Absolutely pitiful after installation response and service. I am still waiting, 10, days now for my home phone to be switched over. Their highest internet speed offered still has problems playing movies on Netflix. Bottom line the $20 I saved per month wasn’t worth the frustration. I recommend don’t do it. I tried and lost.
