Nail tech Lucy was very professional and took care in doing my nails. It was my 1st time here and I will definitely be going back.

Had an appointment, wasnt seated until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Was the last client of the day for a dip.. She rushed through. When I left, 3 of my nails were uneven and 2 of them broke within a week of getting done. Spend your money elsewhere!

Couldnt do my pedi and didnt tell me she didnt do kids under 10 when I made my appointment

I went with my friend one of us was getting a fill the other getting a full set. My nails came out sticky and the lady was rude even when I tried talking she was giving me a attitude. After being in the salon for over an hour (getting a fill) we were sent out the door. They made appointments while we were there so they didn’t have time.

Gone here with my 5yr old and gotten a full set and polish for her. Each time they always do extra for my daughter and as for my nails Ive yet to find anyone that does them better. They last and always look good!

Ask for Lucy or Mai. Make an appointment, they take those before walk-ins! I been going here every 2 weeks for a few months and they spend so much time, making sure everything is perfect! Ive been to all the surrounding placed and this place can beat them all! I am OCD about my nails and they do an amazing job, plus theyre very polite and accommodating! Elite nails is rude and I work with my hands so cherry nails a few broke within a couple days. Go to Nails 2000! They do an amazing job! 😍😁

Acrylic nails with gel didn’t even last a week, usually not too comfortable on leaving negative reviews but they were very short with me and talked to each other the whole time while doing my nails. Didn’t ask me to adjust my hands when needed, always did it forcefully. Tsked at me when I hit my nail placed inside the UV light and made me feel guilty instead of comfortable. Go to Cherry Nails for the same price but a much better environment. I regret my impatience in booking with them instead.

3rd time Ive made an appointment and waited over an hour. They do good work but definitely not good customer service. Apparently they made 5 appointments for noon and only have 2 workers. Apparently there time is more important then mine. I usually come every 2 to 3 weeks for a nail fill and pedicure. I was a good loyal customer but I live 30 minutes away not fair to have walk ins get in before appointments. I wont be going back. Hopefully you learn good customer service before its to late.

Lucy and her girls are great, very considerate and responsive to ideas and will work with you every step of the way. Manis and pedis are a perfect way to relax.

I’ve gone there multiple times and have had many great experiences! The only thing is they take reserved appointments before walk in’s so don’t be upset if your told to wait during a walk in.

They did a really good job on my nails and they were really nice. The building is clean. Prices are reasonable. A little bit of a wait even if you make an appointment but I would recommend. They are located right across the street from Bank of America in Gardner, Ma. You pay a meter for parking.

Absolutely the best nail salon in Gardner. The employees remember you when you come back. They always do such a beautiful job, and they are so sweet.

I went here with my cousin. I wanted a maroon gel and my cousin wanted a french tip. They completely messed up the colors and gave me this ugly pink, they didn’t even ask what color I wanted and I could not understand them at all. They gave my cousin more of a peach color than a natural like she wanted. The women there started to argue at us because we came back after we left because we got courage to say something. Not happy. At least the pedicures are good, if you don’t care about color.

Very poor quality manicure. I got a powder dip which Ive had a few times before, elsewhere.My pet peeve about any manicure is if they use a sanding tool directly on the surface of the nail, as it thins it out. This place did that. In the end I left with thick, uneven color which wasnt even shiny. At other salons they do a coat of gel top coat then cure it under the light to maintain shine. This place didnt. Wont come here again.

I went to 2000 Nails for the first time, my nail techs name was Lucy. Lucy was a very friendly and amazing nail tech. She made sure all of my nails were perfect and the same size (believe it or not not all nail techs do this) and she did a very beautiful design. The nails are still on and I am going back today for a fill. Nothing but great things from me about this nail salon. :)

I used to go to Elite things got sloppy started coming here and I love them Mai and Lucy are my favorites!! they do wonderful work and have many work stations always a pleasure going :D

Service was good but paint only lasted 2 days.

Their sign says they close at 7:30 but they were kicking me out the door at 7. Also I got acrylics and they are almost coming off less than a week later. Dont go here they are rude and do a terrible job. From hearing others reviews I will go to elite nails next time because they are cheaper, bettered mannered and better quality. Dont waste your time here.

I used to go here just for the convenience of how close it is, but the paint doesnt last so I just have them do my fill and I paint them at home. I went there 2 days ago for a fill and the woman seemed distracted by what seemed to be an order coming in. I know she made them too thin but I figured she knew what she was doing so i paid with tip and left. Yesterday while at work 2 of them snapped off so i went back this morning to fix them. She was extremely rude and told me i had never even been there and she didnt do these nails. Maybe if you werent so preoccupied you would recognize a client that was just here. All I wanted was for them to be fixed but should have at least gotten a refund now that I have to go pay to fix them somewhere else. I would be less upset if this wasnt the third time their nails snap off.

I have been coming to nails 2000 for over 10 years. Im very satisfied with the work. Dont care for other places. I recommend them 100%

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Made an appointment, waited about a half hour to be taken and then they took 2 and a half hours to do a full set on me. No apologies whatsoever for how late they were/how long it took. Seriously don’t go here

I had gone once before and had an amazing experience.This time I got a nail infection from them.On March 14th I went for a scheduled nail apppontment ( acrylic removal, full set acrylivs and gel ) . I had two different techs who would NOT listen to what i wanted and had to stop them from doing something else multiple times.I was cut by the sanding and shaping tool 6 times. One so deep it has required antibiotics because it because infected.The polish is uneven, messy and has bubbles in it.My first experience was amazing but i wont be going back.

I just called to ask about getting my nails done for prom. I wanted to find out their opennings. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was going with four of my friends. You just lost four good paying customers.

They were so rude and I asked them to be 2 be careful they did not all I asked for was a manicuar and it was horrible never again dont go there!!

My cousin and I waited an hour and half just for a regular manicure. They had no sign in sheet and people who were coming in after us were getting served faster. And as far as Im aware only one person had an appointment when I brought it up. The person my cousin had said she was very aggressive with her cuticles and was rude cause my cousin couldnt really understand her accent and asked her to repeat a couple times. The person I had rushed and finished the whole manicure in less than 15 minutes. She didnt put a base coat on with the green nail polish, so my nails will probably stain did a sloppy paint job and also did not do take her time cleaning my cuticles. This is by far the worst nail salon Ive ever been to.

This is the worst nail salon in America. They are very rude and racist. Even when I make an appointment I have to wait until after they service every white person who walks in the door first, they use a very thin amount of acrylic on your nails so I broke my nail scratching my head. When I complained about it the blatantly ignored me and pretended not to speak English. They will hear from my lawyer and I will sue for these conditions. Ive been having issues with them for years now but they are the closest to me.

I would rate this 0 stars if it was an option. My friends and I waited a total three and a half hours for an appointment we made for one set, two fills, and a color change. While we waited walk in customers were helped right away. Very unprofessional, and we wont be coming here again.
