Was 10 minutes earlier than expected and I LOVE that! Took a very short ride, but driver was so sweet about it! Said it was no bother and he was happy to be of service! Will definitely use them again when in town!

I called them in quite the pinch. I was told it would be a minimum of 45 minutes until someone could get to me. It was a tight time frame but I was okay with it. 5 minutes later the driver called and told me that he was only 20 minutes out! They arrived early, the driver was very polite and professional. The rate was exactly what I was quoted. Couldnt ask for a better service.

I attempted to get picked up by Orange cab and they said they would be there in 25 minutes to the location where I was at and an hour and a half later Im still sitting here and they wont answer their phone terrible customer service

Had to utilize them on Sunday mornings.Thus was the morning of a sat night Graveyard shift that brought me to 6 am.The orange cab would generally alway be available to call right then to get a lift home was very nice.Have to say though there is a couple drivers much more proffessionial and dependable than a some of the others who seem line they are litterally trying to do 8 things on their cell phone while they are driving and get get lost alot.

Ive had good drivers and then I had one who was texting and driving swirving lanes and even smoked a cigarette in the cab. NOT OK!

The Lady Driver Was Both HELPFUL And COURTEOUS Because The R.N. Who Used Thick Gauze To Bandage The Hole Left By The I .V. Needle And The Initial Bandage Was Soaked in Blood. Instead Of Changing The Bandage. I Started Bleeding From Under Te Already Soaked Intial Bandage.

I called for a cab and gave my address. I needed to be at the Chevy dealership by 6pm. It was 4:30 and I asked if the company would be able to make it in time. The man who answered assured me they would be at my house in 25 minutes. They never showed. When I called at 5:30 and patiently said I needed to cancel because Id missed the the time frame I needed to leave to arrive in time, the guy hung up on me. I had thought maybe they got busy or dropped the phone and it was just a mistake. But they never called back to explain or apologize.Ive used this cab company before with good results. Im not sure what happened.

Excellent service and great driver will definitely use again

Called 6 hours in advance to get a ride to the train station and the initial driver never showed. After I called in and had the dispacter initially deny I made a reservation at all, they sent a driver out who arrived 20 minutes after the agreed time. I missed my train, the cost was 8 dollars above the quoted rate, and on top of it all the driver spent most of the drive complaining about his romantic life and talking about his right wing political views (BTW based on those views I cannot imagine the company is especially queer or non-white friendly).All together, when you add up the cost of the cab, my missed train, the missed medical appointments that were too late to reschedule, the flight I ended up paying for, and the subsequent Lyft from train station to the airport, the companys screw up probably cost me over 350 dollars. Just a little above the 15$, ten minute trip Id expected.I hate fancy ride share services for how they exploit their most active workers, and was planning on becoming a patron to a local alternative, but this DID NOT make the case for that plan.

I use taxi services often and thought I would try out this company. Spoke to someone and was told they’d send a driver. Hour and half goes by and my calls were forwarded to voicemail when I tried to call and check eta. Finally got tired of waiting and called again to cancel just to be told “well this is the first time I’m hearing of this, but okay” and as I try to respond explaining I was told a driver was being sent almost two hours ago, he hung up on me in the middle of talking. I understand these companies get busy, but this was handled very unprofessionally. Would give zero stars if I could.

Hit or miss to be honest. Most drivers are great, but they need to learn not to tell someone that their relationship isnt valid just because the other lives in a different country, and to not to missgender their passenger.

Orange cab number 555 almost wrecked the both of us on 10/14/19 when they turned into my lane in front of me just inches from my front bumper forcing me to hit my brakes pretty hard. Good thing no one was behind me. This was done less than 20 feet from the turn they made. I Got it on video and will be calling the company for what that may be worth. Next time plan your route better and try not to wreck people just to get to a fare. Pretty sure they were heading to the airport as they were heading that way.

My driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cab was clean and comfortable. They arrived on time and delivered me safely to my appointment early!

Keith was an amazing Cab driver. When I made the reservation for my mom, I accidently gave the wrong address. Once I told him my mom was leaving a treatment center and needed to be on the bus at 11:35 he went out of his way to go to the new address and pick her up and get her to the bus station on time. He could of turned the new address down but he went ahead and made sure to pick her up. Very impressed and forever thankful.

I dont care what anyone says about this company these drivers are people too and they are not prefect theres traffic they cant just control that kinda stuff.I called them because my car was in the shop today and I needed a ride home they where vary nice on the phone I forgot to ask on an ETA but he showed up within 15 min if that was vary clean and well dressed even for a driver vary nice we had a good conversation and it only cost me $15 to get home better then walking!Im sad to hear what happen to the young man who was killed while working for your company I hope you all get thru it and Ill be sure to call if I have car issues again 5 out of 5 all the way!

Fast and courteous

I just watched one of your drivers entering the freeway behind a semi and cut illegally across solid lanes and cut around the semi blocking him from being able to safely merge into the lane, then the cab driver speed up and cut back in front of him and speed off the next freeway exit speeding and driving erratically and unsafely the whole time. This was in the Spokane Valley around 2:30 or 3:00 pm 8/20/16. The driver has dark hair thinning hair and facial hair and the cab had some thai food advertisement in the back window. I wouldnt let your driver drive my pets let alone my family or friends. Clean up your act or get off the road!

This is awesome company! I use Orange Cab every weekend. They have the best service and there drivers are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this taxi company! They always offer good discounts and always on time.

As a disabled Veteran, I rely on Orange Cab to get to appointments. Having them taking me to and from these appointments have always been a wonderful experience, for the exception of a former driver, Andrew. He was all about himself and used his mobile device while driving. Since he has left, the company has been perfect. Orange Cab is the preferred company for transporting US Veterans within Spokane and West Plains. They hire Veterans too! (Personally, I rarely take the bad experiences of others as to whether I use a company or not. That person could have been having a horrible day already and it is easier to leave a bad review on a business than to deal with their issues with the party their anger is directed towards. Get your own experience.)

I won’t use them. Was nearly in just 3 accidents involving one of their drivers. First he almost rear ended me following too close, then almost hit my back bumper going around, and finally nearly clipped my front bumper cutting me off when they went around. If their drivers are this bad I have to wonder if they are properly licensed and I would be too scared to ride in one of the cabs.

Clean new vehicles, and on time for pick ups! 3 or 4 drivers on the road round the clock so there is lower wait time and professional service.

I can see that the reviews on here are quite similar. I had the same experience. Called for a cab said theyd show up in 25 minutes. I called 40 minutes later and no answer. I kept calling and still no answer. I had to call Yellow Cab eventually, but Orange Cab never gave me a call back to apologize or anything. Thank goodness I didnt have anything important to get to. Good luck when you call these guys. I know Im never using them again...

I would recommend this cab to anyone the cab driver was great and early I called at 3am witch is really early and they answered and picked me up and went out of their way to exceed my expectations.

Needed to catch an early flight. Called the night before. Was assured they would be there at 3:45. I called at 3:55, the guy that answered said sure, Im on my way, whats your address. I said you assured me youd be here at 3:45. Youre not on your way, are you? He said sure, just give me your address. Awful cab company, wont be calling them again.

Cab # 585 cut me off and would have rather hit me than yield he was turning left in front of me I was going the opposite direction and was trying to turn right had to slam on my brakes spilled soda all o er the front of my 4runner will highly not reccomend youre business what a jerk can I send you the bill for cleaning my rig?????

I called for a cab and the guy said hell be there in 15-45 minutes. Its been over hour and 15 minutes so I tried to call and see what happened and no answer. I read past reviews and some say if its a short distance they wont even bother. And it was a short distance but not for walking. Your job as a cab service is to take people from point A to point B no questions asked. Whether its profitable or not. Because Im certain that you have another fare to make up for this one. Either way Im displeased and wont call again.

Your cab driver, Ron Diltz, flashed his brights on and off at my route driver last night merging from 195 to 90. I can only guess my driver wasnt driving fast enough for him. Ron is a reckless driver at best and short fused. Id have a chat with him concerning his driving habits. For all he knew, my driver could have been the Mayor of Spokane. How would Orange Cab like that public relations nightmare?Response: It is not a false review and it would be a civil matter not criminal. I was at Northside and called for pick up I was getting late for work these guys are awesome they showed up within 10 mins or less and got me to work on time.I would defiantly use these guys in future and recommend to friends . There service was fast and the driver name Rocky was awesome also (funny guy ). Overall I had very good experience with orange cab .

Only put 1 star because I couldnt put 0. They took for ever and whent a short ways away and I could see my cab fare increase by the minute. Wouldnt recommend to anyone especially if your in a hurry to get anywhere fast.

I called the night before my flight to schedule a cab to the Airport. The driver showed up on-time, was friendly and drove safely. I would definitely recommend them! :)

I needed a ride from the airport to my new house in the valley around 11:00p.m. I called ahead and they took my number and said that the driver would call me. My flight got in about 15 minutes late and I already had a couple of missed calls from the driver. I called him back as soon as I landed and informed him that I still needed to get my bags. The driver waited on me for a total of about 40 minutes and then took my 3 year old and I home and even helped us find the house as it was night time and I had only been there once before. The driver could have picked up another fare or just got tired of waiting on me but he was very patient and I really appreciated that. My only complaint is that I had 3 suitcases and a car seat as well as my 3 year old and he did not get out to help me either at the airport or at my house! I will try them again for my next trip to the airport.

I was a driver for this company for over 2 years, and just found out that for AT LEAST the last year I was not listed on their insurance policy. This put not only me but any passengers who rode with me in an Orange cab vehicle at risk, because his insurance company would have denied responsibility for covering any of us. Sure we could sue the company, but as an LLC the owners would have protected in their liability. Only company assets would have been available to sue them for, not any of the owning familys extensive personal estate.I was also present when I heard the owners son, who is the company manager, try recruiting drivers and telling them that if theyd work the night shift he wouldnt require them to get for-hire permits which means no background check at all. Youd actually be safer riding with Uber than with this company, because, as weak as Ubers background check is, they at least make every driver get one.But it doesnt even end THERE. Hes begun hiring a bunch of former Spokane Cab drivers because hes so desperate to put bodies in seats to drive his cabs. Spokane Cab has possibly the worst reputation of any cab company west of the Mississippi, due in large part to the bad attitudes of its drivers, and thats who hes filling his ranks with.

My taxi never showed! Sat outside Walmart for over am hour with my 2 year old daughter! Called 3 times at 40 minutes to see what was going on and they never answered! Had to call another company. This was a horrible experience! Still trying to get a hold of them to complain and still ignoring my call!

Horrible!!! I am pregnant and new to town I had a very important appointment. I called hours before to book my taxi, and they never showed up! I tried numerous times to call and ask what the deal was and was sent to voicemail. I missed my apt. I will NEVER call this company again. Shame on you orange cab.

On weekends I use to use uber as my transportation beacuse I thought they were cheaper than taxis. But I have recently found out taxis are still cheaper beacuse durning weekend uber has 1.5x the normal rate . So I decided to use orange cab and I loved there service they told me they were gonna be here in 15 mins and came in about 10 mins which was amazing before calling orange cab I have called few taxi companies there wait time was 20-25 mins . I was very happy . And will use orange cab in future .

I called this taxi service 2 hours early to be picked up by a certain time. Mind you I used this service the day before without a hitch. Guy who drove me was really nice. Well, this morning 6/29 I call them to pick me kup from my home and take me to work since my car is in the shop and I would prefer not to walk on a bad knee. I am standing outside waiting for the taxi at 10:25am. At 10am they call me to tell me the driver will be there at 10:30 on the dot. Yay! I am going to get to work on time. Yeah right! 10:45am comes around, nothing. I am still standing outside waiting for now 20 minutes. Call them up and I get an Oh, I dispatched them to your location, they should already be there!. Nope, still no taxi. 11am hits, now I am late for work. I call again and they have no idea why there was no taxi to pick me up. BS! The driver from the day before had told me that if you are only a short drive (less money) will be made therefore they do not even want to bother with the route, tell you that they are on their way and then never show up. I will never use this company again. I run a business and this is no way to treat anyone. Atleast have the common courtesy to say, sorry, you are too far out of the way to be worth the while, versus letting me stand there in the pouring rain (yes, it started pouring rain within the 25 minutes i was out there) waiting for someone that wasnt even going to show. I am downtown most nights of the week and becuase of this I will gladly tell the hundred or more people that I know to not even bother with this company. Absolutely disgusting.

This was the absolute worst taxi experience or lack of experience Ive ever had my entire life. I call a taxi because I needed to go to SEC to take a final I dont live far but if I had taken the bus I wouldve been late and missed it. So I decided to pay the outrageous fees have a taxi service. I spoke with the first person and they told me it would be about 10 to 12 minutes until the taxi was there to pick me up, it had been about 10 minutes and they werent there so I started to keep walking and once the taxi call I would just have them drive a block or two to pick me up. Well 17 minutes later the taxi company calls and I said I was no longer at that location that I was six blocks down the road and I was told that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes until he would get to me. I asked him why it would take so long when I was literally six or seven blocks away and he said thats how long it took. So I hung up the phone with him and I MapQuest it just curious to see the actual time it would take and it said two minutes and the round up eight minutes if I was walking . So I called the tax company a eleven minutes later and he said that he was another 10 to 15 minutes out I asked him how this could possibly be possible when it shouldve only been two minutes from the start to go on additional 6 or 7 blocks. And then he continued to tell me that it was my fault and why do I call the tax company if I decided I wasnt going to need one and I told him I didnt know that Ill be waiting 40 minutes for him to come .9 A few blocks down from my home which was .9 miles away from the tax company service to begin with. Now I miss my finals I will never ever in my whole entire life uses company ever again and I advise you not to either

A twelve dollar minimum is ridiculous when the fare to my destination would have been around five. Ill not be calling them again.

I scheduled a cab for the next day, I was a little worried because Ive never done that befor but the driver was right on time and was very friendly. He knew alot about the area and even gave me some dining sugestions for after my appointment. I highly recomend them.

DO NO USE! they price gouge military, $60+ To go from airport to base. Lastly it will take them an hour to get a cab to you costing people flights because of it!

Driving thru Spokane on 90, watched vehicle #555 weave in and out of traffic. No signal used. Im NOT IMPRESSED with this company if thats the type of people they hire
