I called Memo Scaffold in Norwalk, And a Person Named Jerry, was very rude when i asked him if he could Specify Exactly what work they were going to do in the Stairway, and write it on the proposal so i can show the Building Owner. I will never call them again even if i have to pay more money for someone else to do the job. He need People Skills.
