Got in quickly without an appointment for a fill in for myself & a pedicure for my mother in law. Pedicure was fabulous however I did notice a few rough patches on my nails that I was less than pleased with. The spots arent noticeable to anyone except me so its not the be all end all, however if you are pickier than me or choose a lighter polish color I would go elsewhere

After my nails from a different salon quickly started popping off, I gave swan nails a try! Swan is so kind and a great nail tech and went out of her way to help the nails that hadn’t popped off yet, stay on! A great salon, I really would recommend it to anyone!

This is one of the better nail salons. The pedicures last longer and you can get brows waxed too. Great nice family salon.

Technical proficiency, pleasant service and reasonable rates are some of the many things I like about Swan Nails. Tina is my specialist, but I have seen several of the other technicians and all are very good.They take their time, getting the nails just the way you want them. Their pedicures are heaven and include a lovely leg and foot massage. The techs are all very sweet natured and I find their rates quite reasonable.

I’ve been going to Swan Nails for over 10+ years. They’re the best!! Always friendly and welcoming, more like family now. They are extremely clean, have the best in prices, are very relaxing, & give the greatest quality no matter what service!! They also go above and beyond and genuinely care about their customers!! I have a medical condition and the first thing they check is to make sure I’ve eaten, taken my meds and have my Gatorade.. they always have back up just in case and the only time I’ve missed an appt they called me soooo worried that I had an episode and were so nice to reschedule for when I was feeling better. They are so wonderful!!! I’ve sent several friends to them and got them hooked over the years too, so I highly recommend them over anyone else!!! ☺️

I was looking for a nail place closer to my house than Tami nails (my previous go to for nails) and found this one. They were very busy, so I made an appointment to come back. I was taken in right away with my appointment. The lady did a decent job. I would come back & recommend it to others. Call ahead if youre in a hurry.

I got my nails done white but a week later my nails turn a yellow dingy color so i I dont Recommend getting your nails done at swan nails.

I went to Swan today for the first time in a year and they were just as wonderful as I remembered. They were very Covid-conscious - the employees wore masks and face shields, there was plexiglass at the manicure stations, and I watched them sanitize the chairs and surfaces between each customer. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was amazing (the massage is my favorite part) after not having one in so long, and a great value. When it comes to fingernails Im OCD and very picky, especially about the edges with gel. Swan did a fantastic job and Im so so pleased with how they turned out. Swan Nail is one of the best nail places in Gainesville and by far my favorite. I dont plan to ever go anywhere else.

Love the gel Pedicure.

Worst Eyebrow waxing I have ever gotten. She asked me if I just wanted it cleaned and I said yes, keep in mind that I already have pretty shaped and full eyebrows. I’m not sure what she considers cleaned because she over did it so much you can see a tan line. She also gave me a shape that is truly awful and ruined the arch I had. This shape is not flattering for my face and was clearly done out of laziness. I don’t want anything to do with the company and I hope no one EVER gets their eyebrows done here.

I was seated and helped right away even without an appointment. This lady did an amazing job with my nails and was clear about the price. She was extremely patient even though I changed my mind about 3 or 4 times. She made me feel comfortable and was able to read me well! She is definitely the most gentle manicurist Ive had. This will probably be my new favorite place to do my nails.

It was good, the people are all either students or family so theyre extremely kind. I loved my service, but the powder job I got wasnt the best, but my pedicure was well done. I will probably go there again, but I wouldnt say its a must.

My sister and I had an appointment. They got us in right away and were able to do my daughters nails as well. Loved our nails. They were quick and did a great job. I had an acrylic overlay and my daughter had a basic manicure with polish. Will be back!

Experience was awful and embarrassing..

Way too heavy handed with the drill. I was left with marks on my nail bed that’s taking months to go away. I removed the polish for it to heal and the middle of my nail plate is BLEEDING from the drill. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had my nails drilled down so low like that. Be nice to your nails and don’t go here, and if you make the mistake of going AVOID THE MALE NAIL TECH THAT DRILLS LIKE MAD.

I dont go to shops to get my nails done as a rule but my lady had an emergency so I drove all over east of 34th looking for an open, clean shop and came across this place. Everyone was friendly, efficient, clean, reasonably priced and my nails look great. If I am ever in a nail pinch again, I will be back.

Ive been going to them for years. They always do an amazing job. They are friendly and recognize their recurring customers. They even tattle on my mom when she comes without me and my sister and vice versa 😂😂

Very small place. My husband had a pedicure & it was good. I had a manicure & it was not so good. The polish was coming off after only 2 days.

If I could go negative I would! This place turned my finger nails green! When I went to get a fill at another place the nail technician said the guy did a bad job and did not seal the nail properly. For someone who has gotten their nails done for 1.5 year this has never happened! Be careful... I will never go back to them ever again

LOVE IT! Best place I’ve been to yet in Gainesville.Staff were friendly and my nail tech was personable. It made my visit great. I got a manicure and pedicure. It lasted a while before needing to change color or reapplying pumice bar to my feet. Pricing was also affordable and cheaper than other places I’d been. $30 for a regular manicure and pedicure. I cannot wait to go back.

This place is no good. I get so frustrated seeing all of these positive reviews. I guess if you like a super rushed manicure and pedicure and a non-relaxing atmosphere, sure. I’ve lived in Gainesville for 25 years and this is by far one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had.

Swan Nails has been my go to mail spot for years but last week I had the best experience at swan nails. I got a Mani/pedi and the woman who did the service took her time and did a great job despite the fact that I walked in close to closing time and Im sure that she had been working all day and couldnt wait to go home. Throughout the service her attitude was very pleasant and she also spoke English well.

My favorite place to get my nails done! Cathy and Swan do great French tip gel nails!! They are affordable and respectful of scheduling/time.

They were so friendly and communicated well. Did a lovely job painting my nails. The lady doing my pedicure even gave a little extra massage, without being asked, to fill the time untill the person with mes pedicure was finished, since mine was done first.

DUSTIN is my go to for gel polish manicure and pedicure! He really takes his time and listens well to what I want done as far as my shape goes! I will ALWAYS ALWAYS go to him. I have tried almost every place in Gainesville, and no one does it like Dustin!

Have been going for almost two years. I have been to other places here in Gainesville and always come back. Staff is very sweet and the place is clean. I wish they had more of a selection of colors but they are still the best I have found here in Gainesville.

I have started wearing American (pink and light white) acrylic nails (I know... not awesome for your health) because I have two young boys and this is the only way they look nice with color that wont chip. Anyhow I came in for a fill and I love how thin (not bubbly) and natural looking they made them look! You cant tell that they are not my real nails. I will definitely keep coming back! I also told the women that I was pressed for time and she fit me in and did a great (and FAST!) job! Conversation was friendly and it was a great experience. Competitive pricing too.

Prize/quality is the best for manicure and pedicure here. They know how to do it fast and save me a of time. Usually I even dont schedule an appointment. Also other services are available here, for example, wax and eye brow correction.

My nail tech didnt want to do the design I wanted and in the middle of my nails he made me sit there and wait for almost 10 minutes to add up his tickets for the day.... Didnt tell me to wait or anything just pulled out the book and started doing it not saying anything to me. Then the design he put on my nails looks COMPLETELYdifferent on both hands and pretty tacky looking. Not to mention he changed the price on me last minute and made me pay before he even started painting my nails and then didnt even give me the design I asked for and made my hands look totally different from each other. Disappointed because its my birthday and I wanted my nails to look good and dont have time to go get them fixed somewhere else. I wont go back

If i could give negative stars I would This place is awful. The Lady that answers the phone is horrible. My mom went there to get her nails done spent a lot of money on her nails and they look so bad she told them she wasnt happy with them and they lady said it was her fault they are like that. They have horrible customer service. They Have young kids working in there that dont know how to do nails doing peoples nails and when its not done right your blaming it on your customers. I will never ever go here again and I hope people read this before going so they dont blame you also.

The customer service has declined significantly. Now, if you walk in they make you wait before even asking what you need. Very disappointing for someone who has been a loyal customer for years.

No paraffin wax offered, no sugar scrubs offered, in their spa pedi treatments-- but they do have a decent, attentive nail/cuticle treatment with light foot massage for $30. Not recommended for luxury, but fine for efficiency.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The gentlemen squeezed my fingers so tight to keep himself steady during my mani it hurts and stabbed at my cuticles on every finger. Far from relaxing and everything looks chipped or smudged.

This is the absolute worst places to get your nails done. They messed up my nails and then told me that it was my fault they are messed up. I still have old nail polish under the acrylic they applied, they cut them way too short (and not even at all). Not worth the money I spent on them. Dont waste yours!!!

Very nice envirnment everyone has great customer service except the new guy who looks like he is in his 30s he is very rude but everyone else is so good I still go there and just dont deal with him. It gets really busy so schedule ahead but The lady that works there is the only person I will let touch my eyebrows. I wont go anywhere else

First time here, wanted to try a new place. Arrived at 9:05a, and received a warm welcome. Place was very clean and neat. Pedicure was nice, I feel she spent adequate time. Would have liked more of a massage. Massage chair was ok, nothing special. A different person did my gel nails. He was good, had good, simple conversation and did a great job. It took me just over an hour for my mani/pedi. Other staff very nice as well, everyone made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back.

I literally made a yelp just to review this place. While im sure the other nail technicians are good at what they do, the old lady at this place that I got stuck with, did a terrible job. She had an issue taking off my previous Gel nail polish, shown by her scowling and huffing and puffing when she realized she was going to have to work to take it off. Got charged 5 extra dollars for that. (Gel Nail removal) Both my toes and fingers have several bubbles underneath the nail polish which are clearly visible and there are many spots where the nail polish is all over my skin surrounding the actual nail. Not sure why this place has good reviews. Dont allow the OLDER woman to do your nails when you come, request someone else because she seriously did a terrible job.

My nails were filed into different shapes and some of my nails were only partially covered with clear coat, overall they turned out ok though.

The worst experience I have ever had in all my years of getting my nails done... THE WORST NEVER AGAIN ANS AND CHARGE ME sucks now I have to go to work with messed up nails . Really i will not be back.
