My overall experience with Dr. Santos was great. He was friendly, took the time to explain the procedures I needed, why I needed them, and addressed any questions I had.I required some extensive and expensive work (even after insurance) and I appreciated Dr. Santos listening to my concerns and helping me prioritize the work needed so that I could financially space it out over time. Furthermore, I appreciate the staff for going the extra mile to sort out an issue I had with my insurance. Because of their efforts, I saved a lot of money.Both times I saw Dr. Santos, it was easy to make the appointment and it was nice to get reminders via text message. The staff was friendly and accommodating and in both instances, I was seen almost immediately after my arrival.When it comes to the actual service that was provided, although I had two complex wisdom teeth extractions, in which stitches were necessary—I was not even aware when the first tooth was removed, and not once during the entire procedure or recovery was I ever in pain.Dr. Santos also made himself available to me after surgery and permitted me to contact him via cellphone if I had any concerns, and it turned out that I did, and he immediately responded and alleviated my worries with a quick text message on a Sunday.With service like that, I cannot complain. I trust him, and will continue to use him as my dental care provider.

Dr. Santos and the entire staff at Crown Dental Care in Germantown are amazing. I had an emergency tooth issue that needed immediate attention and they were able to fit me in right away and take care of me. Everyone from the front office staff to the Doctor were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dental office for everyone in the Germantown area. They will take great care of you!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are unprofessional and disorganized. My husband booked his appointment with them 3 months ago. He arrives to his appointment today only to find out that they don’t accept his insurance, even though he was told they did when he scheduled the appointment. As a business they need to do better. Now my husband has to search to for another place to go and probably has to wait another 3 months to see a dentist. Time is precious, Crown Dental and you should be ashamed for wasting people’s time. If you give this place a try, just triple check that they take your insurance. It’s sad that you have to do their job for them.

Great team, friendly staff all around, quick and easy. 100% ready for any covid concerns having cleaning stations and ample room. Doctor Santos came in and helped me put in a temporary crown the same day I first called in. 2 week later he had a permanent crown put in that looks absolutely like a real tooth. Doc Santos was able to explain everything straight forward and answered all my questions.

Today I had an routine cleaning appointment for my son. It was first time for me as a new patient. Office was located in busy neighborhood where its difficult to get parking spot. Though I reached close-by to office (probably 2 min walk) on-time, I couldnt locate its exact location. So I called the receptionist and she was guiding me how to reach there. But when I was about to reach the office, then she said doctor is not having enough time now and I had to reschedule. I went upstairs to talk to her but it didnt help. Was it worth to ask patient to cancel the appointment because I was 15 min late (which I got after 2 months. In fact I was looking for afternoon timeslot but only morning timeslot was offered only saying thats the one is available)

Crown Dental Care is by far the best Dentist office my husband and I have been to. Everybody there are just so nice. I just love being greeted by Jacob and Melanie every time. The office manager Mara just so helpful, she helped us with our payment plans, which’s saved me so much money. I have never been to such a kind hearted Dentist Office.

I literally spent 2 days doing research and I found this place. First, I called and Melanie was super and extremely sweet over the phone. When I met her in person, her voice definitely matched the person I saw today. I had my oral examination and it was great. You guys have no idea, I am the worst patient... I get anxious, I can’t handle pain and I am scared of everything. Diana was my dental assistant and she was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. The doctor was very honest when he saw my x-rays. I’m getting my wisdom teeth removed next week... and before this appointment I was freaking out, after today I feel like I got this!! Love you all guys. Oh! I couldn’t find the place when I parked, I called and the guy stayed with me over the phone until I got to the office. They are amazing.

I came in with the intent of just a routine check-up, as Ive had previous experiences where it felt like offices had pushed services on me without taking into consideration my timeline or budget. The moment you walk into the reception in the germantown office youre given a sincere greeting.Dr. Zaner and his team not only were considerate of my dental care goals, but I never had the feeling I was being pushed to go through a certain path. It got to a point where they had earned my trust and I was pushing them to continue to do more work on a faster timeline.Id also like to give a special shout to Evelin Dadisman who not only seemed to be working with Dr. Zaner in most of my operations, but also led the best teeth whitening experience Ive ever had. Best advice is skip the Walmart/Target whitening strips and just go to her.Happy to say not only do I aesthetically feel good in my smile, but I feel that my dental health is the best its been for a while.Not only has this office earned my business, but Im happy to refer anyone from my family/friends to this office.Thanks team and see you for my Invisalign visit soon.

Even though COVID is still making things tough in some way, at Crown Dental my procedure went super smooth. Staff and doctors are super professional and polite. Called them when I arrived at parking lot, was taken straight to where I was having work done on my teeth and was made as comfortable as I could have been. Really thankful for the whole team at Crown Dental! You guys are awesome!

Great dental experience! They have tons of precautions in place to ensure the cleanest, healthiest and safest environment for your visit. The techs are super professional and so nice. Dr. Nyugen is knowledgeable and thorough, but not pushy. He listens and works with you. Great place for overall oral health!!

I was going to this office for over 3 years and spent $35,000-$40,000, and the only thing that they can do right is doing simple cleanings and fillings. Im not even sure about their fillings since I did suffer greatly for one of the fillings that Dr. Thy did and still sometimes it bothers me. This is coming from someone who never had any tooth pain!Forget about doing implants, veneers, and even crowns because it will be never delivered the way you expect it. Every step went wrong somehow. Except the 2 implants which were my own request, veneers and crowns were suggested all by Dr Thy. They never delivered the design I requested and the veneers were manually shaved to get closed to the expectation. The retouched veneers and crowns dont feel the same as the other ones without further modification.I felt like a mouse used in testing labs thats being under experiment in most of the office visits. The office never had the color I wanted, and also it seemed that they never had a request of none ridged/textured veneers/crowns. Because most of the veneers and crowns were delivered with extra ridges or textures or they were totally out of the correct shape!I paid everything out of pocket and due to the issues, I made half of the payment and was waiting to see if Dr. could overcome the issues so I could pay the rest. If you dont pay, the office visits will become like hell. The staff will bug you every second even when the job is not half way through! They will force you to pay them full even if it would take for ever to finish the dental work because the staff wants their whatever extra bonus they get at the end of the year. And apparently having more revenue for the office means more bonus for each of the staff members before the end of each year! Also Dr. Thy forces them to get all the money, but in front of you he plays naive but he most likely is the one forcing them to get the payment as well. There is a staff member who has been rude since day one when I was going to the only Germantown office, but she also came to the Rockville office when they opened and middle of my conversation about the payment with another staff member, she jumps middle of our talk and tells me you have to pay. It would be really interesting to see if these people willing to go through something similar and see their own reaction. Dental work is expensive, but imagine if one of the staff members for example ordered a pair of shoes in white and received them in orange. Are they going to be ok with it and wear it even though its orange?I really was looking to leave a 5 stars rating for this office, but sorry! Also there is a lot more to my story, but didnt want to make it longer than what I already wrote!

As a first time client of Crown Dental Care, I was absolutely blown away by the service and care given during my appointment! First of all, I am not the biggest fan of dentist appointments but they made everything so comfortable and welcoming that I didn’t mind it at all! Also, during these COVID times, it’s sometimes daunting to make medical and dental trips but Crown has got it down pat! They send out the patient forms and wellness screening forms electronically to limit the amount of time you spend in the waiting room. They make sure that all patients are checked in via phone/text BEFORE having patients just come into the office so that the rooms are prepped and ready for you. They take your temperature when you come in and all staff is extremely well protected and in safety gear. They are truly thinking of their patients safety and needs. Each and every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind and friendly. And Dr. Zander was FANTASTIC! He brings such a relationship based connected to the dental experience and really takes the time to get to know his patients. I felt very well taken care of and can’t wait to trust Crown Dental with my future dental needs!

After consulting with numerous dental offices in the area I choose this one. From start to finish they are a pleasant group. The front office is always very welcoming and kind, my hygienist Lauren was great she explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time which is big for me b/c I always have anxiety about dental appts. Dr. Santos was as always amazing and informative. So glad I found this practice and would definitely recommend them

I had a great experience during my last visit for cleaning. In light of COVID19, the staff has enforced safety precautions like taking my temperature before walking in, plexi glass dividers at the front desk, and bringing me back to the exam room immediately (skipping the waiting room). I felt comfortable the entire time I was there, and Linda (hygienist) was amazing as always!

They are amazing! I am always welcomed with a smile and a good attitude by the receptionists. The dental hygienists and dentists are so knowledgeable, relatable and friendly. They are also great with kids. They are always patient and so kind to me and my very busy 1 year old son for his cleanings. They are resourceful and do not push extra services on clients. They deserve more than 5 stars for their expertise, cleanliness, and great customer service.

A little background - I have had NOT so great experiences with dentists (a few) and ended having an emergency dental need. Was recommended to this dentist group by family member and my anxiety was very high in many ways going there! And I have to say it is a pleasure being able to leave a great review for a staff that was extremely helpful and friendly 😊 !! Very flexible with their scheduling, pricing is definitely reasonable and my dentist is to the point, was very attentive and gentle with my needs. Needless to say, it was a great experience and have scheduled to return to do the rest of my dental work. Never thought that I would find a dentist like this - they come highly recommend 😊

I’m impressed with how Crown Dental’s staff has taken measures like temperatures screenings and clear panels at the desk to be safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. I typically hate the dentist, but they’ve made my visits way more pleasant with the friendly environment and good service.

Hands down the best! It’s very difficult now a days to find a dentist you can trust and who can put you at ease but from day one everyone here (Germantown location) made me feel very comfortable. I may just start to like going to the dentist again 🤷🏻‍♀️ Lol....The staff here is very professional and Dr. Santos is the best! During this pandemic most of us can be hesitant to go to the dentist or to any doctors office to say the least but they take the upmost precautions which makes me feel very confident going in to get work done.

Very organized . This is my second visit after reopening and I felt very comfortable with thr extra precautions they have put in place.

Great experience for several visits now. Super intelligent and friendly doctor and staff. So grateful for that! Modern waiting/sitting area with cold and hot beverages and computers. TVs at each chair when youre reclined back or upright. Hot towel after each treatment even my daughter felt special and looks forward to cleanings and or fillings. Doctor is very thorough and explains whatever you should or want to know. Friendly and professional hygienists too! Smiling staff is a wonderful thing that does not go unnoticed for me. Christmas decorations are beautiful too! Excellent front desk service!! Ive never done a review, but Crown Dental has earned it. I find myself raving to family and friends about this gem.

Our family first visited Crown Dental to our young son to his first dentist visit. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and felt very comfortable. The front office, the dental assistants, and Dr. T took such great care of my son! He loved the experience and even got a special treat when he left! As a parent, I was so pleased with the care everyone provided him. I myself also visited Crown Dental since for my own dental care and, as expected, my experience and care was superb! Although we are face with the pandemic I was able to get a early appt.and being a first time patient. The staff was very friendly and courteous and Dr.took the time to explore options and possible solution for my problem.

Im a new patient at this office and have been really disappointed with them. Based off the reviews, I thought it would be a helpful office with a commitment to patients, but its actually worse than most dentist offices Ive been to. The space itself is nice. On my first appointment, they didnt tell me they would need to do 45 minutes worth of imaging work - I was there for a cleaning and they only spent about 15 minutes doing that. They made me late for work because they didnt inform me they needed to do the imaging work. Then, they recommended a $1000 worth of work on both sides of my mouth. Ive called every week for 4 weeks now trying to get a solid answer on whether or not the gum infection has anything to do with the other work (so I know what to schedule first for financial purposes). Ive spoken with four admins at the office and they gave me different answers every time, so I asked to speak to the dentist and I was told he would call me 2 weeks ago. Still no answer. No focus on patient retention/health at all.

My Family has been going to Crown Dental Care since 2017. The facility is very clean and the staff are very courteous. They have state of the art medical equipment for dental cleaning. The billing done by them is very correct and you dont get any surprises. Doctor Thy Nguyen and Dr. Barton Santos are very nice and knowledgeable. The Dental Hygienist Lauren and Linda are very nice to our 2 kids . They make them feel very comfortable and we had no issues in getting their cleanings done so far. The front Desk Guy Jacob is very accommodating and helpful . He answers all the questions very patiently will make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend this facility for Families.

I came to this dentist based on reviews, and all the things I read about them. I dont regret it one but! Amazing staff, phenomenal dentists, and everyone is more than ready to work with you. Ive never felt so calm, relieved, and comfortable in a dentists office. I truly wish I had found them sooner, but Ive got them now and Im not going anywhere! They listen, explain, and really all information and procedures effectively and efficiently.

My husband and I had great experience at Crown Dental with our children (ages 1 and 4). Lauren was out dental hygienist and she was wonderful. Lauren and the doctors were extremely patient and thorough with each of our appts. They took the time to make it a pleasant and informative experience. The staff was really friendly and patient with our rowdy kids in the waiting room. Im glad we found an excellent practice for our entire family.

Wonderful place. Very clean. Very nice staff! They are always on time with my appointment. Dr. Thy is a great dentist, very nice and friendly, addressed all my questions. My whole family goes to him. He makes sure you are satisfied/contented when you leave the office. I had to go back and get my fillings redone and he was able to provide it. High recommended!

Everyone in the office is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I was there for cleaning with my three kids (5yo, 2yo and 4.5mo) and the staff made my kids feel comfortable and welcomed. Well worth the 30min drive!!

Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable about the many aspects of dental care. He will answer every question with intelligence and professionalism. He and his staff are very pleasant and friendly. I was recommended to Crown Dental by my neighbor, Sure it’s very clean wait time is minimal . Those are the 1 star worthy. I needed a tooth extraction ASAPI was in a lot of pain so of course I’ll agree to whatever their asking price was . So I pay 1595 to pull 1 tooth 🦷 then they offer a no insurance package with2 free cleanings and a few other small things . Like a discount on my tooth extraction. So again I agree and pay for that xtra . Now here we go. The tooth comes out the Dr stabbed me in the tongue with sharp instrument 3-4 times then they gave me wrong instructions on my medications I was to take after tooth pull. My tooth stayed swollen and sore for weeks and weeks . So now I want my free cleaning i show up they X-ray X-ray jab lab at gum line, then come back and tell me I have to pay 200 because 1 tooth is something (I have no idea what they r talking about )They refused to give me just a basic cleaningUnless I pay upForget it a free simple cleaning I already payed forWhat A ScamVery disappointedAnd I’m telling everyone not to go thereI have a waitressing jobs in busy places. I know a lot a lot of people so now they’ll hear about crown dentalPoor service just after your $$$$$$$$

I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ve recently moved to MoCo and finding a new dentist is always stressful. I was recommended to this practice by a family friend and I wish I had found them years earlier. How many people would say they enjoyed having their wisdom teeth out? I had to have all four extracted and I had been putting it off for far too long. I’m a complicated situation in that my platelets are very low due to an autoimmune condition. Doctor Santos heard all of my concerns in advance and came up with a care plan that made me feel like the entire procedure was going to go off without a hitch and we’d be able to manage an unexpected bleed risks quickly and efficiently. Day of the procedure — Doctor Santos and his team walked me through everything — explaining everything in great detail but in terms I could understand! He made sure I was nice and numb so I couldn’t feel a thing (probably the most important part of this entire review), popped out all 4 teeth without issue, gave me a special membrane treatment to help my blood clot, and did an awesome job suturing! He even gave me an education on the different tools being used (only because I’m inquisitive and asked!!)Fast forward 5 days later — I’m healing up incredibly well; I’ve experienced very little pain; I’ve experienced very little bleeding. So here I went in to the procedure expecting extra bleeding and complications and left with 4 less teeth, an absolutely wonderful start to end dental experience, and no complications or bonus bleeding.Doctor Santos and his entire Crown Dental team are true professionals and I would recommend you turn nowhere else for your dental concerns!!Next up... Invisalign! Who could even pretend to be excited about that.. and yet.. I AM!!

Best experience. I hadnt been to a dentist in 4 years. I was in so much pain. Started to see Dr. Thy January 2017. And he has fixed almost all my teeth. (Promise Ill be a good patient from now on). The staff is amazing . Everyone is smiling, laughing... feels like a family. The environment is clean, smells good and there FREE coffee. Oh, the dental hygienist(Linda) is also an amazing person. She taught me the right and wrong ways to keep your mouth healthy. I recommend anyone to come to Crown dental.

My daughter had her first dental appointment at Crown Dental Care today. She is almost 5, so we are a little late on getting started. With that, we were both nervous. However, I couldnt have asked for a better first visit. Everyone was so friendly and more than willing to help with anything to keep my daughter at ease. They helped her find cartoons on the tv and made sure she got the exact item she wanted from the toy machine. While in the dental chair, she was made to feel special and comfortable with every thing the doctor needed to do. She saw Dr. Lee and he was truly wonderful just like everyone else we encountered. He made sure to explain eveything to both of us. My daughter left loving the dentist office! She stated that it was fun and she is excited to go back! Who knew a kid could enjoy going to the dentist?!

Very impressed with this office. I originally called and scheduled to have a cleaning with their new patient special, I missed my appointment and was basically a no call no show. They called me a week or so later to let me know that an opening had became available that day if I was still interested, it was perfect timing so I took it! The staff is all VERY friendly. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and was very accommodating. The doctor took his time to thoroughly go through and make sure I understood everything that was happening and going on. He gave me great advice and easy tips and ways to get my oral hygiene in better shape. I decided to go braces with them and they were extremely helpful and flexible in offering me a payment plan that fit well with my finances. Angel even stayed about a 1/2 hour later than business hours to help me set all of this up! My whole family is now coming here. Very pleased to have found a great office to stick around with!

I have been deeply disappointed with Crown Dental Care in Germantown. My first appointment was okay other than they were supposed to verify they took my insurance beforehand but failed to do so and were unable to do so when I arrived. that made it so I had to decide to either cancel and reschedule or potentially pay out of pocket if my insurance was not accepted.That was not the worst experience though. I had a different dentist this time. I went back some fillings, (my second visit) was given an estimate beforehand with a range of the cost. Cost ended up being much higher than the maximum figure because they claimed they found additional fillings after they started that they had not previously been detected, though in the initial quote had noted potential filling locations that might need filled but the ones they found at the of the second appointment were in addition to those. (note, I have not had a filling up to this point and had gone to a dentist on a fairly regular basis).The dentist preforming the fillings was not the most careful, seemed to be distracted, a little rough, and seemed to be in a rush. He also ended up cutting off part of my tongue. It wasnt a huge amount, but certainly quite noticeable if I was speaking. He then proceeded to yell at me, telling me that it was my fault for putting my tongue in the way, even though was currently under the effects of numbing medication so I had no way of knowing exactly where exactly my tongue was or if it was in the way because I couldnt feel it. He continued to yell at me, blaming me, and stating that because of my carelessness, I had gotten my tongue cut and that he would now be late for his remaining appointments and be home late because of me and my bleeding tongue, because he now needed to wait for it to stop before he could proceed. He grabbed a paper towel, told me to hold it to my tongue, and walked away for a while.Eventually he came back and said that he doesnt normally do that many fillings at a time for this exact reason, though when I had been originally quoted, I was told the number of filling were likely to be only be half as many as they claimed the day of, and even when I was told the actual number, they told me that it was fine to have them all done that day. Once my tongue was bleeding less, he came back, got some device to block my tongue from where he was working and finished the job without saying a word and then left. I wish that block was just used in the first place.He did not at any point apologize or even ask if I was okay. I was not given a discount, nor did I request one because I dint not feel that was necessary. I had asked if I needed special medication or antibiotics for my tongue and he shrugged it off stating Id be fine. I was prescribed painkiller for the fillings though. For the next 2 weeks, my cut opened up off and on, it was difficult for me to eat, speak properly, it was fairly painful in general, and my mouth routinely tasted of blood. After two weeks, it stopped bleeding, and after a month, I was able to speak completely normal.Im not that mad about my tongue being cut. I read about it online and it occasionally happens. Im sure it was not done intentionally, but may have been better prevented with more care on their part. What I am primarily mad about and what makes me refuse to go back there is the is the poor customer service I received from the doctor. I shouldnt be rudely yelled at and blamed for something that I have very little if any control of. Thats just not a good way to retain clients and I will be taking my future dental needs elsewhere.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Barton Santos for 6 years after being introduced through a colleague and plan on making it a lifetime. Everyone was very nice and helpful during my visit. The staff answered my questions honestly and efficiently. It seemed like they genuinely care about their patients. The office was welcoming and comfortable. The dentist was thorough and precise during the limited examination.

Outstanding! I really enjoyed my experience here. The customer service is very high and all staff members are very professional. They have free tea and coffee drinks available. They also have bottled water too (free). The office is very modern as it was constructed within the past year. Operating rooms have multiple televisions, and the equipment is state of the art. Prices are reasonable, and they accept many different forms of insurance. I am a selective person when it comes to services and this far exceeded my expectations. I will be coming back!

As some would agree, going to the dentist is their least favorite appointment to go to. But going to Dr.Ts office is quite different!Love the amazing staff! From the friendly receptionists, knowledgeable dental hygienists, to Dr.Ts bed side manners, I always end up leaving quite pleased.Another bonus about choosing this practice for all your dental needs? The billing side of things are a breeze. Estimates upfront and everything is an open book. Overall, I do procrastinate on my follow ups but I always end up questioning myself why.

Dr. T and the staff are great. They are friendly and helpful. They remember you and treat the whole family with care. My girls love their waiting room computers and my son loves the toys he can get after his cleanings.

Such awesome staff and doctors! They make you feel welcome and the doctors are very informative of all details needed. They also offer great payment plans for those not able to pay a lot out of pocket. I got a warm towel to clean my face and it smelt like lavender. They also have computers to use a tv to watch, coffee, tea, water and they gave me a new toothbrush with toothpaste and floss. Such a cozy office and a welcoming atmosphere. An uneventful pleasant experience. The office is upstairs. Well-equipped with coffee and water. Rooms have televisions overhead. Linda was my hygienist and was careful after asking if I had any sensitivities, etc. Didnt feel like there were any hard-sells and Dr. Kim was pleasant and happy to take a look at my night guard. I completed all forms ahead of time which made check-in a breeze. Staff is overall friendly and facilities are updated and clean. Thanks!

Dr. Nguyen and the staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The office has top of the line equipment and the professionalism exhibited by everyone is an example to all dental offices. As a kid I used to hate going to the dentist, and it hasnt been my favorite thing since... but this office has definitely changed my outlook and I enjoy going to the dentist.

I felt welcome the moment I stepped foot into Crown Dental. Reception was easy and I was offered refreshments. I was seen by the hygienist promptly for my scheduled appointment. The office was very clean and organized. The hygienist was knowledgeable, kind, fast yet gentle, and caring enough to check on how I was doing every so often. The dentist was very ftiendly, thorough, and professional. No one was pushing any agenda to buy a certain toothbrush or toothpaste or cosmetic procedure. All my questions were answered and everyone was patient and personable. I havent enjoyed going to the dentist since my last appointment with my pediatric dentist when I was 5.

I’m extremely happy with the level of service I receive at the Crown Dental Care office in Germantown. Dr. T and his team have my highest recommendation. They are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. 5 stars!!

I am always nervous to find a new doctor and this was no different. However Lauren made the experience wonderful and Dr. Santos was pretty nice too. She was calming and it makes a difference.

First I want to say that the environment is very comforting. When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted and all the receptionists are extremely professional, welcoming, and nice. It is October right now and they put cute decorations in the front reception/waiting room so it really livens up the area.The wait isn’t long. I usually only need to wait 5 minutes before I am brought into a room. I have been to offices where I’ve sat in the waiting room for 20min-1hr, so I really appreciate that they are very considerate of their patient’s time. The office is pretty open so you can see the dentists working hard and you don’t have to wonder what they’re doing while you wait (which is something I am always skeptical about when in a waiting room). However there are curtains for privacy if needed.I also would like to mention how organized Crown Dental is. A few days before any of my appointments, I will get a call or text to confirm if I will be there. Anytime a receptionist calls me, they are very polite and ask me how I’m doing. (It kind of makes me feel good to be honest). They’ve also easily accommodated to abrupt schedule changes without hesitation which I appreciate A LOT.Dr. Thy and Dr. Kim are also excellent and very professional. I have seen Dr. Thy for quite some time now and I have always had a pleasant experience with him.I recently just started seeing Dr. Kim. He’s very polite and fun to talk to. He pulled out my wisdom tooth today. Although I was very nervous and reluctant at first, he reassured me countless times that it would not be too bad. And after numbing my gums, he pulled my wisdom tooth out within 2 minutes. It was quick, easy, and PAINLESS. I was able to drive home by myself okay and am very happy with the “procedure”.I usually dislike going to the dentist, but Crown Dental makes my experience very pleasant.... so I actually enjoy seeing my dentists and everyone who works there. I completely recommend!

Having recently moved to the area I made an appointment at Crown Dental with a little trepidation. I have lived in many different areas over my life and have had a variety of experiences with dentists.I have to say this was without doubt the most professional and pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist. All the staff was just great!I wish there were more stars.

Crown Dental has a great dentist/s and a wonderful staff. They worked with me to get my dental needs taken care of. Other things I enjoyed were the short waiting period and the spa like atmosphere. Two thumbs up!

I was looking for a different dentist and I came upon a Crown Dental mailer that I had received and decided to give them a shot.From the time that I walked into the office until the moment I walked out with my little goodie bag of tooth brush, floss, and paste it was the best dental visit I had ever had. I felt like each person from the receptionist, to assistants, dental hygienist, and of course the doctor were there to take care of my dental needs and were not rushed to just get another patient through. Each one took time to explain anything I wanted more information on and made sure that I was comfortable with what was going on. Also, the most technologically advanced dentist I have ever been too. For once I actually look forward to going back to Crown Dental to get the rest of my dental work done.

Dr.T and his staff have always been amazing ; especially covid 19 crisis, they are following extra precautions and safety measures to ensure patients are safe and comfortable. Jacob, who is at the Front desk, has always greeted me with a smile and lovely conversations, that it makes getting drilled into your teeth that much more pleasant. I definitely recommend any new patients to come to this office as my entire experience has been top notch and just downright awesome.

At the office, the staff smoothed out paperwork nicely. The main time dentist approached the patient with considerable attention. The visit caught my tooth condition with time to react. Would like to return next time.

The dental experience is spa like to include a warm inviting waiting room with free coffee, tea, and bottled water, warm blankets, heated face cloths, and neck roll to modern dental suites, outstanding service, advanced technology and equipment. They genuinely care and it shows. I highly recommend Crown Dental Care for your dental needs.

One positive point I will mention is that I am relaxed when I am sitting at their patient chair. Drs were very friendly and seems to be good at what they do. The only suggestion I would make is that the front office receptionists communicate with each other for a timely customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Crown Dental Care. The hygienist did great job. I feel really fresh afterwards. Dr. T is definitely gentle as well. I will be visiting them for my next treatments and consultations sooner or later.

I dont why they are in this location. Place is for small shops like nails, small gift shops and so forth. I think they should relocate and find more suitable location where most of the medical facilities are located.

My son used to hate going to the dentist but after we met Dr. T and the staff he wants to get his teeth cleaned all the time. The front staff is irreplaceable! All the girls are fantastic and Dr. T is extremely knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would give 11!!!

At age (almost) 69 years, I finally made a dental appointment. Id received a large postcard advertising a Crown Dental office within minutes of my home. Ive dreaded dental visits since I was a teenager so I was terribly nervous. Ive NEVER been to a medical (both doctors & dentists) office where they went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen has an incredible chair-side manner. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered every question I had. My assistant was Brooke and I just loved her! I may not be afraid of the dentist anymore!

So I’ve had a wisdom tooth problem for a while now, on Wednesday January 30th I was awoken at 2am with excruciating pain, I scheduled an appt with another practice that same day, went there and all seemed good until all they we’re after was my money, leaving discouraged I called Crown Dental Care they informed me that they would see me on Monday. Monday comes and I’m nervous because of my previous experience lo and behold this place was not only caring but attentive, the Doctor took out the tooth that same day!!! I was very PLEASED and grateful with my experience. I would honestly give this place five stars if I could!!!!! THANK YOU Crown Dental and God Bless!!!!!

By far, the most awesome dental visit Ive ever experienced! The best looking office, state-of-the-art equipment, and an incredible staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The dentist here used to worked at TLC in Germantown and I followed him to his new office. The front desk personnel are very nice and the facility is clean and state Of the art. They take your BP and pulse prior to doing work. There are TVs in the back on the wall and above your head. They are all professional and polite. I have only done two cleanings there but they went very well and after you are done they give you a hot towel to wipe your face and hands (thats such a perk). There is free water and occasionally drinks and treats in the waiting area. After the cleaning the doctor comes in to inspect and talk about a treatment plan if needed. So far he has not pushed any thing on me, just recommends and gives me options. My only minor feedback would be the wait to see the doctor after the assistants are done. It can exceed 15 minutes and did for me. I assume its because he is the only dentist there and giving the one on one attention to each person. If you need to hurry it can get too long to wait, but I guess he is doing the best he can do. Hopefully he stays focused on quality care and doesnt let money begin to drive him and start overbooking.

Staff is very friendly! Angel the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Thy is very personable and treats your teeth as if they were his own. Hes also very knowledgeable, its safe to say my teeth are in good hands!

The frontdesk staff provide a warming welcome and are always willing to work with you however they can. I love this practice! Thank you for making my transition to Germantown easier. Its hard enough moving to a new city far away from everything you loved before. I feel very comforted knowing someone is taking good care of me and my family when it relates to oral hygiene.
