Very disappointed. Im not from Texas, just here working. I felt immediately in the wrong place when I walked through the door. We were told it would be a wait which was fine. An employee asked everyone in the pedicure area if they wanted something to drink EXCEPT for me and my coworker. Needless to say we left immediately.

I went two days ago and I wasnt disappointed. They talk walk-ins but its quicker if you have an appointment. When I went I got the ultimate pedicure with the hot stones added. My legs muscles felt tense going in but by the end i didnt have any more pain. The added stones were worth the extra money. Very relaxing! Will definitely be back soon! I also added brochure with services and pricing.

Went in as a walk in and got helped right away. It was easier since it was a weekday. I got the ultimate pedicure and I was not disappointed at all. The person who took care of me, Victoria, was amazing and it was nice to carry on a conversation with her.

Una is the best she does great facials, very pleasent personality, I have tried other places(when busy) and always come back to her.

My go to spot for a mani/pedi. Victoria (nail tech and massage therapist) was AMAZING! She was quick, efficient, and did a thorough and detailed job considering I was in a bit of a rush. John was also able to squeeze in a quick basic manicure so I didn’t have to come back. They take walk in’s but I recommend an appointment as they are always so busy! I got lucky today but will definitely schedule in the future. This place is clean, the staff are wonderful, and their pricing is unbeatable for the services. Highly recommend.

My first time there... I was impressed. I believe his name was Bryan. Did a great job on my fills and a reasonable price. Only thing I would change so far is maybe personal stations rather than the shared long table stations. Im happy though. We will see what happens next time. You may have a new permanent customer!

Best place in Gainesville to get your nails done and eyebrows .... I dont get my nails done often so Im not familiar with what is what, ask questions theyll help you, show them a picture of something you want done and they will do their best to do it! Ive never gotten a pedicure, but my girlfriend was getting one and thought Id try it. I also never leave reviews, but the staff here are simply amazing. Extremely nice, helpful, and proactive. As I waited for my girlfriend to be done they made sure I was comfortable and asked if they could get me anything else while I was waiting. Not to mention, the pedicure was great. I also got my eyebrows done. If Im ever back in the Texas area, Ill be coming back!

I showed the tech a picture of what i wanted after i picked out my color, and it turned out almost IDENTICAL! He was very gentle and kind with my hands. Everyone there always seems to be having a good time and i always get to have a little laugh. 10/10 Amazing service!!!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They treat women with respect and the same with the men. They have great attitudes and sense of humor. They make sure all of your needs are tended to and I’ve personally seen the staff walk elderly women to their car to make sure they are well taken care of.Absolutely the best service you will ever recieve!!!

Had a great first time here. Kathy did a wonderful job on my dip nails and was fun to talk to! Place was clean and did not have that strong odor that most nail salons do. The front of house was friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of, even on a busy Saturday. Will definitely be back.

Went in on a Saturday morning, even with at least 20 people being serviced for nails and toes I only had to wait maybe 30 seconds tops to get my eyebrows waxed. Like I hadnt even adjusted myself into the seat before they were ready. BY far the best waxing Ive had in and while. Usually the girls like to leave some straggly hairs for it to fill out or grow in and I just pluck them in the card after Ive paid. Not here. Perfectly even and not one hair extra or missed that I can see. Fast and effective waxing service. Would definitely recommend and come back for more waxing and will try the nails/toes at some point. Im a 25yr old mom so quick and perfect is good for me

First time coming here. And let me tell you it was a great experience had 6 ppl in our group got us all in and out. At first I was shocked at the price but after Rebecca finished my nails I loved them PERFECT!!!! Rebecca was very sweet and funny kept me laughingI will definitely be returning..

Never going there again. $25.00 for a half a$$ pedicure. PLUS $30.00 for gel nail polish . $50.00

So was in last week. Had pedicure, dip nails, and wax hair off eyebrows, and facial. It was super crowded had to wait longtime even tho I called ahead. No massage on feet. The gal that did my wax ripped off the right side of my face...I love this place been coming here about 8 years. Last week was a disaster.

Today is the last day I or my daughter will ever go to this place!!! This is the third time they over charge me. They do not itemize their receipts so its hard to know what was charged. I know Im not the only one. People speak up!!

I used to come here all the time. Just seems as though the quality of service has gotten poor. I’ve had to get my nails fixed numerous times the day after I had them put on. I noticed last time I was over charged. I think it was an honest mistake but it did happen.

Went in and got a massage with my mom, we made an appt more than 24 hours in advance, we were not seen until over an hour after the appt time, and were supposed to be getting 2 -1hour massages at the same time, but they only had 1 person there to do massages, however the lady that did our massages was amazing!

They were nice and friendly but I got the deluxe pedicure and the dipped nails and my feet were not anywhere close to being smooth and the dip was awful not even at all and over all was just rushed through it all and not even a week and the gel polish on my toes peeled off and the dip nails cracked... not pleased at all will not be going back!

Nail fall off after two days. I went on a busy day, where they rushed the work. First impression is everything, and this place doesn’t qualify. Some over priced press on nails! If I wanted nails to just pop off, I would have bought some press on from CVS. This place is very crowded and they don’t have anywhere to sit, while you wait. Very disappointed and will not be back.

We were visiting Gainesville in January of 2018 (actually visiting Winstar...) Called this salon after reading a few reviews and decided to take a chance with a couples massage. Very good decision! The staff was extremely friendly. The massage therapists (both were named Victoria, oddly enough) were better than good, in fact, they were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and would go back if we ever visit Gainesville. Four thumbs up from us!
