Started off great, I was impressed that she wasnt rushing me off but seemed to be giving my nails time to dry. As soon as she had a customer, she rushed me on out telling me my nails were dry. Not even 2 minutes later, one of my nails was messed up. Went back in and she was ok about it and told me to sit down, knowing I would have to dry for longer, I kept thinking she would stop any time on the lady she had only been working on for 2 minutes. Shen didnt, still waiting, when she reached for the ladys other hand is when I was angry, really. I just had the service 2 minutes before. Wont be back.

Highly disappointed! I stopped in for a pedi/mani. The woman spent only a few mins on my feet. My feet are in the same condition they were in when I walked in. She had to repaint my toes because the polish was old and clumpy and went on unevenly. You can see where some of the old polish is still around the edges.Same for mani .. spent very little time. I paid 72.00 for a nail/toe polish. I wouldn’t return for free service. I’m almost embarrassed to walk around like this. I can’t believe this place is open for business. Sad.

I heard mix reviews about this place so I decided to check it out for myself. I was able to walk in and get service right away. I wanted a new set in coffin shape. My nails are all lopsided and uneven. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I had the male technician who did my nails. He asked if the shape was alright and I said no. The paint on the nails is uneven and doesn’t really cover most parts of the nail. I have flecks of something in the paint and several missed areas. I would like a refund or a redo. It is disappointing to spend money on a service you aren’t happy with. The pictures I posted are less than an hour old.

Very nice place to get your nails done and they usually will work you in without an appointment. It seems like the typical pricing for a pedicure manicure or a full set of nails. The staff seems very nice

The guy I had didnt ask how I wanted my nails shaped. He got up several time to go play a card game with the other workers in the shop. He tore one of my nails and then just left the nail. When he got done he did not tell me my total or anything. My nails look like I did them myself at home. I still have stuff all over my fingers. They are not even. All my nails have a dip in them. I will NEVER go back.

I came in as a walk-in, and didnt have to wait, got right in. I had a gel manicure. I didnt, sorry to say, get the mans name who done my nails. Well, they came out great, just like the color asked for...looks great. He did a great job. But, what happened to the hand and arm massage, after? Anyway, Im happy.

I went for a fill & polish changes on my feet. Nails look terrible rush job. Nail tech painted my toes placed in me in a chair to finish my designs never came back. I also tip very well & was very disappointed. I want a repeat or my money back. This whole experience was horrible

1st time there and impressed. Place appears to be clean and organized. Very good service for a great price. Glad I tried it and will be back again.

Worst nail job ever. Asked for new set, didnt get new set, got charged for new set, piss poor job all around

Dip nails started cracking in 3 days, went back to have repair, and the only person who can do this left for the day. To repair, a coat of gel polish was put over the top of the dip powder, which lasted two days before chipping. Also had a pedicure, side of toe was cut, and became sore and infected! I have tried this nail salon several times, hoping for the best, but this is the last time. Very disappointed!

Most of my nails were crooked. The person who did my nails acted like they were in a rush and would sometimes jerk my hand to get it where he wanted it. They did not ask me what length I wanted them so my $25 dollar nails were way to SHORT...

Not a great experience. I went there for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The man was very rough with my nails. They were unevenly cut and were not smooth on the top. I showed him a simple line design and it looked awful. He did not say anything to me or my friend while we were there, he only spoke to the other workers. He also looked irritated that I did not tip after that.For my pedicure, she did okay. My nails looked better than my acrylics but again, she didnt engage in conversation with me or my friend, she only spoke to other workers.Overall, not a great experience. I will be looking for a new salon to give my business to.

So yea, DEFINITELY not treated like a customer, more like a $$ or next in line. 2 different people worked on me for a basic manicure, while at the same time working on somebody else. And only a 10 second massage AFTER my polish was applied. No thank you I wont be back. And if your customer speaks only English,it is RUDE to converse in another language the whole time I am sitting in front of you.

Walked in for a pedicure. Got me RIGHT in!!! Gave advice on a color. Great, quick service. Will be coming back.

Yes the customer service is a little iffy but the people are nice just don’t speak english very well. The more you go the better the nails get idk I think they get more comfortable with you the more you go and they try and do better. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I’ve never had any problems with them anyway.

They sat on the phone the whole time my nails aren’t the same shape as the rest and are slanted and were painted over the old nail polish and my nails have brush marks on them. They completely messed my nails up. Even my real nails underneath were messed up from them taking the grinder under them chipping them all

The staff here can always get me in on short notice. They do a great job and love being able to be pampered here.

Located just inside Walmart. The people are friendly and do a fabulous job. They do yell some but that is okay. That is just their way.We walked in and they yelled what you want!?. I motioned to the pedicures. She yelled pick a color!. lolSo, I picked my color and went to stand near the basins. She got me set up and it was a very nice pampering. My daughter got a mani. The only thing we didnt like was that they gave her a gel mani and that is way much more money than just a manicure. They didnt listen when she told them she wanted a manicure.Well, we learn. Next time, we will point.If your toes are in need of some attention, drop in (they do take drop ins) and get pampered.

Le, Luong and Tam are awesome. They put up with my pickiness and occasional OCD about my nails. Theyve given me to each other while we were figuring out how to make my nails stop breaking (thin acrylic + gel, btw). Im kinda extra regarding my nails, tbh. Luong is a master at pedis. I swear Ill never take off the 🇺🇸 she did on my toes. 💯

One star is over the top for this business. Been going to this place for years and has always been lousy at getting people in. Today was no different, walked in to be told there was a 30 min wait no big deal we select colors and wait and wait and wait. Was told we could have the two seats at the end since we wanted to sit together so waited patiently for the other seat to become available. In the mean time they set a gal that came in 15 mins after us down and then the two seats we were waiting on they sat someone else in one that had been getting her nails done. So there was no way that we would be sitting together in a timely manner to get our pedicures. So after a 45 min wait and still no seat we left. And not to mention the people working came in late there was only one person in there for a good 15 mins after they opened. And the guy that works in there is more interested in his phone and watching and flirting with some of the women who walk in.ALSO watch the ladies doing the pedicures, they are supposed to use clean sterile supplies and you have a couple of them that will act like they have put the tools in the sterilization machine but they dont actually do it, they rinse them and thats all that gets done to the tools they used.This place needs new management and people who want to work. They have done good work over the years but they could get more people in and out of there if they worked like the rest of us people and was only able to use phones and such during lunch and breaks or lul times.LOUSY SERVICE to say the least!!!!!I often hear people complain about the same thing when they go there, we need to stop supporting these people and maybe once they are going hungry due to lack of customers just maybe they will actually manage this business better. I realize Im only one person and they wont miss my business but I would rather give my money to someone who will give me better service than these people.Deana

The place was clean but I literally had to wait 2 hours for my Manicure then I think the lady was talking a bout me do not come here and the gel fell right off she didn’t even get all of my nails painted I could see my normal nail

Very poor service, and it was made fairly obvious to me that they did not want my business. Acrylics were sloppy several times in a row, and they always were trying to rush me back out the door. Ive now taken my business to another nail spa in the Gardner area.
