I usually go to Creative Nails in Shrewsbury, but my nail tech was busy & I wanted to get my dip off, so I made an appointment with Cherry Nails as a quick fix. Big mistake. My nail tech was in a huge rush. Usually to remove dip, you’ll get a cotton ball soaked in acetone placed on your nail & they’ll wrap your nails and let the acetone do it’s job. Very easy, painless removal I’ve had done dozens of times. However, at Cherry Nails, the nail tech immediately cut off the whole length of my nail extending beyond my finger nail which I did not want done and used a fake nail to dig under the dip to pry it off. It was extremely painful and after 2-3 nails, I asked her to stop because it was hurting and asked if she could wrap them. She said, “no, do this way” and continued. It was humiliating to stand up for myself only for her to ignore me and continue hurting me. I almost walked out on multiple occasions. My nails are all short, uneven & different shapes. I am extremely frustrated & will not be going back to Cherry Nails. They are in too much of a rush & do not respect their customers.

Got a pedicure and a gel manicure. staff was on time, kind and reasonable prices. Place has been updated since I’ve been here few years ago.. clean and happy to see a few of the same faces. Highly recommend

My mother went here to get her nails done before vacation and was rushed the entire time. They gave her a pedicure that was super fast, didn’t even exfoliate her feet, and rushed her to put her sandals on so she could leave before her toes were done drying. She said to the woman doing her nails “I don’t think they’re done drying yet...” and she said “yes they are.” Now my mom has two nails that are completely smudged because she was right - they were not dry yet. They cut her fingernails down and shaped them rounded when she wanted them square. They don’t listen to what you want here - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Lovely nails in Leominster is always amazing.

They did an awesome job on my pedi! Also guys, my husband got his first pedi and now he wants to go once a month!

I brought my grandmother with me there for years (until her passing at 104). They were patient with her, made her relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend!

I go there every two week for a manicure and I have always had a great manicure. I also got there every other month for a pedicure, which has always been great too. They are great, personable people that are quick and clean.

Even though my friend and I were a little late for our appointment we were not rushed through our pedicures.For the standard pedicure price we received great pedis and hot stone massage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The best nail place around town. I get my nails done about 3 times a year but always here. Just about a week ago I got a full set of acrylics done with gel polish and they still look as good as new despite my very hands on job. I’ve even caught them on door handles multiple times almost yelling in pain but they haven’t budged one bit from the fingers! Will always return. They do a lovely coffin shape or even stiletto. Whatever you want, you’ll always be happy. Also very friendly staff.

This is legit THE BEST nail salon in Gardner, they are very very very polite, most of them speak fluent English so they always understand any questions or concerns that I may have. Their designs are without a doubt the best Ive experienced in the whole state. They work very fast but very accurately. They are more expensive than the others salons in the city, but you will get your moneys worth. Remember that you get what you pay for and this place is definitely worth the money. The owners wife is slightly impolite, but her designs and work are amazing, shes also preggers so I dont blame her one bit if shes a Lil cranky or tired, her work is always amazing. I give this place 5 stars.

John and Jenn are thed best. Alwaays take me in and the designs are hand painted no airbrush. They arent rude and talk yo their customers. Highly recommend them.
