for his cleaning and prepared him for the big moment for when he met his dentist. They stood by his side the entire time and supported him. Overall it was an amazing experience thank you to the amazing staff who helped through this visit. Looking forward to 6 months from now.

Ms. Cheryl was AMAZING! She was so kind to Chloe, extremely caring and positive. In a short amount of time, she REALLY got to know Chloe. Chloe is a special needs kiddo and sometimes struggles with new situations. Ms. Cheryl made sure that Chloe was at ease! We accidentally ended up at the wrong office for our first appointment. The Germantown folks graciously fit us into their day, even though we didn’t have an appointment there. The lady who gave us a tour and the doctor were incredibly kind and patient with my uncooperative and exceptionally active son. I’m looking forward to years with this office!

What a blessing it has been to have a place where your child actually enjoys and looks forward to their dental visits!!! Our daughter gets so excited for each one and that wasn’t always our experience elsewhere.We don’t mind driving a little over an hour for her to be able to have that comfort and ease that each technician and Dr. Fuson provides for her! The overall staff make it an enjoyable and easy experience every time for our child.So thankful we have this community of people that seem to enjoy their jobs and each child that comes in....you can really tell they treat everyone with kindness 😁

This office is very professional and friendly, were always greeted with smiles from the beginning to end. The office is always nice and clean. Kimberly makes sure of that, she is always wiping down the refreshment area and cleaning off the computers. Dr. Colozza is one of the best dentists my children has ever been to. He is great about explaining different procedures, especially with their braces. The dental techs are very understanding and patient. I will always refer them to whomever ask for a great pediatric dentist.

My kids love coming here! I know, its strange to say that about dentists office, but thats how we feel.My son had several cavities filled (and he is only 13!) but he always felt at ease and relaxed, no fear at all. I think that says a lot about the people working there. They create a very friendly environment for their patients. They are professionals, and I only wish my kids could keep coming here even when they are adults.

This is the greatest pediatric dental group for kids ever!! Actually I would like to go as an adult! The staff is always professional and super friendly. It was a great experience from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted with gifts. Had a tour of the place. Candace was out dental hygienist and she was so sweet. Like a little “child whisperer”!!! I never dreamed my 3 year old would cooperate and she even allowed her to floss her teeth. I was very impressed!
