What a HORRENDOUS experience! SOOOO many issues. Weve been trying to settle the order for FOUR MONTHS. The bedroom sets came in pieces. The first set of pieces was damaged and poorly assembled so we had to reorder. The rest of the bedroom sets arrived three weeks later. We ordered lamps and they were broken and had to be returned. We ordered a TV stand/fireplace and it took two months to arrive. When it was finally delivered, it was broken and had to be sent back and reordered. When the second one came it to the store, the staff called to say they couldnt deliver it because it was broken and had to be reordered. The third time the stand came and was delivered, but was missing pieces and poorly assembled. Now no one will answer my call. As a matter of fact, I had to call THEM each time for a delivery time/date. Ironically, I called them just as they were going to call me. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars with the expectation of quality furniture and service. Not so by a long shot. Deplorable! This was our first and ONLY purchase with Badcock. NEVER AGAIN!

The young man who helped me was very helpful kind and confident. I asked if I could get a discount and we laughed told him there was no harm in asking . He is a great employee for your company.

I went to the local store in Titusville and the sales rep was extremely nice and very helpful. I purchased new furniture and they delivered it when they said they would. The delivery guys were also extremely friendly and respectful. I would certainly recommend this store if you are looking for really nice furniture.

Unhappy customer . .I purchased a Merris dining table and chairs and when the veneer started to peal off a service rep came and used a marker to color the spot.. It has happened again and now I am being told there can not do anything since it is not consider a manufacturers defect by both the local and corp locations - very disappointed in the the store and the corp and what was not done to resolve the issue - would not recommend the store, the corp or the manufacturer of Stanhope Furniture

I absolutely love the staff! They are so friendly and do everything they can for their customers. Philip has always been very helpful. I have bought a few items over the last two years and he always remembers the fine details. Sometimes it’s the little things that keep customers coming back. Thank you!!!

My husband ordered three sets of chest drawers for our kids rooms, promised a delivery date of the 19th. Still nothing. We had to call to find out what was up with our order. No courtesy call or anything. Only that it may be months due to warehouse issues. Which wasn’t stated at the time of purchase. When asked for an approximate date, said they had no clue and we could get a refund. Why even open if you can’t deliver. Took our money which we paid in full and heard nothing. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered a sectional about six weeks ago and it was missing 2 piece which the said 1 to 2 weeks more like 2 weeks that has now been 4 weeks and now they are saying 2 weeks again. They have no idea what’s going on. Never shop with them again

We have purchased several items through the years and never had a problem ... store help was outstanding in picking out my chair ....since I just bought a chair I said I’d pick up ... you called on Friday to say it was in ... I called Sat morning to say when I’d pick up as I had to have my son and his pickup truck come to do it and his time was limited as he had a job to go do ....there were 2 men in the store one gave me paperwork and I asked if I could just pull up next to the trucks ... chair was outside in box when we arrived ... No one offered to help .. No one came outside ... . Anyone could have taken it ....when I got home found out I had to put it together No directions ... found 1 screw, bolt, washer have No idea where it goes ... I guess I failed to understand that if I picked up I got No service at all ... lesson learned ... but I do think the two men were on the rude side to not offer any info or help ..:

Babcock headquarters should very well re-visit the way they do businesses. There is no way on Earth that we could have the best absolute group of people working in our local store. Lori, Phillip, along with the rest of the staff are at the pinnacle of customer service. Always willing to answer questions, or lend a helping hand in decisions of furniture buying. I’ve never bought from anywhere else, and it would take an enormous amount of persuasion to go spend my money elsewhere. To the entire staff at Titusville, BRAVO!!!!! Beyond superior EVERYTHING!!!

I absolutely love this store. From the second I walked in, I felt so comfortable. After years at Kanes and rooms to go... This was truly a refreshing change. The pieces are very nice, and of good quality. Not too flashy yet simply elegant. Understated class. I dont know about any other locations and how their stores are, but this one in Titusville is a five 🌟! My mom purchased my new living room for me and the approval process took less than ten minutes. Im sure I wont shop for furniture anywhere else again. Truly love this store and the arrangement they have. Definitely worth the drive from out of town to visit.

I’ve looked at places before that promise free delivery ( it was included in the furniture price) or great prices (higher than anyone else) and neither were right for me. Try to shop local, you might be surprised by the selection, quality, and prices. I brought the advertisement in, showed the staff what I was after and they ordered it in for me. Very quick and smooth process. They have the best prices around too. The delivery was top-notch and everything went as planned. Very happy with our new sectional!

Buyers BEWARE!! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced from both Lorie and Phil the manager. They sold us a 3000.+ leather sectional within 24hrs of delivery we contacted them regarding issues, were given the run around. We had to contact corporate which assured us the 10 day return policy would be honored but first a technician needed to inspect it first. He came out today and we requested the furniture be picked up again. Now Lorie is refusing to return the furniture and refund our $1000. Downpayment because the furniture has been in our home too long ( mind you its been less than 10 days) and the delayed inspection was on them. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, RUDE AND UNETHICAL!!!

This review is late. I went in to purchase a sectional sofa, that was fabric and able to recline. They actually had an advertisement showing they had such a couch. So I went to their store, and spoke with a employee of theirs and was told that they in fact did not have that sofa available and that they didnt have any that recline with fabric material. (We didnt want leather because we have cats.) Bottom line what was advertised was inaccurate for their location, and Haverty enjoyed doing business with me. So Badcock missed out on the money that I willing to drop for such a large sofa. Too bad for them. I wont be going back to Badcock thats for sure.

Saleswoman (Lori I think) LIED through her teeth! Told us multiple times that the warranty would cover the couch we bought for any reason. We were specifically concerned about our dog chewing on it. We spoke extensively about the coverage of this possible damage. She assured us the warranty would provide one replacement if necessary. However, the lying saleswoman should be ashamed of herself, but I believe its more likely shes proud of her deceptive sales practices. Stay away from Badcock Furniture of Titusville!

I purchased a table and four chairs as a house warming gift for my daughter in November 2018.Today is December 19th and the chairs have been picked up, but the table is missing. Back ordered was the initial reason, then it will be shipped from another location to Titusville, then we were told it didnt arrive...Im on-hold now...To be continued.Okay, The call ended. The table was back ordered. It might be in on December 28th, but there is no way to confirm this. No effort to call corporate???Oh well, better luck next time.

Really nice at time of purchase but when warrantee work was needed i called in October 2017 was told there not doing repairs until after the holidays the rude guy wouldt even set up an appointment for after the holidays its now well after the holidays and still cant get repairs done even called corporate where they called the store and was lied to about not knowing of the issues they sold me trash and seems there refusing to fix it i would not recommend these guys your better off useing your local arons at least they fix there furniture and take care of there customers dont waist your money with these people
