Second time using this establishment and the service was impeccable. Emmy did my nails. The entire staff is patient and professional. I’ll be back in 2 weeks . I recommend this nail salon . See you guys soon💕

The salon is decor and chairs are very nice and updated. The customer service was horrible.There were multiple things that were unpleasant.Ann did my nails and she was not very professional. She was unreceptive of my reply when she asked me if I liked my nails. I told her they were a little long and she continued to ignore my response finished and walked away. She seem to have an attitude because I gave her my honest opinion.Kathy did my pedicure and she was good until she accidentally rubbed polish off one nail and tried to patch it up rather than just doing that one nail over. She walked off as well and they never returned to check on me so 15 minutes later I put my shoes on and proceeded to check out.I waited a few minutes for someone to come over and when he arrived, he asked if if everything was OK. I said No but he never responded he finished processing my payment and thank you. I left and have no intention of returning.SN: I was never offered a beverage for some reason yet everyone around me was catered to multiple times.I have never an experience like this salon.

Very Poor customer Service! May was working on me I simply asked her how much would my grand total would be. She told me 86.00 I said perfect. She did finished my feet than started on my nails. Next thing I know some white lady walked in and May decided to leave and told me she had to work on her because of so say an appointment. Mind you it was 3 other nail techs that could’ve worked on me prior to May. This is where customer service come into play! So I had to sit an explain all over again to another nail tech what I wanted done. In which May should’ve told her what I wanted done if she cared! Next thing I was passed to another nail tech because the previous one couldn’t do the design. Buuut according to May she told me she would be able to do so. The guy nail tech messed up one of the designs and than proceeded to say it looked good. At this point I’m just ready to pay for my nails and be done with this place! The young cashier/nail tech rung me up and I told her May told me 86. Not 93. So she proceeded to lie for her an said no the reason why she couldn’t do your nail was because she didn’t know how to do them. I told her that’s not what she told me. I told her it’s unprofessional and tacky and I wouldn’t be returning she than told me OK! So if you feel that it’s ok I’m just a number I’ll be disputing with my bank! Since I’m just a number! This is why I need my Black nail tech to return from maternity leave! These people just want your money they don’t give two craps about you. Put your money into your own community and not theirs because they for sure as hell don’t put into ours!!!

My mom and I went to this salon and it was our first time. They treated us with respect and felt very welcomed. Everything was good about this salon. The people who did our manicure and pedicure took there time and did everything so professionally. It was a good experience. We’re definitely coming back to this nail salon. We love it 🤗🤗

Listen! If you live in the Frisco area near Frisco Square, you NEED to go to this place. The staff are personable and love their customers . From the manager on to everyone else, they are amazing. The services that they provide are great. The ambiance is so comfortable and welcoming. I LOVE it here, you know the girls (and the guys) LOVE a GOOD nail salon. This is it!

Front lady greeted me extremely welcoming and happily. I felt very comfortable being there and getting helped out. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and gentle with my feet, I had a concern for the top of my foot where I had gotten surgery a few months ago and had nerve sensitivity issues and she made sure to be extra careful around my scar area. I had no issues with anything during my visit, it went great! I wasn’t even planning on getting a pedicure I was actually doing stuff next door and just happened to see this place! I’ll definitely be coming back, service was great!

Treated myself to a pedicure today and I was beyond pleased!!! Shelby was delightful, both on the phone and as she welcomed me, and my pedicure by Demy was amazing! Place was very clean and I loved the music and atmosphere. Will definitely be back!!!

I went for the first time yesterday and it was great! The staff was very nice and the nail tech, Tony was very kind and extremely thorough while doing my dip powder nails. It is very clean and again everyone is so nice. I’ll be coming here regularly from now on.

This place can not be trusted. They did a shabby job on my nails and pedicure. When I pointed out to them they asked me to give them a second chance. They said they will give credit for the charge next time. I went again they refused to honor their promise. I wish the app would allow me to post the pictures of their work to show how terrible a job they do

My first time and last time going. Had the power dip and the nail tech burned my skin with the grinding tool. I paid a tip, but will never return.

I have lived in Frisco for 11.5 years and tried just as many nail salons. Aura is by far my favorite. Emmy is always there with a warm greeting by name and has checked in on the quality of service I receive since day 1. From that day on, only Tony gets to touch my nails. He is an artist! I love my dip nails and my nail beds aren’t damaged or sensitive like what happened with other salons.I am happy and thankful to have found Aura!

Wonderful salon. I’ve had a great experience every time trying several technicians. My husband went with me for a pedicure and said it was better than The Gents Place where he’s currently a member. Very clean and the staff is always extremely helpful and nice. They have a huge selection of nextgen. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere and I enjoy their choice of music. We are moving away to Prosper soon and I will probably drive back to get my nails done here. They are that good.

The lady who did my nails was so rude.... she covered less than half my nail and refused to redo it. I asked another lady and she was really nice about it.

This place is excellent. I have never waited for more than 5 mins. Everyone is really friendly and really accomodating.Tony in particular is really good at his job. He goes beyond each and every time he has done my nails. He has a very positive personality and very relatable. He pays attention to detail which I thoroughly enjoy.

Went today after reading good reviews. While the place is clean the people working don’t understand what youre wanting. I went to get pink nexgen with rosegold glitter . The guy who did my nails did nor understand and did orange glitter . I was not happy and he knew that as well. Than after telling him he said ok than he tried doing pink glitter which looked better but at that point i couldnt care much because i was not liking the service. I was told pedicure is 30 and it covers callus removal but the guy doing pedicure said no you have to upgrade to a 35 dollar pedicure for callus removal. I told him NO it says on your menu that its for 30. Anyway he did it because it was part of 30 dollar pedicure which in other places is only 26-28 range for classic pedi. For me it was not a good expirience.. when i was at checkout the owner knew i wasnt happy she gave me a discount and said to come back monday so she can fix my glitter but im prb not going to go. This was just horrible. Feet doesnt even look clean .. money down the drain 😑 no variety of nexgen!! They are super expensive compared to places near by.
