After my main diamond fell out of my engagement ring, I decided to bring it into Haile Jewelry to be reset, rather than the original jeweler of my ring due to issues I had with quality. Clint and Sheena are the nicest people and addressed all concerns I had. My original setting had multiple cracked and broken smaller diamonds throughout the band from the original jeweler, and they had replaced them for me while resetting my ring.. something that went above and beyond my expectations.
