A chain on a plated sterling silver necklace of mine snapped and I called all over town trying to find somewhere to solder it back together. Everywhere was charging more for the repair than the necklace cost - more than DOUBLE what Brittany’s Fine Jewelry cost!! Plus, they all told me they would probably discolor the plated necklace.A kind gentleman greeted me right as I came in. He took a closer look at it and suggested a better solution for even less money that wouldn’t discolor my necklace!Within just a few minutes, my necklace was as good as new!!! He even waived the cost because of how inexpensive it was, and for the holidays!Incredible customer service, attentive and educated personnel, excellent repairs, and a beautiful selection of jewelry ad well. She was instrumental in the design of a custom set of ring guards I had made for our 20th anniversary. She took it upon herself to have the first set that was made redone in order for it to be perfect....and it is! I brought in an engraved wood watch last week that was a wedding gift; priceless to me. I needed a piece of the band replaced and most jewelers wont touch it because of the fragility of the wood (most watch tools being meant for metal). But, they not only were able to find a part that would work, but installed it and fixed the band at no charge. The least I could do is give them some well deserved earned media. Very happy with my experience and would 10/10 recommend.

Leaving my mom when she was only 16, my grandmother arrived in Heaven at the young age of 40 after suffering from a brain aneurism. Growing up, I learned about my Grandmother through stories and photos, being told that I look just like her. When my Aunt gave me my Grandmother’s wedding set this past year, I immediately felt connected to a woman I’ve never met, but knew well in my heart. I asked Brittany’s Fine Jewelry to replace the two missing side stones as well as separate the set so that I could give the wedding band to my cousin while I kept the engagement ring. Once the set was separated, it left the engagement ring’s shaft very thin and unwearable. Rebecca, who was helping me throughout my experience, informed me that Brittany’s can replace the thin shaft and resize the whole ring to fit my finger. With Brittany’s turnaround time, I was able to wear my Grandmother’s ring within 2 weeks time. They did a complete restoration of the engagement ring with precision and care and the results are beautiful, it looks like a completely new ring! Jim was amazing, and truly wants nothing more for you than to find the perfect piece of jewelry. Both communication and customer service online and in store was exceptional.

I inherited two rings from my grandmother and needed them sized. I had no idea what I was in for as far as how much it costs, so I went to a few area shops, and while Brittanys was one of the more expensive quotes, my experience with the staff is what got me to have them do the work. There was an issue that came up during the sizing, and a miscommunication came to light when it was time to pick up my rings. Brittanys staff went to great lengths to deliver amazing customer service, which means much more to me than a price tag. They have won a client for whatever needs I have in the future.
