I usually love this office even though the front desk staff is rude. I work in medical, specifically patient care so I am fully aware of what’s expected and how patients should be treated. I made an appointment for 10:00 am and 10:30 am for a family of four. Two patients to be seen at 10, and the other two at 10:30. I specifically make morning appointments because I work nights at a hospital. It took two hours for only two people to be seen for a routine cleaning. I had to cancel the other two appointments. It shouldn’t take two hours for two routine cleanings if all four family members would have been seen it would have take At least another hour or more absolutely ridiculous.

Great experience. My two year old daughter had her first cleaning. They did an amazing job making sure she was calm. She didn’t even cry. Highly recommend!!!!!

I found this place through my sons pediatrician and was happy to know that we could both been seen here. My son absolutely hates seeing the doctor and dentist, but the staff here are incredibly patient and worked with me to help make sure he was still seen and received the cleaning and treatment he needed. They also took the time to better understand a recent AI diagnosis I received and made sure I was comfortable and hydrated throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bhanot and Ms. Tethiana were both so kind, gentle, and encouraging with my very anxious 10-year-old, who has some special needs. They addressed her directly rather than talking over her to me (though of course kept me included in the conversation), took time to listen to her fears/concerns, normalized what she was feeling, explained everything they were going to do before they did it in clear and straightforward terms, gave good reasons for /why/ they needed to do it, and never once became impatient. They even offered her a mini-manicure as a bit of distraction and an opportunity to make a stronger connection! Weve been going to this practice for several years now, and my older daughter (12 years) has received excellent care as well, including for her orthodontics. We have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen, and the waiting room is set up with a couple of video game consoles to keep kids entertained if they do end up having to wait (or if a sibling is just along for the ride, for example). Whenever possible, Debbie the office manager is proactive about scheduling both my children at roughly the same time to help me consolidate trips, and she consistently offers accurate estimates of insurance coverage vs. out-of-pocket costs so our family doesnt encounter financial surprises. Id highly recommend this dental practice to any parent, and especially to parents with children who are very anxious about going to the dentist or who have mild special needs.

Last week, after much trepidation for fear of dental work in general, I finally went to Kids Dental Clinic for a check up and cleaning. Walking into a well lit and friendly waiting room was such a delight! The staff was so welcoming and comforting! Dr. Shri and Tessa were incredibly professional and they took the time to ease my concerns. The work was fairly extensive. Believe it or not, I did not feel any discomfort! I would recommend this practice to families looking for a professional, welcoming and knowledgeable dental office. Thank you! Ill be back soon!

Dr. Deepali Bhanot, Kids Dental Clinic in Germantown, MD, has been my sons dentist (first) since he was 2 years old. The Kids Dental Clinic provides excellent dental care and provides sound advice to my son at each visit.

Dentist is great and thats why we went, but never again the office staff was soo rude and mean today. Horrible customer service I hope they record calls and review them. They just lost a lot of young kids business. None of my Germantown relatives kids, my friends kids, or my child will go here. Let me reiterate Dentist is fine no issues there. Office staff horrible. We did not deserve that nightmare phone call.

Great dental team, HORRIBLE front desk staff. Disorganized, bad attitude and even worse customer service.I was billed over $300 and sent to collections when the old hag who needs to retire ensured me it would be covered by insurance. DO NOT GO HERE.

My kids and I have been patients of Dr. Bhanot for seven plus years and we are more than grateful to her and her staff for being extremely professional and caring, they always tell you the truth and all the posible choices that you have for treatment. We had been in other dental practices before but sadly many of them were only after your money and not your health. I strongly recommend Dr. Bhanot and all her staff of professionals they are truly the best dental office for kids and adults in the area.
