I went to Kids Dental on Friday 06/11/2021 for my routine cleaning. When the dentist (Dr. Leena Mehta) was examining me, she said I needed couple of fillings. I asked her if both cleaning and filling can be done at the same time. She said YES. The filling has been a horrible experience. My right tooth where she did the filling started getting very sensitive that I could not even chew from the right side. I went back to Kids Dental on 06/25/2021 again. This time, it was another dentist (Dr. Lee) that examined me. She filed away some of the filling and said it can take up to a week for the sensitivity to fully go away. It has now been 3 days and I still feel the sensitivity on the right side as a result of which I still cannot chew from my right side. I hope it gets better.Tooth filling is really as basic as it gets and I am really shocked that Kids Dental could not get it right. My experience was very bad and my ordeal still continues. I am waiting for the sensitivity to go away so I can chew from the right side again.I have never had any oral problems except for a couple of fillings. And my experience has been very unpleasant.

My daughter has her teeth cleaned here regularly and everyone is always very helpful and nice. It is an efficiently run office, no longer wait times than expected and it feels very safe with COVID protocols being followed. Today we had a tooth extracted and both Dr. Bhanot and the dental technician were very thoughtful and caring with my very nervous daughter. I was very impressed with how they both went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. All in all highly recommend.

My daughter and I were a little nervous bringing her to a new office during the pandemic. Even though they were in full gear they still had a warming welcome for us. Fantastic experience. I have cPTSD and new drs are a trigger, I even have severe anxiety with drs I’ve known a long time, so it has been such an inexpressible relief to have found a practice where the staff are as patient and understanding as they are here. The dentists, dental hygienist, and front desk have answered all of my questions patiently and matter-of-factly. I don’t know what else to say that isn’t broaching into TMI territory, but I hope this review can help others like me find their dentist.

Great service and care along with preping prior to pts coming in based on CDC guidelines (preventing COVID 19).Giving 4 instead of 5 stars due to the provider--dont want to drop names but please explain in detail after your examination to the pts FMs; that relieves their anxiety and builds strong pt- provider relationships.I know it is stressful times. I know cause I am in the field as well. But it really does not take more than 3 min of your time.Thanks.

Called from the parking lot before our appointment. Had a temp check when we walked in. Went straight into chairs and got 2 cleanings done within 20 mins. Great, friendly and safe staff!

The receptionists, and dental assistances were great, (as always). The dentist we saw (not sure of his name) wasnt the most polite. He was pretty aggressive when cleaning my boys mouths.Im going to request another dentist at our next visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhanot’s since I was a very young girl. I am now 27 and still visit her practice for all of my dental care. My mom and sisters do as well. Her and her staff are very nice and always makes us feel welcomed. They make sure that you know all fees (if any) ahead of time before any service is rendered. They always try to be as flexible as possible and they show genuine care for the health of your teeth. If you’re looking for a family friendly dental practice then you will definitely find that in Dr. Bhanot’s office.

I take both my kids here (6 and 4 yrs old) and the doctors, hygienists, techs, and front staff all have been so wonderful. They have been so patient with my kids who were very scared at first. Now they arent as fearful anymore! There was a slight difference in opinion between the two dentists so it wouldve been nice to have saved a trip but I appreciated not having to go through with a procedure for my 4 yr old. It means they truly care for your little one rather than just trying to bill you. And I honestly dont know any other dental offices who paints nails for your little ones. Lol. Im so glad to have such a wonderful dental office to go to! Thank you!

My son was traumatized by another dental experience by another practice, when we started bringing him here. He loved it so much the whole family started coming here. They are small enough where they know everyone big enough to get you in quickly!

Loved the hygienist who made my 5 year old feel welcome and eased his fear. The dentist was also great! Loved the environment, and as for the other bad reviews I just didn’t get that negative vibe. The front staff was friendly and gave me an estimate before the appointment, so I’m not surprised when I get there.

I am impressed at how good of a pediatric dentist Dr. Bhanot is. Shes patient and was very good with my 5 year old at her recent visit. She explained everything well to me and put my daughter at ease as my daughter is fearful of going to the dentist and getting her teeth cleaned. The office is clean and very well prepared with sanitation and social distancing given the current situation with COVID-19. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhanot if youre looking for an experienced pediatric dentist with very excellent communication skills with parents and kids!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bhanot! My son was terrified of the dentist. We went to two other practices, both suggested sedation in order to fill his cavities because he would get hysterical and not even sit in the chair. I was given a referral to Kids Dental Clinic and on our first appointment, I was so relieved that Dr. Bhanot suggested we work to get my son more comfortable with going to the dentist instead of rushing in to have the cavities filled while sedated. Due to the patient and caring staff at the office, my son has totally over come his anxiety over dental appointments. I love this practice and would highly recommend!

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Although, Angela is always busy, she takes the time to be polite and caring. Sometimes the wait is more than 15 minutes, but they always apologize and provide professional service. My 8 year old daughter and myself have been patients for over 3 years. Sadly, I really miss my hygienists, Lisa....she moved away and she had the best personality ever.

We really liked the doctor. She was quick but thorough. Unfortunately, the staff doesnt know how to handle billing properly. If you have dental coverage through your medical insurance and secondary coverage through dental (such as FEDVIP) the staff is of opinion that they can ignore the contracted rates of the second insurance (in which they choose to participate).

The Staff is great, they always advise me about what I could end up paying and they accommodate my daughter according to her needs. She is special needs and have been going to this practice for 10 years. Dr. Bhanot is so kind and understanding with her. Dr. Bhanot has also seen my son for 15 years. So I am so so pleased with their service. I recommend her highly.

Under the COVID-19 pandamic situation, our visit was well handled with all safety measures. Health screening Q&A, waiting in the car, temperature check, wearing mask, and seeing limited number of patient at a time.

My kids have been going to this clinic about ten years. This is a very professional dental business with a family feel. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. All the staff is kind and attentive and helpful with accommodations. The dentists try to balance between providing comprehensive care and necessary care. For example, they will not fill every cavity your child has, but will note which ones are superficial on baby teeth and which require treatment. Several years ago, I started using them as a my primary dentist as well mostly for convenience. It has worked out well, and they have an extensive professional network for services they do not provide. We are usually seen right away. The front staff is very helpful with appointments and handling complex insurance issues.

Dr Bhanot has been our kids dentist for 19 years. I have never felt disappointed. She is an amazing dentist, has always given undivided attention. The practice has since grown, the newer staff is also great; caring and professional. My husband and I both go there since they started seeing adults.

The front office staff are great. They take time to ensure every visit is great. My daughter loves this dental practice. The dental hygienist I had on this visit Tatiana was very professional and thorough. She took her time to clean my teeth and this is the best experience I have had at any dental office.Dr. Bhanot is very proffessional and patient. She is s great educator. I dont like to leave negative feedback, but this office has been just awful. Angela is always nice and polite and I think Dr Bhanot is very knowledgeable but boy, DONT send your kids there to the orthodontist and Debbie is just rude and chooses who to be nice to. The team tried several times to install extenders in my sons mouth, but as soon as we got home they came off (three times). Not to mention that, that young orthodontist seems inexperienced and super arrogant. I have been there for years, because I am loyal and like to develop relationships with service providers but it didnt matter they do not appreciate people for who they are. Debbie is stand offish and nasty in her comments. She would make comments as if your business didnt matter and would tell you off. BAD BAD BAD customer service! I kept coming back until I couldnt anymore... Choose another dentist...The orthodontist responded (of course), but why the device came out a couple of times after being installed in my sons mouth? is it for legal reasons as she mentions? and because we sent our oldest child (who lives at home and helps with his siblings and mind you who is very responsible and a college graduate and works full time as a senior consultant for a reputable financial firm, yes He is RESPONSIBLE and an ADULT) the orthodontist gave me a nasty lecture over the phone on how I should parent. She told me I should be more responsible. ALL my children are very well mannered, respectful, great students and attend private schools and do well ( so maybe I am okay after all) The fact of the matter is THEY ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE and thats my review, send your kids elsewhere... At least if you care about customer service. Read the other comments. We all complain about the same thing. And NO for Years I put up with rudeness after rudeness and I will NOT contact your office and will make sure the word is out about it...Treat people better! with the exception of Dr. Bhanot and Angela you all are NASTY!

Was expecting Dr Bhanot will check on him but it was only staff for annual dental cleaning

Dr. Bhanot made us feel so comfortable. This was our first time using her and it was for surgery. We trusted her so much after the 2nd opinion we moved forward with the hospital visit. Were so glad we found her. Even though shes quite a way from where we live shes worth our drive. We know our 4 year old will continue to get the dental care that she needs.

Worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor/dentist. Deepali Bhanot is rude, she has poor bedside manner, no interpersonal skills. Will treat your child like a clinical case, not like a human being with feelings. She didnt try to engage with my child once. She was very matter of fact when speaking to us about the treatment plan. Will never take my child to her office again! Which I should mention was bare, not child friendly. Very limited toys. And the staff is just as rude as the dentist. Proceed with caution.

The kids have Dr. Bhanot as their primary dentist for the last 17 years and they are very happy with her.Only negative thing about this office is the unprofessional staffs in the front office including the staff handles the billing issues. Dr. Bhanot is a great Pediatric Dentist weve been to, she is kind, attentive, and very skilled professional. Not only make my kids feel comfortable but also safety by using rubber dam for preventing anything dropped. (Our former dentist Dr. Pamela Cornejo accidently dropped a needlelike drill bit and lodged inside my sons stomach and didnt tell us hrs later). I appreciate Dr. Bhanot put patients safety as first priority, I always recommend my friends when they are looking for a dentist for their kids.

Office manager not worth anything. The front office staff... Trash. Theyre nice to get you in the door and come ouf your pockets. Nasty bunch that claimed they did everything to help me but they did everything to help themselves to my money. And if it wasnt for my daughter i wouldnt return to that establishment
