Angela did amazing on my eyebrows, and Mi did a very good job on my nails. Everyone paid attention to detail and I really appreciate that they took their time! I never felt rushed.

They are always very accommodating with their schedule. Appreciate them and have never had a bad experience.

Terrible!!! This was my first time going to this salon, the gentleman that did my nails took two hours to remove dipped nails and paint with regular polish. My cuticles were cut and started bleeding twice. Will not return, do not recommend

My wife and I get pedicures here every month and have been very satisfied with the results; the techs are both very good and make sure you are comfortable and like the work. They both ask us about different procedures to see if this is what we want. The salon is extremely clean and the owners are very nice an accommodating to our schedule. It takes a little longer for the pedicures but they do such a fantastic job that we are very pleased with the end result. They also provide Netflix movies that you can pick what ever you want to view. Very pleased.

My toes are very clean and very pretty. I got the spa pedicure and the massage chair was a little worn but gave a nice massage. Customer service was good but my nail tech walked away from me after wrapping hot, moist towels on my legs and he never came back to me. I had to take the towels off myself because they got cold and a different nail tech began helping me get ready to leave after that. She brought me flops and a bag for my sneakers. He lost $1 on his tip for not completing his job no matter how detailed he was.

Gel polish is cute when the person doing it is not in a rush. First time was great but the second time, the gel application was not as precise.Service is decent.The staff would not accommodate you if you would like to sit with your friend when both are you are having a manicure.

Time clearly was not a factor here. Our appointment started 15 minutes minutes late. I was there over 2 hours. My mom was there for 3. We had the same thing done. I wanted the same color gel nails on fingers and toes. That was apparently misunderstood from the start. I thought all was good. I usually would think you’d do toes and spa then finger nails. It was the other way. I could not communicate at all what I wanted with the girl. I learned she had not been here long and one of the long time girls translated. Well the front desk guy/perhaps owner attempted. When we moved to toes my gel had not dried at all. Now I’m thinking it wasn’t even gel because the woman who was doing my mom’s nail told my mom it wasn’t. Yet I was given the gel nail selections and he got my color at the start. Since my hands weren’t dry enough even after being in the dryers she helped me with my pants. 2 nails were smudged. She took the paint off both right then. Then she started spa. Water was piping hot! She made it more warm. She cut me a few times. I pointed and tried to make her realize. Ow that hurts. Stop etc. After that I said, “Could you just paint please? That is all I want.” Time was going by and I needed to go. She didn’t understand and then kept using her tools. The manager or front desk man relayed that to her and she stopped spa and cuticle work and did paint the toes. He hovered over her and even made me feel uneasy. He said, “Let me know if she does anything wrong.” He then praised one of his customers in front of me and said, “You’re such an easy customer. We never have any trouble with you.” I am trying to be easy, but miscommunication is getting in the way. I’m feeling for the girl doing my nails as he’s hovering and watching her do my toes. I said no gel anymore on toes. In my mind it’s taking too long. Just need paint. Then for whatever reason she took all the paint off of my fingernails. Then finished toes. Only two needed touching up. Miscommunication somewhere. So I was dreading sitting there for another round of what I thought was gel. She lead me to her station and started French tip?? I said, “Are you doing french?” “Yes,” she said. “I never said anything about french tips.” This immediately caused a ruckus amongst her and the man. I thought at the beginning all was going great. Gel on fingers and toes same color. Picked the color. Guy brought color. Well, nope. This was almost hour 2. I’m being the most patient I could be. I thought I was being clear and had no idea why she had removed all the polish on my hands. Only 2 needed fixing. Meanwhile my mom finally on hour 2 made it to the foot spa area. She finished in 3 hours. I was hoping to have my mom and I do spa a same time. That clearly didn’t happen. Just know you are going to spend a lot of time here, the work is not done at the rate and quality you’d have elsewhere, it was not very therapeutic spa like at all, and you cannot enjoy it with a friend. They may not fully understand what you need. When you think you are being clear and direct. Check again. Don’t assume. I wanted to walk out when she took all the polish off my fingers and before she did my toes. I almost wish I did, but I was leaving in the morning and there wasn’t anytime for me to go anywhere else. I will wait and see how long this polish lasts. I already know I’m not going back.

I love, love, love this nail salon. I have tried many places and come back to this hidden gem. I work in jacksonville and live in Lake City. I have tried 11 other places with terrible nail results. Very pleasant atmosphere, customer friendly & quality work as long as youve got time to spare. Theres one lady who speaks the best English of them all, so she manages the office.In doing so with her greeting customers, taking appointments & answering the phones while doing my fill-in (by appointment) . I went in at 4pm & left at 6, my nails looked great though & they always last til the next fill!

Got my nails done a few days ago and the powder coating is already chipped and coming off of my nails. Was very happy at first, but less than a week of wear is not good at all. The powder was set so far from the cuticle that it looks like my nails were done weeks ago. Not very happy with my experience, the service was great and friendly but the quality of my nails for the price was not worth it.

I came in to get a fill on my nails and it took an hour and a half for them to finish. The guy that did my nails obviously didn’t know what he was doing, he made my cuticles bleed several times and didn’t do anything about it. The shape and nail polish looks absolutely terrible. I highly don’t recommend and I’m not going back, if I could rate this a 0 star I would. Pretty nails to hideous nails.

I had a pedicure last week, returned today for a polish. The guy that waited on me (not Kevin) did not pay attention to what he was doing. He did a rush job. I had more nail polish and clear coat on my skin than on my toes. I was his only customer. Awful service. The ladies always have done an excellent job.

I walked in at 5:20pm to get an acrylic fill in. The man asked what I wanted, no hello, I said could I please have a fill in, he said no sorry..... No further explanation. I didnt bother to ask why because he didnt seem concerned enough with customer service to explain.

Always so kind and a lovely manicure

I have only ever had my nails done by the main lady that works there. I have gone a few times. She does a great job, exactly what you ask and pays good attention to detail however, she is extremely slow. It took me over an hour for just fills. She is very friendly and carries conversation as best as possible and enjoys learning more English from her customers (and in response to the lady that said she was whispering, she does speak very low both on the phone and in person, I highly doubt she was sleeping on the job) The prices are average, they dont nickel and dime you for each upgrade or pressure you into other services (which is awesome), the business is clean and well kept and in a decent area. She also does a great job with eye brows, and mine are hard to work with. L:ong story short, I would recommend Pretty Nails to anyone looking for a basic nail salon that has some time to spare.

Keep in mind that this was a Tuesday afternoon and the place was DEAD. I looked at him and asked ok how long is the wait. He tells me an hour plus.... I took my service else where..... Very rude

Worst sns manicure Ive ever gotten. Its only been one week and its peeling up and the clear coat is coming off. He also forgot two of my nails in the final stages and didnt file the edges down. If anyone has had sns, they know its painful when the product cuts into your cuticle. terrible!

This place is TERRIBLE. I dont know what the guy tried to do but he literally separated my nail from my finger and then open another cut on my cuticle by pulling the skin. I was bleeding for 15. And he over charged me by $5. I will never go back.

Real s**t job on my nails. Cut my finger & then put that insta heal crap on it & pushed her nail into the cut area with a paper towel. Ouch! WILL NOT RETURN EVER@
