The store here was clean and the selection is quite broad. Joshua was amazing at helping us figure out what we were looking for. The store also has a great sale going on and Joshua made sure we got the best price possible. My wife and i went in looking for a replacement wedding band set for us both and my wife couldnt be happier with her choice. However; my band did have to be ordered in, but that is okay. Thank you Joshua for the great assistance.

Helzberg Diamonds located inside the Oaks Mall is probably one of the best jewelers Ive felt with. Howard, specifically has been exceptional so ask if he is there. I have purchased my wifes custom engagement ring as well as her wedding bands from this location. We have had a couple necklaces made or put together here. As well as a couple of my own wedding bands from here as I am a mechanic and I keep breaking mine. They have always been helpful and make sure I am happy with my purchase. Prices may not be the cheapest but the hospitality and service they give is outstanding. I highly recommend giving them a shot and talking to them about what you are looking for or what you want. If they do not have exactly what you want ask if they could change something they have or can get from their online site into what you want. Thats what I did now my wife has a beautiful ring that Nobody else has or can get. Its truly one of a kind and she loves it.

Too bad this store is closing, but I assume it is falling due to increased rent in Oaks Mall and decreased in person shopping. This store isnt lacking in customer service. Rosemary was exceptional.

Got fitted for a wedding band here today. Rosemarie was very kind to assist me with the measurements and explaining the different types of fits and bands. I wasn’t ready to buy one tonight in store and didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase

My fiance bought my ring here. It is absolutely stunning! The staff was so nice when we were in looking at rings and the manager even took us into a special room to show how they make their diamonds and how the light should reflect on them. He also offered to help me with several other pieces of jewlery. My fiance also got me two other necklaces from them. Ill be getting all my jewelry from there and our wedding bands.

The staff at Helzberg in the Oaks Mall are unbeatable! My now fiance and I have worked with several of the staff members, and we love ALL of them. Especially Paula! Paula has taken such personalized care as we picked my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. She genuinely cares about our happiness, and some of the best moments of engagement have been updating Paula on whats going on with us! Wouldnt want to go anywhere else for such a special time in our lives.

The staff are always friendly. There are never any high pressure tactics that you see at other jewellers. Its always a pleasant experience and Helzberg is literally the only reason I even go to the mall anymore. Check out the others if you must then visit Helzberg and youll see the difference.

Ive always purchased my expensive jewellery from Helzberg. After I tried to venture out to Kay jewellers, I was reminded why I always choose Helzberg. I went to this location with my fiance to pick out my ring. We let them know of our smaller budget and they were so caring and showed us what I liked. I picked one out and we thought we were set to be engaged. Well, two weeks passed and I was having ring regrets. I kept seeing gemstone engagement rings and thought they looked better for the price. We went back and Helzberg found me a ruby engagement ring that we could swap out.....Except I had ring regret yet again (Im so sorry! Lol) the same day and we finally (!!!) Went with a beautiful Morganite diamond ring. I CANNOT begin to explain how wonderful and patient the staff were with us. They laughed when we walked in for that last regret and said, Alright, alright....Which ring would we like to see now?

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My boyfriend got me a “sterling silver” promise ring from here, which was $300. After having it for two weeks, it started to tarnish. I went in to get it fixed, the lady there accused me of doing things to cause it to tarnish, I told her I don’t sleep, swim, shower, or even wash my hands with the ring on. So, after getting it fixed, a week later it tarnished again, so me and my boyfriend decided we would just return it and go get me a new promise ring. I called them before I came in asking if I could return it and the lady said yes, but today when I went in to return it the manager there was very rude, he told me “sterling silver is going to tarnish.” I have other jewelry that is sterling silver that is not tarnished, I had my ring for two weeks before it tarnished, no real sterling silver is going to tarnish in two weeks. So, we’re out $300, but we still went to pandora and ended up getting a rose gold promise ring. I’ll still wear my ring from here on occasion, but not everyday as a promise ring.

My boyfriend got me a pearl ring for Christmas (2015) from this location. After wearing it for about a month the band broke. (Jan 2016) Mind you, I only wear the ring to work and when I am out and about. It comes off right when I get home, I do NOT wear it in the shower, to the gym, around the house and I do NOT sleep in it.Luckily, my boyfriend purchased the lifetime warranty on the ring. They took it in and fixed the band without problem (took about two weeks) when we went to pick it up the man handed my boyfriend a beautiful diamond ring that was also waiting to be picked up... Shocked my boyfriend told him that wasnt our ring. The man laughed and apologized and found the correct one and brushed it off as no big deal. (WHAT?!)Anyway, a few months go by and today (March 2016) as I am sitting at my full time desk job I notice that the pearl is loose. I touch it with my finger and the pearl literally pops off of its post...under where the pearl used to sit is a thick wad of glue. I am so disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this company.My boyfriend and I have recently been looking at engagement rings and we have decided to steer clear from Helzberg. I hope that others have better luck than we did as this jewelry store has some very beautiful pieces.~~~~UPDATE~~~~~The update to this review is due to the customer service I received after picking up my repaired ring for the second time. Well, when we picked up the ring there was a diamond missing... and it was not dropped off with a diamond missing! I was so irritated at this point that I wanted to just return the ring and rid myself of this place forever! I tried very hard to be as respectful as I could when asking for the manager and explaining all of our disappointments about the ring and the company.The ring that we originally purchased was a new piece and it had just been rolled out....It was a BEAUTIFUL ring, my boyfriend really loved the ring and it looked beautiful on my hand. However, it was just poorly designed...The pearl stuck up so high and the band was just too thin. ( I am assuming that is why we had all of these problems)Carrie at Helzberg refunded us the money for the faulty ring....we decided to buy a different pearl ring with them the same day, received a discount on it and I was happy with the way things turned out. The new ring is just as beautiful and I have already received several compliments on it from strangers!Several days later we receive a package from Carrie at our home...To our surprise we open the box to find a beautifully packaged pearl necklace and pearl earrings as a complimentary gift for all of our troubles, with a hand written letter apologizing for all of the inconveniences and disappointments. If that doesnt say amazing customer service...I dont know what does.Needless to say, we have completely changed our opinion of the company on the simple fact that they didnt brush us off about the problems we were having. Business is important and the way you handle your customers is crucial to your success...BTW, we are now considering Helzberg for our engagement rings and bands. I left the entire review up so potential customers can see that there was a problem and it was taken care of.~~~~UPDATEWe ended up getting our wedding bands and my engagement ring at Helzberg. :)

Not getting a good feeling regarding the appraisal I got from there, as I go into the third week. Second week I was told that it should be coming. Just called them up to ask them to expedite and I was told the email may have been misdirected. Well thats not good.

Bad service and bad quality. I bought a ring here for $2000 and needed the center stone switched from another ring. Helzberg got the order wrong and so the change wasnt done by the date promised and I had to use a loaned ring for the proposal. Now I am trying to sell the ring and the center stone is such a low quality that I cant find anyone to buy it and they have lost all of my paperwork.

I will never return to this place! My boyfriend bought me a promise ring for Christmas here. The day after we brought it in to have sized. The next week I got a phone call to come in to try it on. I go into the store and they cannot find my ring. So they tell me that they sent it back because their jeweler was sick and they were not happy with the quality (which is fine, things happen... but why was I told to come in?) After that day I never heard from them again... 2 weeks later my boyfriend calls to check on it and they said their jeweler was sick. Again we were fed the same line.... A MONTH LATER I go in and said I am here to pick up my ring. A couple young ladies were helping me (seemed to be new) and pulled my package right out... I said Oh, nice, how long has it been ready? Because I was never called? They all looked confused and proceeded... She pulls out the ring in my package and It wasnt even my ring!!! Now there are about 5 people looking for my ring.. It was apparent that they had lost it!! At this point, I was very upset and I asked for my money back because no one could find my ring! The manager (I assume he was) rudely says IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?? and I said at this point..... yes please!! He returns my money without any words while he is singing at the register! He had no sincere concerns! And didnt do anything to make up for my loss!! After searching the mall for two hours I couldnt find anything that compared to the ring my boyfriend picked out! Then the last place I tried was a miracle!!! Prestige Jewelry right across from Helzberg! They were so incredibly nice! I found a ring that was my size and was beautiful; they even called their boss and told him my story and he knocked off $10!! I understand mistakes can happen but this was unacceptable and the manager was very rude! All the other workers were very nice.
