This is exactly what a spa should be. The ambience is upscale. The pre-treatment lounge room is welcoming and soothing. I wish I had more time there. The facial was a terrific blend of cleansers, moisturers and a peel that left my skin bright. I did feel that I was left alone too long for one of the masks. And at the end, I wanted to re-apply my makeup in the womens locker room where there was a vanity table. But I was escorted to the reception area and it was awkward to apply makeup in the bathroom. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed and was satisfied with the experience.

Jessica is the absolute very best at what she does. Smart and sweet, Jessica is a professional from her compassion and care for her clients to her precision and expertise for her craft. I adore her and will come to her for my brows and lashes always! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

I had a back facial with Sloan and a manicure with Taylor. The back facial was super relaxing Sloan knew exactly what to do to combat my acne discoloration. I felt like I was in great capable hands the entire treatment. My manicure with Taylor was lovely! She massaged my hands and that was my favorite part. The color she helped me choose looks beautiful!

The environment was so relaxing!! The lounge was lovely for a refreshment before or after your service. Katie was amazing and extremely professional for my massage treatment! It only took me two minutes to realize that this place is amazing. From the reception to the masseuse, they were all soft-spoken and respectful. The place has lots of body products but it doesn’t look crowded bec it’s so spacious. I love that they have this relaxation area where you can just sit and chill and make your own cup of tea before and/or after the massage. Unlike other spas where you have to leave right after you’re done. This is such a happy place indeed. I definitely recommend it. And I recommend Ms. Dawn who did my massage, she is totally awesome and sweet. This won’t be my first and last visit.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are always friendly. I was not feeling well from a great deal of stress. I really needed to get a massage to stop the migraine and stomach ache that was coming on. Unfortunately Lorren, the massage therapist I usually go to, was not available to get me in on such short notice, but thankfully Lacy was able to get me in. By the time Lacy was through I felt like a new person. Now I feel extremely blessed because I have two amazing message therapist to choose from. I am so grateful for Spa Royal and all of the wonderful staff that make me feel healthy and whole!

WOW! I frantically called around Gainesville to book a massage because I had tons of tension in my body from a traumatic road trip last week. I had never been here before. They were able to accommodate me with Brian (I hope I’m spelling it correctly). First of all the physical location is gorgeous, inside and out. The relaxation room where you wait is just perfect - peaceful, warm, with hot tea and mint/berry water. Warm colors, salt lamps, zen art. Every staff member was welcoming and gentle. And then the actual massage - Brian knocked it out of the park. The pressure was perfect, he was thorough and just knew what he was doing. I had a lot of knots in my back and neck and he just performed magic on them. He is a rock star. I can’t believe I never visited this place before. Best believe I’m going to come back! Thank you so much to every Spa Royale staff member. This is a Gainesville gem.

I couldn’t recommend them more. This place is absolutely beautiful. First of all, I walked in and it smelled delicious. It’s full of candles, pretty jewelry, lotions, moisturizers, pretty decorations, etc. I got a 30 minute massage because the middle of my back has been really sore after working 60-70 hours / week at my desk consistently. I’d recommend the full hour massage but the 30 minute was actually perfect for me. I felt like a whole new person walking out. The night prior, I’d been in so much pain that I hadn’t been able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours. By the time I left the spa this afternoon, my back and shoulders were tension (and largely pain) free. By the way, the staff is also amazing. They were so friendly & helpful. They took the time to help me pick out a really nice facial moisturizer which feels & smells fantastic. This was my first spa experience ever but I’ll most definitely be coming back here. I had an amazing time.

I visited Spa Royale for a micro blading touch up. The spa itself is gorgeous, very calming feel and attentive employees. Jessica is the absolute best for all of your brow needs. I initially used her micro blading service but most recently tried nana blading. I couldn’t be happier with the results and quality of service I received!

Absolutely the best as always. My daughter and I went for her 18th birthday to get massages. This was her 1st experience at a spa and it was everything she thought it would be like and more. The quality of the services I’ve had - mainly massages and facials - have always made my day (and week) better! Everyone speaks in this nice low voice that contributes to the atmosphere. It may be a little thing but I always love to be in a nice quiet place! I love this place! I’ve been twice and each time it’s been overwhelmingly relaxing. The first time I went with my sister & mom for a 60 minute massage and second time I got a couple’s 30 minute massage. It’s a great way to spend some quality time with others! I would highly recommend this spa!

The staff are all professional and although Im picky and would usually prefer to do my own nails, everything was done completely to my satisfaction. The zero gravity chair is so relaxing, too. First time since I’ve been coming here and leaving disappointed. I personally find it awkward that the waiting space is now up front with the merchandise and people coming in and out. Makes it hard to relax for me personally. Then you have the employees that were standing in the lobby first things and getting obnoxious with there hysterical laughing and playing around with a filter on a phone. Then Donell who did my foot and leg message just didn’t seem to care at all. Seemed to be more interested in what was going on around her than me the client. The only thing that was good about the visit was Timothy that was behind the desk that checked me in. I’m still up in the air if I even plan to go back or not.Response to owner:Had I known the real waiting room was up stairs, I would’ve gone up there. As for you showing me what was so funny, no you did not. Coming from an extensive background in customer service, I’m all for having fun with your team, but there is a time and place for everything, and in my personal opinion, in front of customers was not it. Perhaps in the back somewhere would’ve been more appropriate. I’ve been coming to your place of business for years, and I thank you for introducing to the so life, and you’ve done an amazing thing with your business. That being said, I don’t think losing me as a customer will hurt your business at all.

Jessica has been doing my brows for years and I feel I am in the best hands. She is knowledgeable about her her kraft, well versed and up to date with the most recent techniques, equipment, and none toxic procedures for natural, full, and youthful brows. I would not go anywhere else.

Spa Royale is the best. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the place always smells amazing, and the masseuses are all wonderful!! Today I had a 90min full body massage with Katie and I have never had a better massage in my life, go see her you won’t regret it!

I had to give it three stars only because I feel they over charge for a 35-minute pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was great and clearly a good masseuse! However, it only included a very brief exfoliant treatment and a one or two minute massage for each foot (or maybe even less- no exaggeration). Also, the foot soak/hot towel treatment was subpar.I would definitely go back, but wouldn’t waste my money on a 35-minute pedicure for $60 base price. If it’d been appropriately priced I would’ve given them a 5 star- I just think$35- $40 would be a much more reasonable price compared to the more thorough pedicures I’ve received for that price elsewhere. I understand that here you’re paying for a spa experience (quiet room with low lighting and fewer chairs), and I’m okay paying the up charge for that… but $35-$40 would still be an up charge for the services provided in the 35 minute pedicure.

This was my first spa experience, Ive had massages, pedicures and manicures at other places, but no experience was like the one at Spa Royale. It is addictive, but in a good way. Its so quiet and relaxed there. Arrive early so you can enjoy the meditation room in a robe while you wait for your services to begin.Dawn gave me a 90 min. tension massage and CiCi gave me a 30 min. facial and 60 min. manicure and pedicure (each).I definitely recommend both people and will definitely be going back. 😀

Wow. Just w-o-w. I could write an essay about this place. I frequent massage salons and this is hands down the best I’ve been too in a while! The prices are great, the ambiance is excellent, every staff member is kind and friendly. My therapist, Mary Ellen, was the most skilled person to ever lay hands on me. She was considerate, provided excellent pressure, successfully targeted my needs, even incorporated some stretching in there. I think she mentioned 30 years of experience and it shows. I left feeling like an entire new person and not as if I need to return in a week, like I do with other places. I cannot recommend this spa enough. I cannot wait to return!

I had a facial with Cece. She was magnificent and very easy to talk to. I go to relax but sometimes I become chatty. She knew the perfect times to cease conversation so that I could lay down and enjoy her work! My face looks and feels rejuvenated, supple, healthy and pretty.

Jessica was wonderful!! She explained the whole process, made me feel comfortable throughout, and is extremely professional! I couldn’t recommend her more for nanoblading (or for all of your eyebrow needs)! I love how my eyebrows turned out!

If you are looking for an amazing deep tissue massage, choose Anthony D Moore at Spa Royale. I have had a leg injury for a year and after I go to him, my leg is almost pain free. I can’t recommend him enough.

Spa Royale provides truly impressive massage services. The facility itself is beautifully appointed and serene, the staff are warm and friendly, and all of the massage therapists that I have seen have been kind, responsive to my needs, and supremely competent. Theres simply no better place to go for a massage in Gainesville, period.

The zero gravity chair is other worldly and is the best way to relax for a pedicure! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that the cleaning station for the techs are right next to where you get your pedicure so the relaxing spa sounds are interrupted by clanking of bowls, opening of cupboards and washing items used for the pedicure. Besides that everything else was absolutely divine. Although the clanking of cleaning was distracting from the relaxation the pedicure gave, I will still be back just for the experience of the zero gravity chair during a pedicure.

I have had my brows both microbladed and nanobladed, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Spa Royale. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and so relaxing. I look forward to getting more services. Jessica Teckenbrock is your eyebrow girl. So professional and did an amazing job. I actually followed her from where she used to work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also she’s less than a 1/2 of a mile from my house. She is spot on.

They really make you feel appreciated and special from the beginning. I’ve scheduled massages with Katie C. for awhile now and each massage gets better and better. She works with you and provides a massage that is catered to your needs. I always feel relaxed and refreshed and look forward to my next appointment. She’s definitely one of the best, I highly recommend a massage from Katie C, especially if you have any trouble areas that need extra pressure.

Heath care workers have bad rough long days but, going to Spa Royale afterwards is the most pleasurable moment from the time you are welcome in the door immediately with smiles and a warm aroma washcloth to the relaxation room with nice hot tea or some refreshing water. The entire staff is amazing, I’ve been coming here three years now and have NEVER experienced a dull moment. Every time I walk through the door, I immediately feel a sense of relaxation and I’m instantly welcomed with a warm smile along with a warm hand towel ;). This place just makes me want to go to sleep while getting pampered. They have awesome facials and a variety of different treatments. The place also smells so good. I wish my house could smell like that all the time. Their products are also very good, I personally love their candles, smells amazing!!! And their therapy putty smells good plus it’s fun to play with. Everyone has their own opinions and the way they choose to experience things but I have always gone to this place in a wonderful mood and I leave just feeling more amazing no matter how my skin looks. Quality over quantity!!! This place is well worth the price, and the entire staff make it an excellent spa!!

This was my daughter and my first time at the spa. While the massage was really good, the FAQs said to arrive 15 to 30 min early. It said we would be escorted to a locker, receive a robe and slippers and be escorted to either a relaxation room or the sauna. We got there 30 min early, and were brought back to the relaxation room. We waited there for over 30 min. A few min after 7 our therapists arrived and we were brought back to our room. We were told to get comfortable and then our therapists came back about 6 or 7 min later. The massage was great, but seemed very quick. We were dressed and ready to leave by about 7:45. After paying $80 for a 50 min massage we expected that the massage would be 50 min, but the massage only lasted 35-40 min. Not sure we would pay that much again, but like I say the massage we had was good, but felt like we were shorted about 15 min.

I have officially been seeing Alecia for almost 5 months on an almost weekly frequency, I love corrective type massages which is extremely difficult to find, till I found Alecia! When I first stumbled upon Alecia, I had very little range of motion in my shoulders/back, we have made tons of progress since then. The biggest blessing in 2020 was having found somebody who does such a spectacular job and has a passion like Alecia does for her craft. This place is amazing! Because of the pandemic I have not been getting my massages every 6 weeks. I moved to Gainesville last June and had given up finding a place. I received a gift card to here and decided now was the time! I went for the tension relief massage, because as a barber Im always tense 🤣 I saw Danell and from start to finish she was absolutely wonderful. She is hands down the BEST massage therapist I have ever seen. I left with no discomfort and feeling the best I have in years. I love the way they leave the products they use in a basket up front, they dont push it on you and you dont have to walk around trying to find it!!! I purchased a muscle balm and its amazing. Danell definitely earned herself a long term client and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.UPDATE TO MY REVIEW:Previously a 5 star experience, but unfortunately they have lost me as a customer. Im a very easy going person, but I was not impressed with the 10% off my massage they gave me when my appointment was NOT booked! I booked an appointment while at my last visit, and somehow it was just never put in. I was not angry when I arrived to be told I was not on the book. The staff was friendly about the situation but to give me 10% off to make up for this huge mistake seems like they did not care that much about my business. I canceled my appointment as well as my fiancé. Will not be returning.

I had a wonderful time. The staff was professional and friendly. I love Katie C who did my massage. She was just great. Also Michelle who did my facial and pedi. It just was so relaxing. Anyone that comes to Spa Royals will be 100% satisfied.
