I was so thrilled that I stopped in here and they were able to do my nails. Wendy did my nails on my hands. Lily gave me my pedicure. They both did such a fabulous job!!! Both were so very sweet and easy to talk to. I will definitely be bringing my bridal party here to have our nails done for the ceremony!! In the meantime I wont ever need to go anywhere else. Thank you Ladies for making me feel so beautiful today!! ❤️

Horrible Service I will never return back at this place. The Owner Wendy she is rushing people a lot. she is not doing her job right. if you complain about her service she will tell you go somewhere else, and we have so many other customers. Honestly she doesnt care about customer service. so please please dont go to this horrible place. :( very bad service and not very friendly people work at the place. My nails weren’t even and they were bumpy, the lines weren’t straight, nothing was even. Then when i went back to fix them the owner is the one who corrected it, but she was acting like it was my fault for them to be messed up and she was super rude the WHOLE time. saying super rude things under her mask. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The lady basically did a polish change and put a hot towel on my legs. She didn’t trim my cuticles or exfoliate at all. Then charged me $31. I can change my own polish at home. I go get pedicures to that my feet will look good. There was still visible white dry skin around my toes when she was finished. Worst pedicure ever.

This is the only nail salon I go to. I have been a loyal customer for 6+ years. I have never had any issues with any services. I get compliments all the time. I would suggest scheduling an appointment as they are very busy for a reason.

I’ve been coming to this place with my aunt and grandma for many years now and I absolutely love it. I’m so close with all of the staff and many of them have watched me grow up. They always make sure you like the nail before finishing up and they’re so friendly. I highly recommend

My daughter went for dipped nails for Prom. Came home in tears because they were not straight, sharp corners, simple design ended up nothing like she wanted. When called to have it corrected, friendly yet couldn’t give us the necessary time to correct. The design was redone and nails filed, still leaving with sharp corners on some nails. We left knowing we would never return and hopeful we could find someone the next day.She has had nails done here a couple times before with no issue and we have gone many times for pedicures. Although not the best pedicure they have always been friendly and prompt and a close to home convenience.I don’t normally leave a negative feedback knowing things happen. I just felt that this mistake should have been made right no matter how busy for business and to make a special event special. She should never have felt the need to hide her hands from embarrassment.

Was pretty good. Just wish they would have taken more off my callas on my feet. I could hardly tell a difference. Would I go back, probably not in the near future but it is convenient for living in Gardner

Nails were done horribly. appointment started 25 minutes later than expected. gel got stuck between my nails and skin and was extremely painful. nail tech ripped the skin on my thumb. told them that i was dissatisfied and have been there with better service before, and they refused to help in any way. i told them i was interested in getting a partial refund and they laughed loudly in my face saying “i don’t do refunds!!!!!!!!” unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely the best place! Mary was knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly what I wanted and this was the first time I have been there. My nails look natural, but I did go with acrylic. I called ahead before I went and there was no wait and I was told to come on over. Took a little less then an hour start to finish. I will be returning to get my fill. Thank you Mary for making my day.

Gel manicure didn’t even last a week. Peeled right off in the shower. Didn’t even take care of my cuticles. Extremely dissatisfied and on top of that they raised their prices due to covid. So I paid $70+ for a pedi/gel mani and tipped well for nothing.

I did not have a good experience here. Despite it being my first visit, I was hopeful given other reviews. The nail tech did not shape well, she did not trim well nor did she file. She did not follow the proper steps after she made me bleed. Then she proceeded to paint my toes and didn’t get polish to the end of my nail bed. She could not understand me once I expressed my frustration. I will not be back and wish future customers luck.

I would not recommend going here….went in to get dip powder on my nails and left with them looking lumpy, uneven, and looked terrible.

I did NOT have a positive experience at this location. Made an appointment two weeks ago. I was early and had to wait for 45 minutes. I had to ask for sugar scrub. I guess she assumed I didnt want it? Right after she was done painting my toes and I mean right after instead of me getting a few minutes for them to dry I was told I had to move to a chair across the salon by the window. They needed the pedicure chair for someone else. Walking over there one of my toenails got messed up. They might have fixed it if I asked but honestly I just wanted to leave. Really disappointing

I was able to walk in and get a pedicure right away with no wait.They have lots of safety/ precautions in place with barriers between the client and person doing nails as well as wearing masks. They were also friendly and reasonably priced!They also do eyebrow waxing!! I was very pleased!

I wasn’t asked what pedicure package I wanted. I was charged $36 for something that would have cost $25 somewhere else. When I asked for a pair of disposable flip flops, I was told it was a $1. So I had to walk barefoot to my vehicle. Not impressed at all.

Highly recommend this place! It was my first time here and I checked it out as a walk-in based on previous reviews . The nail tech was very focused, straight to the point and checked with me to make sure I was agreeable to how short my nails looked, the color looked, etc. there was huge attention to detail. Also they used sterile Instruments in sterile packaging that I was able to see (smiley)This is my new go-to!Ive been to other nail salons and have found this to be my new favorite. Prices are very competitive to other salons in the area. Really reasonable prices . Very clean, polite, great color selections available too. You wont be disappointed!💕

They always go above and beyond in service for a totally reasonable price. Every nail tech Ive had seems to do a really thorough job with a perfectionists eye. The guy who works there is really nice too. This is the only nail salon I want to go!

This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back. Not only was the service wonderful but the ladies were truly amazing from management to staff. To find out that everyone was not related was surprising but this is definitely a true testament of how people love each other and made strangers feel welcome and comfortable. Wendy was my technician my sons was Lou and when I say they were AMAZING at what they do as well as their spirits. So glad we finally stopped by... we have found our NAIL HAVEN. This is the only nail salon Ill go to anymore. The environment is charming and comfortable, the staff is uniformly pleasant and warm. Ive had only positive experiences here. The prices are extremely reasonable and everything is clean and well kept. Theres really nothing else to say. I drive extra distance for this spot.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

My first time at Mazee Nail Spa and its definitely one of the best places in the city. Wendy did my nails and she really took her time to make sure it turned out the way I wanted. The manager was very friendly and greeted me promptly and offered a beverage. I love the fact that they addressed me by name. Definitely check them out.

This is my favorite nail place! They do a really great job on gel nails that last forever. Ive never had issues with peeling nails or bleeding cuticles like some other places. Very impressed with this salon. Good attention to detail, they care about return business. Highly recommend!

Its been awhile since Ive done my nails and I must say Wendy did a phenomenal job. I cant stop looking at them. She made my design simple just like I wanted in a photo sample I showed her. They are always on point with walk ins with little to no waiting. One huge plus is that this nail salon is always clean, good environment and they sanitizer there tools.

I was a walk in first timer and was greeted warmly. The massage pedicure chairs are new and they have tons of different colors of OPI gels and powders to chose from. Lou was gentle cutting my cuticles and shaping, no nicking or rushed job. Quiet clean salon. Best of all my nails look like jewels! (well... almost not quite (:)

This place was amazing. The ladies were charming, funny, and willing to share recommendations for their favorite in the area. My nails looked great for two weeks which is kind of unheard of with a standard manicure for me.

I made reservations well in advance for my daughters birthday. The four girls were not able to sit together as was promised. All four girls were 12 so they qualified for the childs price. I was asked at least 3 times if I was SURE they were all 12. Then one of the woman looked at one of the girls and said even her? because she is bigger than the other girls. That really made her upset. Very poor customer service. We wont be back.

The employees were nice, not very talkative. I think the prices are a bit much; but understandable with being in a small town. I got a full set dip with color and it was $42. Ive been to other salons where it was 35 for a full set dip with color. My nails were bare before going in. Though, my nails are uneven. She didnt check to make sure they were even with the other hand. And a couple of my nails are bumpy like they didnt dry completely. Ill give it another shot, but if my nails are done again with the same result; I wont go back.

Uch a clean and inviting place, very big and open. Offered drinks right away, felt very welcome with my 1 year old and not a single person treated us like a burden. They used all brand new unopened tools for my pedicure, have a very good massage and sugar scrub, did and great job to paint them very well, and were just so friendly. I will be going there from now on!

Simple story - Im a business professional traveling through on business and frequently (and tragically) need to compromise on the quality of my gentlemans manicures. Lily not only did a fantastic job, but was willing to deal with my gauntlet of unexpected calls. I will make a point of seeking out this particular salon in the future.

My experience was horrible. I went in just to get my cuticles cleaned up. On the price sheet on the front desk it says $10 for cuticle clean up. I had no polish on my nails and I normally take very good care of my nails. My nails were soaked, cuticles pushed back, nails barely filed and cuticle oil put on - no polish, no clear coat, nothing (per my request). I was sitting in the chair for less than 15mins. I got to the register and was told I had to pay $19 for a full manicure because cuticle clean up is only an option to add on to an additional service. The salon seemed messy and the staff was not very friendly. I would NOT recommend this nail salon.

Lee did a great job with my nails! I have ingrown nails in my toes and she took it out in less than a minute and it didn’t bleed. My sister was taken care of by wendy and she did a wonderful job with her full set acrylic! Would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely my new favorite nail salon!

I do not recommend this nail salon. My daughter and I were in there today and had a horrible experience. We had appointments and still had to wait 30 minutes. The nail tech painted my daughter’s nails the wrong color and when asked to have her redo them she refused and told us not today but next time and they made us still pay for them.

I go here often for fingers and toes and love it. Most any picture I bring in for nail designs they try their best to match. With an appointment they are always ready for me with very little or no wait. Nails stay on strong.

Seriously so rude don’t waste your money here. I’m a paying customer and should be treated with respect. I am a first time customer with a gift card and I was nervous about tying a new place but I figured I would but after this rude experience I will NEVER go back. I will take my business to the Nailery on 119th street in Olathe Ks where they are so nice and can get me in and out quick.

Been here several times, each time i asked for acrylic and they did dip powder which needs to be replaced after about two weeks & you cant get fills. Twice they cut my cuticle and made me bleed. They have given me uneven nails every time and sometimes when they use the dip powder the color is uneven. Not bad but definitely not the best. Also, if youre looking to go here call before just going in and ask if they have any available slots especially if youre wanting to go in same day. Choosing not to go here anymore bc dip powder is very unsanitary and id like to receive better services for the price.

The ladies there are great. I got talked into doing the dip. I initially was leery of it but Im glad she did. I love them and they look beautiful.

Very rude about taking a walk-in client. Snapped at me saying we dont have time for you and waved me out the door. Definitely will never be trying them again. A little customer service goes a long way. I understand being busy and not having time. You should just learn how to speak to people. I would have understood and maybe even asked for an appointment for a future time and date if you werent so rude.

I love it!! Excellent nail job, nice and courteous, and they do eyebrows. Its nicely priced and not overly expensive like most places. And it is down the street from my house.. Even better.

Wendy and her staff have all the best colors and options I have yet to see in a nail salon...my favorite right now is the mood/color-changing powder dip!!! They also have UV powder dip that changes colors when you are inside or outside in the sunshine! I love them all and will become a regular for sure. Wendy has been very flexible with me and able to get me in on short notice, and because of this, they have won my heart, my hands and feet, along with my future business!!

I came in a couple of weeks ago for homecoming and so did a couple of my friends later on and we all had the same experience. Our cuticles were cut too short to the point we started bleeding and the manicure itself was not thorough enough. They tried to get it done too fast so the sides of our nails were missed and the polish didnt go all the way up to the cuticle. The colors were pretty good and the service was ok but the price was pretty high for what you actually got.

Awful! They apparently frown upon regular old fashion manicures...I was treated so rudely, and asked if I wanted a gel manicure instead. Once I said no, she was dismissive, had no attention to detail, and abruptly went thru the motions. There were no nail brushes to allow me to clean the residue from under my nails and instead of putting under the lights to dry she put me in front of a fan that caused ripples!!

Had a wonderful pedi today after 6 months of a foot and leg injury. My gal was gentle but thorough.. thank you

Not a very good experience. Pedicure was not that good. Asked to many questions like she was trying to size me up to determine what type of service i would get. Technician tried to push powder nails on me and when i insisted on gel nails seemed upset. I only like red polish and the tech made rude comments stating why do I want red nails and i have on pink clothes. My nails and toes had two different shades of red after I asked over and over to make sure they would both be the same shade of red. Would of been convenient for me since i just live around the corner but Ill travel father for better service

I went in Saturday for the first time. The ladies were very nice. I went in for a pedicure. I noticed that she made the white tip was too big.When she put the lotion for the foot massage immediately both feet were turning red. After pointing it out worried they said maybe the water was too hot, but it was not. Then they said the towel was too hot. But the irritation began after that. I j ew it was the lotion but they were evading the actual problem. So I left with a rash i also had plans that night and had to cancel. I called a few days later and spoke to someone about my experience kept making the same excuses and accusing me of lying. When I simply asked for the name and brand of the lotion to make sure they dont use the same when I get my pedicure. She refused and told me I could bring my own lotion, but I told her I would not come back she said okay.My daughter called because the situation. Ordered her. She wanted to speak to a manger or the owner. In which the woman paused and said she was the manager.After she told her that she would want to speak to the owner she refused to give her the number and said to comment on Facebook. Clearly they could careless of the customers.

My Moms nails turned out great she got the Cat Eye polish. Mine however were a different story. Ive been getting powder gel for over a year now. I felt like a practice model not a customer. They dont have a lot if powder selection so my guess is its not a main thing they do. Which is okay.

Worst experience at a nail ever. Ive tried this place twice. Once for a pedicure a couple years ago, they turned me away because I was pregnant. Annoying. But I understood. Just tried it again, made an appointment and was 3 minutes late am 8 months pregnant and had to use the restroom coming in. Walking out, the woman told me yelled at me across the salon telling me I needed to hurry up multiple times. I sat down and just said if youre in a rush we dont mind going somewhere else. The person before did an awful job on my nails and I didnt want her to rush. I have a wedding to go to. She sat there after she scoffed at my offer and I got up. I will NEVER be back. Im in customer service and thats no way to treat your customers. Worst customer service ever.

My daughter and I wanted pedicures today and after a normal lousy experience with Regal Nails at the Gardner Wal Mart we decided to check out this place and very impressed. Their prices were a little higher and Im talking like only $5 higher but well worth it considering we didnt have the wait like the other place, we were in and out in approx a hour. The place was clean and the ladies used sterile equipment to work on your feet unlike the other place. The ladies actually worked and was not on their phones, or talking to each other and not working. When we walked in we had maybe a 5 min wait and that included anyone we seen walk thru the doors with or without appointments. I know it probably isnt like that all the time but Im sure they manage it a lot better. The place was not noisy or crowded, there were actually places to sit when you have to wait.I gave only 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. We have no complaints and cant think of anything that was wrong, the service was great! Definitely come back customers and will tell everyone we know about this place.Deana

Have gone to Mazee Nails for a few months. This last time was so bad and I was treated so rudely I will never go back. The lady that did my nails greeted and talk to everyone else when I tried to make conversation with her she made it very clear that she was not going to engage by her grunt. Wow, felt it was mean girls club back in junior high, will never go back. It isnt the first time I had experienced rudeness from them when they did not schedule my service as I requested and did not schedule my fill and only my pedicure. I was asked to come back hours later because they didnt have time. They also also seem to be running behind and you get pushed through very quickly and a rush job because someone else is waiting. Poor customer service!

They took me for a walk-in pedicure but made it clear they were not happy that I didnt have an appointment. The pedicure was rushed (finishing at the same time as 2 ladies that started way before I got there) plus she spent the entire time watching TV. Its only been 4 days and the polish isnt holding up very well. Would not go back because of lack of quality and didnt feel welcome. Take your business elsewhere.

Friendly people with decent work on their dip colors, but a horrible spot for getting a full set. The girlfriend has gone here several times. Each time, the nails began lifting within three or four days with several breaks within the first week. Nails have often been put on crooked or shaped badly. This most recent time, two nails broke off within the first four days with one breaking the tip of the nail and tearing off skin where it was glued.
