My regular place was shut down due to the building. I went to Elite nails right after. I love the shape they give my nails and have liked them ever since I started going there. I wish they would do more designs. There has been a few simple examples I found and love and Ive been told no. I think they just do a simple color change and fill and pedicures which is a bummer

I asked for a certain design and they told me no, it was not a hard design, i probably could have done it myself. They do not clean up between clients and are very rude. They pull your hands and hurt you pretty often. I had an appointment and was there on time, I still had to wait 30 minutes before they took me. The 2 workers there barely pay attention to you and watch shows on their phone. Very cheap, you pay for what you get.

The guy was very rude. I said hello when I walked in and didnt greet me what so ever and very bluntly told me to sign in and go wash your hands. Cut my finger a few times due to being so rough. I wont go back here. He seemed bothers that he even had to be there

This is a very safe, sanitary nail salon. I love my pedicure. It was done by professionals who were congenial and very concerned about keeping their clients safe.

Very rude.. if someone wasnt paying as a gift I would have walked out and went to cherry nails to do wht I wanted not be forced to get what he wanted cuz he was irritated ...never again!

Cheap prices which is nice but you pay for what you get. My nails are see through and crooked at the top. Very disappointed. Second no go nail salon in Gardner for me.

Kinda a hit or miss I’ve gotten really good nails here that I loved so much and nails that I’ve literally went home and cried about.

Thought I’d give this place a chance because I’ve never been so here’s how it went... I asked for long acrylic nails longer than average because I’m not into short nubby squares on my fingers and I guess anything out of that range is a problem because the woman was giving me an attitude about it. After she finished filing them I noticed the filing was uneven and also one of my pointer fingers was crooked, I asked her if she could please fix it and she said no and that I was asking for too much and then said that she wasn’t doing my nails. I said that’s fine with me, asked her too cut off the nails she glued on and told her I’ll be taking my business elsewhere... I’m defiantly never going back here, if I could give 0 stars I would!! I’d rather go to Cherry Nails or Nails 2000 where they are polite and professional.

The people were nice but I was talked out of the colors I wanted and I felt judged for how I take care of my nails, but the prices were decent.

The people at this place are so rude! They don’t show proper customer service and don’t even let you tell them what shape nails you’d like. They just assume everything and rush you. The guy rudely asked me what I wanted then proceeded to ask me where I got my nails done, then told me what to do next. They hurt my nails and all, I hate coming here. It’s my last resort

Horribly rude person who did my nails, barely paid attention to what she was doing she was watching a show on her ipad, the edges are messy and she didn’t put care into the work. worst place ever, customer service is terrible.

The place is a dump and smells. The guy was rude had an attitude and very unwelcomeing. Will never go there again and my nails are crooked.

They swear a lot, my nails are all different sizes. My nails are also crooked and they did a rush job on my nails. NOT EVER COMING BACK !!!!!
