Tried first time for local ride and that mexican guy wasted my 1 hour waiting on his taxi .. called him 5 times and been saying on the way on the way and did not showed up..I Recommend to all Do not use this taxi service .We need to report this service and cancel his license.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company today. They said they would be at my home in 10 minutes. I was out there 20 and had to call them again. I stood outside in the heat, pregnant, for 30 minutes. And when they finally arrived a 7 minute drive took 15. They ran me all over Dalton and I was late for my appointment.

Horrible service. I wouldnt even give them one star. I call for a taxi one time and they show up 30 minutes late and expect me to call them to cancel but couldnt say that they were going to be late. Then the next time I call for a taxi they drive by my job and flip us off. So I would recommend anyone using this taxi service.

I told ghem to pick me up from one place. Instead they went to where i wanted to go instead of whdere i was at. Then they hung up on me.

They charged 30.00 dollars just for coming to pick Me up in Murray County, then they charged Me 50.00 dollars extra for taking Me to Dalton, Georgia!!! For a total of 80.00 dollars!!! A 12 Mile ride!!! Ridiculous rip off!! Do not call this service!!
