I went the Saturday before mothers day, so it was understandably very busy. But Phong took really good care of me and she did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. I love them so much ❤️

The owner was awesome and squeezed me in for a pedicure for a wedding this weekend when all other songs in the area told me they were booked out for almost 2 weeks. I showed up 25 minutes early, prepared to wait, but they sat me right down and got to work. Kelsey did a FANTASTIC job. My only complaint is that I wanted to do the deluxe package but was not offered the option. Oh well, it saved me some money!

This business deserves to be recognized. The staff are polite, warm, and make sure to answer any questions you might have. Their approach to customer service is genuine and real, no syrupy fake conversations. They make an effort to address every client with respect and dignity, informing them about nail services and options. I’m so happy with my nails and I feel more educated on what specific services to book in future to further build on my nail creativity an design. Would recommend to anyone who appreciates clean, warm, and direct communication while wanting a solid end product.

Kelsey is the best. I drive almost 45 minutes for her to do my toes b/c she is totally worth the drive. She is thorough and her attention to detail is what keeps me coming back to her.

I had a 10am appointment the other day and went in thinking I was going to have nice acrylic nails. Cuticle prep was poor and resulted in one of my nails already lifting. I asked multiple times for my nails to be shorter and the tech did not listen. Acrylic was not flush with my natural nail so it’s very very chunky and not flattering. The tech was on a personal phone call with someone for a good 25 minutes during my appointment and stopped doing my nails just to talk on the phone. The tech also was talking to another tech about how they were so tired and that they didn’t want to be at work and that their first client was super tiring (talking about me). Just overall the tech and my nails are not good. I spent $56 on a set of acrylic nails that I had to clip down and file to my desired length because the tech couldn’t do that for me. I won’t be returning after this.

I love Phong Shui nail salon. Theyre so nice and have always done a great job on my pedicures. I would recommend!

We scheduled a walk-in appointment. Half hour late getting started. Waited for nails to dry before leaving and later after an evening shower paint bunched up and fell off two toes. Returned the next morning and they couldn’t fix it until the afternoon which was well after we had a place to be since we’re visiting from out of state. I will be contacting the credit card company to dispute charges. It’s ridiculous they couldn’t fix 2 toes this morning. Wouldn’t even take 5 minutes-

Scheduled 2 pedicures at 3;45pm. They were super over booked. Waited over 30 minutes to get seated. Once seated took another 30 before one employee got started on my nails. They werent going to start on the 2nd scheduled until after they finished mine. 2 more scheduled pedicures came in after us. Then 4 more scheduled mani/pedi came in after that! SUPER over booked. No one ever said there was going to be a wait, to any of the 8 customers. The 2 pedis who came in after us left when they realized how long it was going to be. Needless to say the other person with me, who had scheduled a pedi at the same time did not get their nails done that day. No one ever appologized, owner was right there, didnt care. They lost 3 customers that day and didnt care. Not somewhere im willing to risk waiting an hour for again. Much better places around.

Appointment was at 6pm but didn’t get helped till almost 7:30pm, my mom got regular polish and nobody notified her that her nails were finished drying after sitting in the chair for almost an hour. After waiting so long her nails came out sloppy and no clear coat was put on, no communication and things were just done very unorganized. I understand they want to help customers back to back but it was way too over booked and they should take inconsideration peoples schedules.

My sister in law and I were walk ins today, we had already been to 4 different salons. Awesome Friendly service, my nails look amazing. My sister in laws nails look amazing as well. Extremely happy with our visit to Phong Shui and will be visiting again!!!

This is the second time I have gone to this nail salon. The first time, they called our number on file to let us know they were running about 15 minutes late - after we had already checked in and was past the appointment time. Today when I walked in right on time, I noticed 2 people finishing with pedicures, 2 people just starting, and only 2 nail technicians working. When I inquired about the time, and after having to ask several times, was finally told they are about 30 minutes late, and we would probably not be done within an hour (which I had another appointment today get to). This business prioritizes their time over customers, and does not communicate about running late. If you have a schedule to keep, this is NOT a salon for you.

This is the only place I go for pedicures. Ive tried other places, but I always come back here.

I recently had a full set done at this location, initially they looked beautiful and the nail technician took her time- but after one week two nails came off without much resistance and after two weeks four nails had come off while doing normal tasks. Poor quality work.

What’s the point of having an appointment if you just sit around till they are good and ready. Then they rush your service because they were late... 3 time . Not coming back. Not even a hello.

My sister and I called at 10 am when they opened on a Saturday with no appointment scheduled. We called to see if they were able to take us in (which they did). They were very accommodating and took us in for a Pedi and Mani without hesitation. There were a couple other clients in there (with appointments) so we didn’t mind waiting as we know we were just ‘call in’s’. They did a great job with our pedicures as well as our manicures are were so friendly and very thorough. The salon was clean and we felt very comfortable being there. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Awesome service, Im always busy with the nursery business. Phong stayed late and got both my sister and me done in the evening. She closes at 7pm I think ? But still took both of us in back to back . By the time she was finished it was almost 10pm. She is awesome to her customers and her prices are very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else

Love this place. They take their time doing your nails. They ask if it look good, if you need more of a massage when your getting your feet done. You can understand them when they talk to you. I would recommend this place to everyone :)

This was my first experience with acrylic nails. The technician, although making my nails beautiful at the time, to me, did not clear under the nail leaving gunky lumps that I had to pick at until I went to have my nails filled the next time, and cut too deep when setting up the acrylic initially, and I will now see a red line until the nail is fully grown out. I will not be going here again! Also, on a side note, my six-year-old daughter got a simple nail polish and when I pointed out that it had been messed up on one finger, the nail tech put a new layer of polish over it and told her not to touch it. Needless to say, the nail peeled off before we left the salon.

I have been here multiple times and always leave happy. I have had my nails done by Phong and she did a great job, but the whole staff is excellent and well trained. The wait is always reasonable, 30 minutes or less. From my experience they take their time and give good suggestions based on what you tell them.I will continue to go there, no complaints here!!

I made an appointment for 3pm and finally gave up and went somewhere else after waiting 15 minutes for two techs who were not even close to be done with the current client. I’m sure they do a great job if you have the time to wait. Maybe I’ll try again when I have more time. :(

Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 times I’ve made appointments at this establishment for a fill I had to wait for over 40 minutes. I can understand if I didn’t have an appointment but I did have one and still waited. The communication between the staff and owner is lacking too. The nail technician took a women that had a 12:30 appt instead of me that had a 12:00. I told her I had the 12:00 and rather than taking me she continued with her and simply said sorry. My time is valuable too 😕

I made a same day appointment and was able to be seen. The tech who did my pedicure was gentle and took her time. I took my 7 year old niece for her birthday, and the tech was friendly and sweet with my niece. I will definitely be back.

I love this place, they have great customer service even if youre shy getting a peticure! i like that they are up to date with current trends like nail art and holographic colors! i left without finding problems with my nails, like jagged edges, or re painting them later. they have passion and love for what they do!

I used to really enjoy coming here and it was the best day out of my week. They do a great job, if they remember to write down your appointment. And even if you have an appointment it doesn’t even matter. I’ve left this establishment feeling like an inconvenience three times now and I can say I am never coming back. The service is terrible and all I have ever tried to be is friendly and accommodating even when my appointment was asked to be pushed back, and wait for an hour. What a shame.

Great customer service, very professional. I havent had my nails done in years and Phong was very helpful in explaining pros and cons of different types. I brought pictures of the design I liked, and I got exactly what I wanted! They even made time to paint my daughters nails, which made her day.

I am sorry to say that I am not coming back. I gave them 2 chances to work on my nails, once with Shellac and the other time with regular nail polish. Neither one worked for me and they were 2 different employees. They might be good at other stuff, but to not be able to do designs with regular nail polish...... So Phong Shui Nails is not for me.

I went in wanting a matte beige gel manicure with a black simple olive branch (type) design on my ring finger and my middle finger. I expected a nail salon to be able to get it done- I mean its a business dedicated to nails. However, I showed them the design and all the employees claimed they couldnt do it. They apparently didnt have the supplies and Im guessing the experience. One of them told me they mostly just do polka dots and lines, so I went with a really simple line design and when the lady was done it was STILL messy and not well done. The lines werent dark (they were blurry & light) and they were not straight, additionally they rounded my nails and they were not rounded evenly. They treated me like they just wanted to get me out of there, granted they were busy, but a paying customer is entitled to a certain amount of respect! And it all ended up costing me $36.00. I went into a NAIL SALON expecting to get something done that I couldnt do myself in my home for free but they failed to do that, in fact Im sure I couldve done a better job myself. So I am very disappointed, and I apologize if I sound excessively mad but that seems to happen when people waste your money.

When I arrived, the girls literally argued over who had the most customers during the day to figure out who would get stuck doing my pedi... The foot and leg massage was short and weak...I requested a cute little white flower be painted on my big toes, the artwork I received was less than exceptional. I work hard for my money, and I dont spoil myself often. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I had to redo my own toes when I got home. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Owner is fantastic. Cures my gel shellac one nail at a time so she can get as close to the cuticle as possible which I appreciate because I hate when they look grown out a little after just having them done. Really takes pride in her work.

Ive been seeing Phong for 12 years and she does absolutely amazing work! No breakage and no ugly grow out! Shes always positive and happy! She has a huge group of regular clients. Boom ahead and not the minute you decide you need a fill.That negative reviewer obviously has ulterior motives. People theres two sides to every story so dont believe everything you read.

I come here every three weeks for a mani/pedi and am always thrilled with the results! The gel manicures are always very long lasting, and they do a very thorough job. Their prices are great too!

If I could give a 0 I would. The fact that they charged two 12 year olds the same price of an adult is crazy to me! $50 per full set acrylics, and the girls didnt get anything crazy. A coffin shape, all one color and the ring finger was with an accent. Absurd. Horrible. Just horrible!

The first time I came here was to get my nails done for my wedding and I had never had my nails done before and was referee by a friend. The lady in front did a great job on my nails and I loved them so I went back recently and the lady by the name of Michelle did my nails and they turn out terrible I only realized after I paid that she had cut my cuticle on my thumb too short and made me bleed and then I noticed that the gel nails polish was very lopsided on my nails and while she was doing them she kept watching other customers. She appeared very grumpy and my friend I brought with me even mentioned that once a group of people walked in she started staring at them and glaring at them. I will not come back unless I can request someone else that was a waist of $60 I paid for my friend and i.

Yikes... Warning very rude and aggressive people work here! We had barely walked in as first time customers. No hello or welcome. No manners. Barking orders at us and very snotty. Trying to make us feel stupid for simply walking in. My only question is, how do they keep the doors open?

I have been going here for 2 years. Phong is great she always gets me in every 4 weeks like I like and does exactly what my husband loves. If I break a nail she gets me in right away to fix it.

All of nails broke off from the simplest of tasks within days. Once the 6th nail broke after I had gone in to have the others fixed I gave up on this place. 2 stars for the owner at least making them look better than my previous salon. The tech tables are so dirty and everything they use is filthy.

Lady was completely distracted the whole time. She burned my finger in several places using the efile too high. The nails started to lift a week later.

Though my encounter with this poorly managed salon was a bit ago, I still find it important to warn others of this particular establishment. I called fairly late in the day (July 3rd) seeing if there were any appointments for the same day available. I wanted a full set and a pedicure. She informed me they only had time for one or the other, so I opted for the full set. Upon arrival I was informed due to a no show I could have both services performed. My pedicure was the same as any other I’ve gotten done, except for the smudge I left with and the quickness the polish chipped. My full set was done in a rush, my nails were so sore after due to over filing, and my skin surrounding the nails were raw from neglence. Even more upsetting is that the simple ombré I asked for was done so sloppily, the blending of the two colors was far from seamless and almost comical. I left $83 down and incredibly unhappy, but to further disappoint two nails have broken, after 1 week, I engage in no activity that would cause stress to my hands and nails, so I’m left to believe that poor application is why they have broken. I’m utterly disappointed and extremely dissatisfied.

Horrible do not go here !! Phong overlaps her appts so you will wait 20-30 mins for ur appt. And her nails fall off in a week.

Went in for a fill last Friday and my gel polish started chipping on Monday. This was the second time getting my nails done here and probably will not be going back.

I felt like after reading Sajals review I had to clear up a few things as I was there this day. Phong is absolutely wonderful, I have been seeing her for a decade or more. Sajal forgot to mention that her party was 30 minutes late, Phong has turned people away for being much less late but still saw her party. She also forgot to mention that one of the gals in her party did not like the color they chose, and Phong changed the polish color at NO CHARGE! Furthermore, the man with them that was paying was haggling with Phong over prices, who does that? Anyway, as far as the fungus all over the bowls, then why did you stay for your service if this was the case? Obviously there wasnt. Phong has her inspections just like you do as a fellow business owner, and shame on you for even suggesting that! She also just won gold for best in the Willamette Valley for what she does, not something you attain if you are not clean and hygenic. Overall, I am very disappointed in all these false accusations from another business owner in the service industry, you should be ashamed of yourself. Phong is wonderful and one of the best at what she does!!!!!!
