HTC bought out Southern Coastal Cable in Georgetown, SC, and you would expect that maybe the service would be an improvement, but you’d be mistaken.They charge more for fewer channels, and we’ve had more outages in this past year than we had in an average year with Southern Coastal Cable.Right now, for example, I am trying to watch a baseball game, but the picture keeps dropping out—at 8 p.m. on a calm summer night. And we tend to experience weekly internet outages.Southern Coastal was a great value, but HTC has us thinking we might be better off finding another cable provider.

Worst cable/internet company in Georgetown County. After 1 year prices go up $50/month. Highly recommend ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN THIS ONE.

I live at True Blue in Pawleys Island and since you put in your new service, I no longer have the rolling guide and on demand. I would never treat my customers this way, you use to be good and now your service sucks. I email you about this awhile ago, no response, very disappointed in your service I will talk to the management company of our Condo complex to see if we can get better service or a new supplier.

Customer service is the worst. I dont know about yall say what you want but Southern Costal cable was the best, when it came to there customers they did what they could, internet and cable package was affordable especially for those on a fix income and customers service was #1.

My internet used to work all the time when I was Southern Coastal but now Im rebooting everyday. I have online classes and this is annoying. Call several times but only a temporary fix. About to move to another network.
