Customer service representatives are very polite and helpful, but hold times and trying to contact the right department is very difficult. Internet ran good when it would actually work. The first bill I received had one time fees and service fees I was unaware off when I signed up with spectrum.

Had to stop in on New Years Day. The customer service employees were great. Very friendly and helped me get all the answers to my questions. I have had very pleasant experiences with everyone, my sales rep, my installer and now my local spectrum store. Thank you !

I hate dealing with this company - I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, and when the billing specialist finally came on the line, she was laughing during our conversation, her name was Bernadette, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and a total waste of time because they never fix anything over the phone. I am disgusted with the lack of options available in a world with advanced technology - when is a reputable cable, internet and phone company going to establish themselves with great deals, and great customer service, because it certainly is not them!
I received good customer service from the Georgetown office but my bill is not fixed like they said it would be months ago. Just keep a eye on your bills and your payments they ripped me off money they still havent paid me back. Now my bill is 84.95 when I have a 20 dollar internet plan.
Very helpful and pleasant to do business with. I just wish they had lower prices. Its pretty much my highest monthly bill and on a fixed income it hurts.
Well this being the only time I’ve had to come in here to have a couple of questions answered been waiting in line for over 49 mins with 4 other customers in front of me. This is a serious waste of time and it’s pretty sad that people have more important things to do than stand in line all day. Been a total of 11 people that have come in and out since I’ve been here some standing in line leave after standing in line so long. It seems to me that things could be handled better if there was other employees to help rather than 1 employee taking care of this long line. Once I finally leave hear then I’m marching right over to AT&T who from what I’ve heard from friends and relatives who really laugh at me being on spectrum. I will join the army of spectrum haters and will joining up with AT&T My $1200 a year I spend on internet will be appreciated more
Was being charged for two accounts because one wasnt canceled after we turned in hardware. But was never credited for the extra we paid. I went down to Georgetown office and was satisfied with there customer service but then my next months bill was for 84.95.I have 20 dollar internet only plan..

Ive been here many times and staff is always willing to try to help & Service people are on top of it too. My problem is the equipment is all sub par refurbished (cable boxes & dvr) and nothing seems to last more than 3 months. With high cost of cable these days looks like they could get some better parts to repair boxes or even get some new.

There are so many commercials and still more and more expensive. Unless you are a new customer it can cost $80+ for internet alone! I pay $84.30 a month for internet and access to the spectrum tv app which doesnt include several channels. I am disabled and like most people on a fixed budget which makes these prices impossible.
Never had much problem with time warner but since spectrum took over...constant buffering and internet interruptions or slow.
Its up an down for me. Some times its great with no problems an some times its really bad. They took two payments out of my bank account for the same bill. That was my last check before Xmas. So that was horrible.. thats happened twice but for the most part I s ok. Sometimes its long wait times some times its not. An yes I dont like the house s either. They should stay open longer. Or at least open on Saturdays.
The new digital service. Would go in and out. Price increases and less channels. Cut it off after 15 years.

This place doesnt no how to run a business. I had two accounts in my name. One for 64.95 a month and one for 20.00 a month.My plan is 20 a month for just internet. I was being charged 64.95 every other month for a few months.PAID the bill asked why I was being charged 64.95. Was told because they charged my card and was no money, I called and gave that info every month not on auto pay. I went to our countys Time Warner office, finally got everything straightened out.Thats when I found out about having two accounts. Time Warner kept charging me 64.95 after I had changed my plan to 20 dollars a month internet. Everyone in the office was a help to find out what was going on. But today I received a bill for 84.95,last I figured they owe me money for the extra I paid.So make sure you no what is going on in your account.Upate Im Stillwate being charged a late fee because I dont pay on there date. Ive made arrangements every month for them to charge me on the 15th of every month due to receiving my disability to check. This company has no concern for there disabled customers, ripping them off. If you can find another cable providerthat would be best because Time Warner doesnt care to help fix my issue
So far this is the best place to get the best internet around at high speeds. The ladies are very helpful and respectful to your needs. Please give them a try, cant go wrong with the ladies here.
Told them my WiFi wasn’t working and I done my own speed test they tried to say I had a different plan than I did and that the speeds were fine. All because I knew what I was talking about and told him he was making no sense. He then kept trying to hang up on me
Upgraded to 400mbps Speed a few months back and was informed BY A TECH that the router I owned was compatible. Been dealing with patchy internet off and on and started troubleshooting and was told again that the router I had was fine for 400mbps speed and that I need to call Belkin to figure out if the unit needed to be replaced. Turns out it wasnt. Wasted $200 because I listened to an incompetent tech. Cant wait for AT&T fiber to come.

Unfortunately when we moved spectrum isn’t out in our new area so we had to cancel the service.... they also listed that we have two modems and haven’t turned either in and charged us for service that we never got out here.... we do not recommend them as they expect us to pay 170$ for two modems in which we already turned in the ONE modem we had and service we NEVER received. Absolutely the worst company.

I called to cancel service because I signed up for a competitors promotion. I got bullied, berated, and condescended to for 30 minutes, till I finally had to pretend to agree with the awful woman, just to get off the phone. Some customers arent dumb and do a bit of research and read fine print before switching. I wasnt cancelling for a negative experience with Time Warner, but now, I will absolutely NEVER go back. Your retention strategies suck and totally cemented my decision to switch. Your only saving grace are your techs, who are always professional.

Cant say specifically about the office in Georgetown, but as far as spectrum you are better off going somewhere else for internet. They will keep raising your rates, hoping that you will not catch on to what they are doing.
I wish I could give 0 stars, because thats what they deserve. I have had multiple appointments to fix internet drops, and nothing has worked. This last appointment the tech walked in, replaced the coax from the wall to the modem, said it was fixed, then left. It dropped within 2 hours. They expect me to pay every month for their service, yet they wont actually give good service in return. Definitely will be leaving them as soon as another option is available near me.Edit: Ive since moved away. My current provider gives me 11 download, 1 upload. My connection is STILL better AND faster than the 50 down 10 up that Spectrum (then Time Warner Cable) offered my living in Georgetown. Just another reason that this company is a joke of an ISP.

No heat was on (cheap) & the front door was broken (cheap) ...employee said they wouldnt fix it... and i waited over 30 minutes for the employee to come back from luch... People lined up outside for the broken front door to be unlocked

This place sucks. Im paying more than my unlimited cell phone plan for the slowest internet I have ever had. I cant watch standard definition Netflix without it skipping during peak hours in the evening.Their pricing breakdowns are ridiculous. Im canceling everything tomorrow because my cell phone is faster.
Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever encountered with in my lifetime, My Wi-Fi is supposedly fast, but you I try to watch Netflix, PlayStation Vue, play Video Games, constantly doing the Herky Jerk on all of my apps. I highly suggest everyone to look elsewhere.

Waited 5 days for internet and tv with the promise if it being resolved each subsequent day. After several supervisor phone calls we have decided to cancel our services before they could even be activated.

Spectrum is the worst internet. They offered me a credit for the internet always going out but never applied to my account. The internet always running slow or just not working at all.
As you can tell from the generic responses that customer service is very low. Office is closed from 12:00 - 1:15pm. Cant even use my lunch hour to pay bills. Also, made numerous service calls to fix issue we are having with not getting all the channels we are paying for. The message on the screen is Channel should be available shortly. Shortly never comes. When it does come in, picture pixelates. Stay far away from this company. Go with dish.

People are nice. Product and service is the worst you will find anywhere. Very unreliable and sporadic ISP. As soon as there is another option in my neighborhood, Im switching regardless of cost. I would not use TWC for internet services if it were free.
Internet sucks I pay 100 dollars a month for internet and cable An they can’t even produce more than to mbps it’s crappy plus the signal is weak it only goes through half my house so when I got to bed An want to sit on my phone for a bit can’t do that because my internet won’t even load a webpage.
Called to cancel services and I got harassed into a higher package. Their customer services is a bunch of thugs. Claim they cant remove services or downgrade anymore its a farce!
Helpful staff and great service. The only problem I have is the cost and slow internet. I have the fastest internet option and it is really slow at times.
The month in started receiving bills with spectrum letter head my internet service as been horrible. I have to power router and modem down multiple times a week. When it is connected to the internet, regardless of the time of day speeds are much slower than with Time Warner Cable.
Our internet service is constantly going down, tried to get it resolved and was told there was 2 different addresses logged in and we are like WTH? Come on now, stop giving ridiculous reasons for poor internet service! Another thing, why are they so expensive? If you can give service for a year at $89.00 then you can do it all the time. Our bill went from $89 to $167 when our first year was up. Thats ridiculous! We are looking to switch to Direct TV. We cant afford the high price of cable anymore.I would have gave 0 stars but it wouldnt let me post without a star smh

Twice now Ive called to have cable set up, the appointment was set, then I called during the appt time and the automated system says the appt is for a different date & time! They did waive my installation fee, however if an appt is set it needs to be stuck to, I dont understand how this can happen, doesnt happen anywhere else
I would love to tell you my experience; however, Time Warner is choosing not to honor their contract with the City of Georgetown and provide Internet service to the 50+ households located in The Abbey at Old Oxford. It is unfortunate as I was a 9-year TWC customer in Lexington before moving here and even had my two brothers switch from Windstream to TWC because I raved about their service. Too bad I dont have anything nice to say now...
Absolutely awful, services like hulu and netflix stutter and freeze from not loading. Online games get horrible ping and lag very badly. This is honestly the worst internet ive ever had

Theyre overpriced under serviced and when you go in to speak to anybody at the office theyre usually quite rude and irritable and I cant wait for a new internet service to come to Lexington
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life...I have never called and been on hold for less than 30 minutes....just called trying to cancel my service and have been on hold now for 2 hours..I was going to keep my internet with them but whenever I get in touch with them Im cancelling everything...I dont care if I got to pay more this company is ridiculous, I called a couple months ago and they said my bill shouldnt go up for another year...2 months later it goes up $50...Im done with them for sure!!!

Very disappointed to learn that I will not be able to continue my more than 14 year relationship with TWC...the service that we have enjoyed is not available at The Abbey at Old Oxford along with basically any other viable Internet source...I hope the lack of preparation and service in the area will be resolved before my Dish contract runs out in 2 years...
