I took my dads pocket watch and the minute hand was loose and they charged me 30 dollars and I thought they could fix it. Nooo when I came to pick it up she said the inside need to be fixed and it would cost additional 100 dollars and tried to sell me another pocket watch that looked cheap. I told them no and she did refund me but when I got to my parents house my dad said they broke a piece inside that kept the battery in place now it dont work at all. I would not recommend them to anybody

This place is a complete rip off gave me a beautiful Seiko watch but when I got home noticed the band is completely fake on a Seiko watch how cheap on top and f this the watch cost almost 200$ DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE LAD FOR SHE WILL SCREW YOU

Do not take your jewelry to this place. They ruined a very expensive ring of mine. I had it sized, and they made it too large. Plus, there was something black on the diamond. After two hours of trying to clean up the mess, I finally took the ring to a nice jewelry store and had it resized and cleaned up. They scratched the prongs trying to clean the black stuff off they should not be allowed to repair jewelry. Horrible experience.

I called the phone number listed for this company many times during mall hours NO ANSWER. Lakeshore Mall does not have them listed either and I CHECKED SEVERAL PLACES. Dont know if they are still around or not.

Find another jeweler. They do not honor the price they tell you when you leave your item with them, which they wrote on the back of the claim ticket. They send your jewelry (or diamond - in my case) by regular mail to a workshop in Atlanta without telling you. They do not perform the work (or return the item in my case) by the pick up date they give you, which left me without sufficient time to have another jeweler do the work at a reasonable cost. They lost the original packaging of my diamond with no explanation. Bottom line - find another jeweler. Nothing but a headache.

Went to have my wifes watch adjusted she was with me. Wating for assistance a lady came in went behind the counter and spoke to the other sales person who was helping someone.A few minutes another person walks in and is immediately asked if he needed any help.He said he would wait his turn.I guess small business needs no help.I left went to a big box store got the work done no problem. And at no time did the other sales person acknowledge us.

Horrible work on my husbands wedding ring, it was quick 1/2 an hour but they messed up his ring so dissapointed, go somewhere else!

Called the guy about taking a link out of a rolex watch. He kept talking about servicing the watch and how difficult they could be. All I wanted was a band adjustment, all he wanted was a pay day.Had a competitor do it for 25.00

Food was on point and in timely fashion!
