Seems like more recently the machines spinner/washers arent always working. The last two visits the right side has not been working correctly for 3 sections including tires (which I pay for!) Need to fix to get my 5 stars back

Purchased the $20.00 car wash was supposed to get a car wash coupon for later use as well. Machine didnt dispense coupon. Still had dirt on car after wash. Didnt clean the rims/tires right either.. Then the vacuum didnt work correctly hardly had any suction. The other bays were full so I couldnt move to use other vacuums.

I bring my SUV there as often as I can. I wish the final rinse was a little longer, as there is still detergent left at the rear window at the end of the run. Otherwise, very good place to go

Great new car wash! Better than any other place around here. Staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. They have 3 lanes to enter and one is reserved for members... so be sure to check out current promos (definitely worth it)! They also have several stations with complimentary towels and vacuums available on both the driver & passenger sides (for each car - no sharing or waiting & they work very well).My favorite is the wash with wheel cleaning (it actually gets my wheels super clean - no more black gunk on the sides).

Fairly priced compared to most all car washes. I got a $10 wash on my hellcat and was actually surprised at how well it came out. I had low expectations, for obvious reasons.The wash is not touchless, so if you are worried about brushes then dont go here. You can so pull around to dry your car off with free towels and they even offer vacuums.

Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesnt. We still find people driving through the prepaid lane trying to pay. Learn to read folks.

I got a new car and was so excited to get a membership here. The very first time I washed my car I got scratches on it. I have given it chances but almost every time I go I end up with a new scratch.Besides that, the car wash it self is mediocre...sometimes it does a good job, most times it doesn’t. I often have dirt left all over my car. I’m paying $30/month and my car doesn’t even look like it was waxed, let alone washed. Most of the time I want to take my car right after and run it through again. I just don’t know if I’m allowed to.

Every time I go there is always something wrong with the car wash. Sometimes its closed or not working properly. Im very disappointed because I purchase monthly. It gets auto drafted and the one on military is the closest one to me. They also raised the price without warning.

I love this place, and cheap for what you get, not to mention Austin is always smiling when I drive up to the car wash and puts me in a good mood ha.

Love the wash and the amenities. We have just started using this service about 1 month and we cannot say enough good things about it. Please pay the $16 as much as you go it is worth the wait.

Ive been a member for over a year and their bill has changed. Im supposed to be charge every 30th.not every 28 of the month. I enjoy washing my vehicle every chance I get since Im out of the area. I tried emailing them but I was blocked. And without notice, they raised the price. Is anyone else having this problem?

What was going to be a typical, run of the mill task turned into an exceptional experience! Josh, one of the managers there, was personally manning the front as well as running around the premises ensuring that thr patrons were taken care of. When I had some questions about the services he made sure I understood the ins and outs of everything, it was obvious he was a subject matter expert. It is people like him who should be rewarded for his performance and acclaimed for his public relations. When I heard that they are opening more locations in Colorado, I immediately thought of Josh and what an excellent fit he would be for the grand openings.

Fabulous $3 price for wadh & dry. Cant wait till my next trip there...

The car wash doesnt do a good job cleaning the front grill, bumper, headlights, and tires. But I havent discovered many car washes that clean the tires and rims well. It also couldnt get bug stains off front windshield. The workers were outstanding and allowed me to take the car twice through the wash. I paid $12 for the wash that was focused on the tires.

Good car wash and fast but wish they had people to dry it for you

The car wash ripped off the trim from my car. They said they are not responsible for any damage to trim. Not worth the hassle.

The conveyer is always breaking. Just got to be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes because those kids running the place have to try to fix it. Not the kids fault but the company should fix it

Great deal! They provide a pre-scrubbing station to get the bus off your car and they provide free microfiber towels to wipe your car down, inside and out!

We stopped cause the signs say $3 carwashes. Well don’t be fooled lol. They $3 washes are “touch up” only meaning only water no soap or anything. So they bring people in by that $3 sign. My only problem was that. Other than that it was good. We paid $6. It did dry my suv good. They offer free towels to use on your car. The vacuums are free. They also have an air trigger machine to help with dirt in like cup holders. It was packed when we went but line move quick.

Just the worst. Im going to cancel my membership. They are always busy and understaffed. Ive been ignored sitting at the pay screen waiting for help while other cars just go by. The vaccums are weak or dead. Never any towels left. The worst location and traffic. I miss the New Braunfels locations

About a month ago one of the machines took the cover off my mirror. Since its an apparent difficult color to match finding a replacement was a challenge. Josh did his extensive research and took care of it..Because of his professional attitude and great customer service this whole situation was merely an inconvenience, never a problem .Thanks again Josh !!!😊👍

Great value. Pay the membership once a month and wash your vehicle all you want. Vacuuming is always free. Most of the vacuums are really strong, there are a few that arent great though.Even when the line is fairly long, you can be in and out in 10-15 minutes. If theres no line, like early in the morning, then its a 3 minute deal. A+

Its better than Blue 🌊 because they use masking tape for the 🔙 wipers. Blue 🌊 did away with it almost a year ago according to staff.

Car looks awesome with the best car wash. Vacuum stalls are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Paid for the platinum wash. Didnt get all the grime off. Missed the entire back side of my car. Always lines here but they move pretty quick.

Worth the price. Car always comes out shiny & clean. I really like the high pressure air they have at the vacuum stations, it helps clean out air vent dust.

I used to have a membership with zips but had too many problems. I recommend Watershed they have awesome employees and havent had problems with their machines.

Love this place. Buying a monthly pass is definitely the way to go. Only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is because there always seems to be at least one side spinner brush NOT working. Rather it be the left side or the right, rarley are both working at the same time.

Employees are great. Car wash doesnt ways get all the debris so a 2nd wash is sometimes needed. The front entrance gets so blocked with the 2 lanes, you cant leave. People have to back up to go thru the vacuum side in order to leave out the back road.

Machine jammed. Safety features failed and got rear ended by truck behind me. Watershed refused to be responsible for its car washs mechanical failure. Dont be surprised if you return home with damaged vehicle.

My vehicle was damaged through car wash on Saturday 03/20/21 at the time of incident my vehicle was not moving and the brushes or moving parts of the car wash damaged my truck. The assistant manager on hand made an incident report and said a manager would call me on Monday no such call ever came in. I called Tuesday was able toSpeak to manager he stated he was too busy and barely working on incidents that happened on the 16th. Manager on pat booker, Tyler Brandt mentioned the need for a repair estimate I provided one the following day. Now my vehicle is a 2018 Tundra it did not have any defects before entering car wash. I’ve used other places to detail my vehicle and this sort of thing had not happened before. Manager (Tyler) on task states it’s not their responsibility and will not provide district manager information so I can resolve issue.

Even though the sign of the car wash is misleading saying 3 dollar car wash when in reality the basic wash is 6.00 and the touch up is 3.00 when you look at the menu board, it is a decent wash compared to swift water car washes.

Im paying $16 a month for a broken vaccums! I moved to another spot & that vaccum was also broken. Be careful theres debree around parking lot Found a nail / screw, broken glass laying around.Trash cans are also over filling.

The car/truck wash is great. I recommend buying the monthly membership because its unlimited washes. I have a lifted Truck and I love that I can go through the wash as much as I want. I gave the car/Truck wash a 5 star rating because it saves me time, money, and great customer service.

I went on a Friday morning about 10:30, there was a long line when I got there but it moved quickly. I like this place. I reccomend it. They offer free vacuums and free towels. They have a bug station to scrub off residual bugs, Ive never used it tho. They have vending machines for scented deodorizer

We left and our suv was very dirty. The windshield was smudged and the door panels looked like someone did an alternating pass with a towel. Im glad the young teenager didnt convince me to upgrade to the monthly unlimited washes.

Place is always packed for there $3 dollar wash. It barely cleans anything. Car is still dirty after running it thru. The wash machines themselves arent clean. You can see how dirty they are as you pass thru them. This will also scratch the hell out of your paint too. The vacuums are always full. If you love listening to cars with so much bass you cant hear anything else but that and the car rattling to pieces go here.

Even if there is a long line, it goes by quick. The cheapest car wash around.

Very disappointed in this place. I took my brand new 2020 Toyota Sequoia through for a wash and when I got home noticed multiple small scratches. They start at the front of my vehicle and go all the way to the back on both sides. I took the vehicle back the same day and the attendant on duty immediately saw exactly what i was talking about so he had me fill out an incident report and stated his regional manager would be in contact with me. I had some hope that theyd at least offer to try and buff the scratches out; but NOPE! The regional manager stated he reviewed the camera from when my SUV ran through and he didnt see anything so theyre not liable. I dont understand what he didnt get that the vehicle is brand spanking new and it now looks like I took my SUV off-road and scraped it up on brush. I was really looking forward to my monthly pass as the price seemed to be unbeatable but they have lost my business!

Great place to wash and detail your vehicle...pulling in be careful because it is a popular place and traffic tends to get backed up at the entrance.

In the “trail” period they offer you $15 for one month. So as I do this the young kid at the stand tells me should I be interested in keeping the service to come in and pay $30 for membership. I used the car wash twice in the month of the $15 period. The first time I ran it threw there was still a lot of dirt left on my truck which left me disappointed. The second time we decided to run it through the wash it was a different day, my husband had washed it by hand before taking it through. It was clean however water marks everywhere. We have a black vehicle so it was very noticeable. Fast forward to today, I look at my bank account and notice a charge to my account for $30. So I called to cancel and request a refund since I no longer wanted to continue services. The “manager” answer and basically say NO! He proceeds to say he can cancel the membership and I can use it until the 26th of July. That when sign you up on the receipt it states you are responsible to cancel 7 days prior to the renewal date or be charged, and that the workers also tell you to make sure you view the receipt as they inform you of the cancellation policy. NOPE they did not! Nor was I told I’d automatically be charged if I didn’t cancel online. Because, had I’d know I wouldn’t be in the current situation I’m in! I asked for a customer service number and the manager tell me no ma’am we don’t have one of those. What kind of customer service is this!? It’s frustrating. Make sure you read the receipt and their cancellation policy. Make sure if you want your vehicle clean you wash it by hand before running it through a car wash (I mean come on isn’t the point of this car wash is so your vehicle don’t need to me washed by hand first!?). Don’t waste your time or money here just take it a few blocks down to the wash tub pay a couple more dollars to have someone wash it by hand for you. At least you know you’re getting what you pay for. Very disappointed in this business.

Great deals on washes as well as monthly memberships that will give you unlimited washes all month Long. I make a stop almost every day after work to keep my new truck fresh and clean lol

4.5 stars: Very good wash, and really decent prices. The most expensive wash is like $15 or $16 bucks, which comes with a free wash of equal value for next time. Thats a nice feature. And the monthly membership is the same price as the most expensive wash. The free vacuums are nice because theres one for each side of the car, and complimentary towels to dry the rest of your car with. With all of these pros listed, this brings me to my one and only con. The dryers at the end of the car wash are not terribly powerful and rarely dry majority of the vehicle. This would be an issue on a hot summer day, when you notice water spots on your vehicle. Other than that, very happy with this place!👍
