I go to car washes all the time and this one beats any other that I’ve ever been to in any other state. If they had other locations that would be even better. Service provided here was phenomenal. They take the time to inspect and ensure that your car comes back to you better than it had arrived. They deserve all the stars that available to them. Super wash express used to be awesome and the go to place for car washes and getting the interior cleaned. Now you’re better off getting a car wash at a gas station. It’ll be the same result. They don’t prep the cars anymore nor do they offer any type of interior cleaning service. The new owners should listen to these reviews and bring full service back or I don’t see them lasting..

It’s a shame you company took one of the best car wash places and have turned it into a no service none cleaning car wash. I had been going to the wash Ormond Beach for 15+ years and now the service is so bad my jeep never gets clean outside nor inside because your guys just do a hurry up job to get it through the car wash because they don’t have to worry about anyone checking there work because you no longer do any other services. Poor business plan.

We used to love this place and went there all the time. Now there’s basically no point. The wash sucks they don’t prep the car at all. Comes out filthy, almost everyone has to pull into a spot and wipe down their tires after they go through. The vacuums barely work. Poor business technique on the new owners behalf getting rid of a full service clean. Especially when there are so many older people on Palm Coast.

This place has been going down hill over the past two years. Let’s start with wacky Wed It was 3 dollars then 4 now 5 dollars. They used to pre wash the front grill, mirrors, windshield and then wash the back of the vehicle because the brushes just don’t do a good job on those locations. They used to have three employees to ensure the line moved quickly and the vehicle got washed correctly. Now they had 1 employee who never moved from his position at the control board. When I asked how the other side of my vehicle would get washed he replied, I am all my myself. I can understand not having enough people but not skipping 3/4 of the car. I cam back for the rain check hoping to finally getting the other side washed. No luck they had three employees, but they never lifted their brushes to pre wash anything. .

They do an excellent job no matter what service you get in a timely manner. They have 5 locations between Daytona beach and Palm Coast and even have a monthly plan which means you can come in as often as you want each month for one low cost.

I bought the $15 wash, my truck had a residue all over it and the shine was nonexistent. The Tire clean and shine was spotty. I wont be back, I will continue my patronage of Shiny Shell, a far better deal and service.

I was hit by another car while inside the wash and am still willing to give them 5 stars. They werent at fault in any way but they were very willing and helpful after it happened. Btw they did a great job washing the car. I would highly recommend this car wash if you live nearby or are visiting like I was. Big thanks to everyone there. Your kindness and dedication to your customers didnt go unnoticed.

They used to have really good interior cleaning as option with an automated exterior wash. This has been completely discontinued so now all interior work is self serve. Makes them just another car wash, nothing special.

I went in for a wash and had a question afterwards about my rims and some grime that was still stuck on there. Quayde and Steven came over and immediately resolved my concerns. The Super wash team went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

They did a fantastic job on my car. I paid for the basic inside/outside wash but they detailed my car to perfection. Beyond pleased.

Superwash was bought out from someone who feels that interior full service isnt important buying a multi million dallor location stating we crunched the numbers and we are loosing money. I would pay tripple pluss leave a 20 dallor tip for the kids who use to provide the most excellent service in the universe... now a thing of the past because someone didnt realize that u cant substitute price for good quality service.. R.I.P. superwash palm coast... I run my own tree service and the service industry is so hot rite now... I would triple the service price double the payroll and still make out fine.... but someone doesnt realize what they had and is content to starve their brothers to feed the beast.

Not handicap accessable. I have a scooter lift that has been through many Touch less car washes. The manager refused me service because of the lift. Said it Could damage his equipment. No hand wash option. Useless unless you are mainstream.

This new owner already making a bad decision, firing amolst your whole staff? are you for real your staff is what made everyone enjoy this car wash and how much of an amazing job they do on our cars, when people stop coming to your car wash or complain, maybe you should’ve thought twice before firing your whole staff.

I am so pleased at the job they did on my car. It was spotless inside and out. No one does a better job than Superwash. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I paid just under 20.00 and my front bumper and mirrors are still dirty. Ive used this car wash many times and never had this issue......seems to me it just went too fast today thats all it it were slowed down I think it would have cleaned alot better like it usually does.

This used to be the best place to get your car washed. Now they dont clean the interior, I guess I have to find a new carwash that does full service.

Its pretty cool, employees prep your car before entering the wash area. They even help you select what type of wash you want if you new to the location. Friendly, helpful really was impressed. I recommend it, is efficient and fast. 👍👍👍👍👍

The wash itself is clean and efficient. The card reader they have is dated and could not read my card accurately. I paid for a car wash with tire shine and an inside detail. I left with dirt still on the outside of my car, no tire shine and the inside that looked worse than if I did it myself. I learned a lesson, save $59 and just do it yourself even if you have a busy schedule.

I gave the 5 stars because my car looked brand new. The horn honking i get fir safety but the yelling sounds ridiculous. I would definitely return fir service. The 27$ is worth it.

I got the outside and inside done. I have been here it least 5 times. Everytime I go they always get the dash and center console great but the backseat is always over looked. I use to be a detailer myself so i know what you look for. My windows are never cleaned and my backseat is always overlooked. I said something once and they used window cleaner on my leather. I would recommend this place for a car wash buT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INTERIOR!!!!

Horrible job today ... I have a child that makes big messes & needed yhe car vacuumed. & he left the sied. WHERE my 5yr old sotes totally dirty & only cleaned around it left the mat on yop of her seat. .. poor quality.. Train these boys better please... Id like a refund

Weve always gotten a good wash here but this time it is terrible. I dont know why, maybe too close to closing time. We called a manager Tanner, when we got home to let him know how dissatisfied we were with the job they did. He told us to bring it back tomorrow and hed redo it. So well see what kind of satisfaction we get from this.

Got my interior and exterior cleaned, and I love a pristine car. They always do a fantastic job, and they work their tails off.

My first time there. They offer car washes starting at $5 detail packages start at $150.Friendly group of guys, fast courteous and efficient. I got the $20 basic wash, included underbody wash, cleaned the windows, vacuumed, etc. Very good job.

After wash was complete, at the vacuuming station I discover dead bugs all over the grill. I decided not to keep disappointment to my self and share it with a first employee I see. Best Carwash in the area Hands down...Car goes through touchless machine first. Which cleans the outside great.Then a crew of well trained workers tackle the insides and out.. Almost detailing everything... Very happy,, shined inside and out! I go everytime Im in the area!

I hate doing this cause I have my own business ... but they really stink every time I come here they never clean the doors the seat or my center console... they just vacuum and the front windows not even back windows are cleaned

Based on my experience in St Augustine this service was very poor. Confusion at the beginning followed by poor service on the front end. Bugs etc not removed so I had to finish what they did not do. I will not return to this business and its the best in Palm Coast that doesnt say much for Palm Coast. Buyer beware!

I suspect that the inside door panel was broken by the attendant last time my Chevy Silverado was washed there. Door panel replacements are $500.00 +. Naturally they did nor want to own up to the damage. I did not expect them to do the right thing, and I wasnt disappointed but the fellow that represented the car wash had a bad attitude. I should add that GM acknowledges that the door handle door panels are a design flaw. I fixed the issue myself with two stirring sticks and 100 ft of para cord. The good is this car wash does a great job in washing and cleaning cars and trucks.

Good but the kids they hire as you first go in dont clean the front and back as good as it should be done. You get rushed going into the wash as the guy waves you in almost touching the car in front of you. Its a hit or miss.

Fast, good quality, professional. Never had a bad experience here. Everybody is very friendly at this location. Thank you especially to the supervisor (I think his name is Tanner) for explaining everything and always helping me figure out what package I want. Love this location!

Im from indiana and I keep my truck clean so after the drive down here I wanted to clean up the truck... after seeing their options for services I just let them clean it inside and out... I watched the staff clean my truck like it was their own vehicle...I couldnt believe the attention to detail... this was literally the best car wash Ive ever used...

Had to get a rewash. The lava wash left bugs on front. And no tire shine. I think it was out.

Great specials with coupons in newspapers are magazinesCould do a better job on the wheels!And I asked for them to power wand the roof by my wife’s roof rails and they didn’t on more-than one time!

Way to expensive and they use too much soap or rainx it leaves a thick film thats hard to see through. The detailing is not the greatest either, the inside window had a film on it that gets worse when you have to use the defroster.

Paid $29.00 for a super wash and wheel & tire cleaning with tire dressing and under carriage wash.. Wheels and tires not cleaned and tires not dressed. They were just as dirty after as they were before.I asked an employee if he thought they were clean, he said no but can get someone to take care of it. I told him to forget about it, it should have been done in the wash. I doubt very much that I will ever return to this rip-off car wash. You are unable to drive to an office, if there actually is one, to complain. Once you go thru the wash, the vacuum areas are on the the driveways on the way out to the street. Very disappointed and feel ripped off.

I just paid for the express hand wax w interior detail and I couldnt be more disappointed with the results. My teen daughter brought it in so I was unable to see it before it came home, but it hardly looks washed at all on the outside. There are dozens of dead bugs that have been effectively waxed over on the front end of the car. After accepting full payment for hand waxing, they informed my daughter that they would be unable to wax the hood or roof since there was no clear coat left. I accepted that explanation but once I saw it, the roof and the hood did not appear to have been cleaned at all. There are still water tracks from the wiper fluid spouts on the hood that were not wiped off at all.On the bright side, the inside was pretty clean (after I paid an extra $30 for an extra thorough interior cleaning).I did speak w the manager (after the original person rudely placed me on hold without warning as I was waiting for him to answer one my questions). The manager explained that the lack of clear coat made it impossible to wax but he assured me that the roof and hood would be clean. He also said he would leave a gift card to make up for charging full price for a hand wax they only applied to half of the vehicle surface. Needless to say, he did not keep either promise. They car came home dirty (on the outside) and bug-covered and there was no gift card.I do not recommend this location.

The Superwash Express located in Palm Coast was understaffed and couldnt perform the services I went there for, I had to drive to the Daytona branch location to receive the services I wanted.

This is most definitely one of the better car washes that Ive been to! Whenever I go there, Tanner is always attentive to what I need as a customer and makes sure Im completely happy with the service beforei leave!!!!! This is the only car wash I have used since I have had my car, and these scratches have been slowly accumulating over time. I am absolutely positive that they are a result of the automatic brushes here. When I confronted them about this, they said that I did this myself with their vacuum hose which seems impossible, and even if it was true still would be an issue with their equipment. I will probably have to repaint my car now. I will stick with hand washes in the future.

So i have been to this place two times. I dont know what the name of the wash is called that i get but i pay $31 and some change. When i tell you they always get me RIGHT!!!. car is always fresh when i leave, rims gleaming. They dont cut corners or miss spots. I personally believe it is worth the 30$ i pay, they hit everything. Most of the time once i leave here people always think i have a new car because its so clean. I love this place. I even recommended it to my dad and when he came back he couldnt stop raving about it. I dont have any pictures of the inside but do you see those rims?!!!

We drive a pickup truck and everytime we go through the wash the tail gate and doors are dirty when we leave. we have spoken to management several times and the only response is to go through the car wash again.
