First time going to this nail salon and absolutely disappointed. Extremely upset on my results.

Couldn’t be happier to see our favorite nail stylist Andy coming back for good! I searched high and low for a really good nail artist since I moved here 3 yrs ago and when I found Andy, I was so happy ! Pls come and see him and Gina if you need your nails to stay on for weeks and get in and out fast !!!!

Gina did an amazing job on my daughters nails. She had tips put on and dip powder. Gina was sweet, funny and we just enjoyed being there. We will definitely return. Everyone was very nice at LV Nails. We liked the atmosphere, music and the vibe of this salon!

New ownership and new staff!I have been using Andy for my color dip on my nails for over 2.5 years, and I will continue to follow him wherever he goes. I am a perfectionist, but so is Andy, so its a match made in Heaven. I like my nails short, and other places would always give me a hard time for asking for short. I always would have to keep saying, shorter. Andy gets it right every time. My friend gets long and coffin, and he kills it every time! He really is the best, and he is so gracious. He truly appreciates his customers, and he really takes the time to listen and continue learning. Make sure you make an appointment for the best service!!This salon is beautiful, clean, and just perfect. Everyone is so friendly, and they take the time to make you feel welcome. The 15 minute massage included on the mid level pedicure is such a treat!

Friendly, clean and great work. Andy did the dip set pictured and Katie helped me before. Both have done fantastic. My nails still looked great after two weeks, I only came in now because I wanted something fresh. Its an added bonus that its close to this cute little cafe place called Annies.

Andy and his business partner are phenomenal! Andy is the only one who does my nails because he does such a great job! I have followed him from 3 different locations. Today was my first day at LV Nails& Spa and Andy was my nail technician. I’ m fussy about my nails! I had a picture of exactly how I like my nails and showed it to Gina and she said don’t worry Andy is the best! She was correct he did a beautiful job on my nails. He shapes beautifully and not that thick bumpy bulky nails I had before at other salon. I was so happy to have beautiful nails again.I can say I found my new nail salon and nail tech! The BEST nail salon I have ever been to! From the second I walked in, Gina was so nice and welcoming and ready to help me with whatever I needed! Susie helped me pick each of my colors and was also very nice!! Andy, Tony, Sally and Young did my mom and I’s manicures and pedicures and they were AWESOME! Funny, nice, talkative and genuinely welcoming. My nails look absolutely amazing and have a perfect shape! (I had Andy.) GO HERE!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I went here because I had a bad nail experience somewhere else and needed the nails redone before going out of town.The lady who did mine was really nice and seemed confident doing ombré so I’m sad with how they turned out. She also filed away the tops of my nails so hard it buffed the skin off my fingers and they were bleeding when I left. She asked if everything looked okay but I didn’t have time to redo them because I had to be at the airport in three hours.I wish I could get a refund. My fingers are sore and I’m embarrassed with how my nails turned out.

This place probably has the most nexgen colors you can ever find in any nail salons lol lasts long and cuticle area do not lift after 4 weeks. (Second photo is 4 weeks old) Love the place. Very clean. Nice people and Andy is the best~

The best service, the best prices, and unbeatable quality. I have been following Andy around the metroplex wherever he goes because he is the best nail tech I have EVER. EVER. had. My nails will go without chips or breaks for a month, and could go much longer if I didn’t come back.LV Nails & Spa is a beautiful, clean place. The prices will never be beat for what you get. $22 for a pedicure including wax and hot stone. Unbelievably affordable. I drive 30 minutes to come to this place and will never go anywhere else. They also have so many great color options and an array of different shades of each color - just another perk of this incredible nail salon.I would recommend this place to anyone and will continue to return for as long as I live within the area. If you need a new nail salon or are tired of inconsistency and bad quality for high prices - GO to LV Nails & Spa. NOW! My nails and I are so lucky we found them. :)

This was my third visit and left satisfied again. This is not a super large, fancy salon, but it is very nice and all of the employees have always been really nice & friendly and have done great work. I have never felt rushed even when I was the last customer of the day. They do not treat you based how wealthy they may think you are, which tends to happen at the larger salons.

I got my first pedicure today and it was fabulous! Everything is so clean here. Very professional as well. I got a dip powder manicure last week and she did an amazing job too! This is definitely my salon now

This was my first visit to LV Nails & Spa and it was good. My hubby and I had pedicures which we were both extremely satisfied. We didnt have to wait to be served. The staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Thanks for adding a special touch to our date.

Love this place. I went in for a glitter gel pedicure and glitter gel manicure. I loved the inside of the place, it felt clean and the decor was nice. Yes, I did add some upgrades to my pedicure. I will definitely be back!

Make sure you call before you arrive. I had a horrible experience with this place. I arrived 40 minutes before closing (according to their website). I called as I am getting ready to get off my car to enter the nail spa. They have an OPEN sign on but they say they wont be able to see me for a pedicure due to they just closed because it was slow. I mentioned the sign being on and that maybe they should NOT have an open sign. I waited outside at least 20 minutes to see if they would turn their sign off but it never happened. Horrible experience, I wont ever try to come and give these people my business.

LV Nails and Spa is a wonderful place. I’m so glad they are located close to my neighborhood as they have outstanding service and friendly. I highly recommend!!

I usually get gel manicures and pedicures, and they last for a long time. This is also the first nail salon Ive been to that gives you a massage during your manicure. They also have a loyalty program, which I really appreciate. Beauty can be expensive so I really like that if I spend a certain amount of money, I get a discount off my next service.

I came here based off reviews from my local Frisco FB group. I asked for Andy (owner) and he did an amazing job! I’ve never had dip nails because I didn’t want my natural nails to be ruined. Holy smokes he did such an excellent job! He listened to everything I said! Such a sweet guy, highlight recommend!

I took my aunt with me for a pedicure. It was also my first time visit this place. I like the light and bright decor and the fact that they use natural ingredients in their in-house made scrubs. I thought it was good value for the cost. Planning to visit them again.

So I have lived here in frisco for two yrs now and it has been tough trying to find a good tech. I’m pretty picky when it comes to a nail salon for my nails. I like a salon that’s has variety of colors and LV gives that along with great costumer service; and very clean. I heard about LV nails & spa on Instagram from a local Dallas blogger account. Been going here for a little less than a year and they never disappoint. They squeezed me in last minute and hooked me up with some super amazing nails…They havent chipped or broken and the shape is perfect. The best thing is recommend this nail shop to others.

Very nice salon, nice people, they do great work but the music they play SUCKS! Not relaxing at all! I dont want to be in a night club when Im getting my nails done. It would be better to not play any music at all. I wont be back unless they make a change to the music.

Amy was so nice. She beautifully shaped my nails with the coffin style without using fake nails. So many nail salons said they couldnt do it without nails but it was so natural to her. Loved my experience and I will for sure be returning.

Although I did have to wait about 20 minutes for a gel manicure, it was worth it! The manicure came out great, and the staff was polite. I was getting just a gel manicure I live in another state and needed get my nails done...I would definitely come back here when Im back in town!!

I came in for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. It wasnt packed, like I was afraid of, which was a relief to me. The salon was clean with a modern style. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I had an amazing pedicure, foot/shoulder massage and would highly recommend this place. I used to go to another salon in Frisco, but this one was way more inviting and relaxing.

Walked right in, there were only two people there on a Saturday. Not a lot of choices on the pedicure menu, but the top of the line was a nice experience. My technician was nice, I did not get her name. Everyone seemed nice, there was not a lot of communication in English. I would visit again.

I have been getting my nails done by Andy for over 2 years. Every time I get my nails done they are perfect! He is truly the best nail tech in the metroplex! I will never go to anyone else. My Mom has followed him for over 6 years! HE IS THAT TALENTED! I’ve done almost all the nail shapes and new trendy stuff. Andy gets it right every single time! I’m constantly getting compliments on my nails.He truly appreciates his customers and that reflects in his work. I always leave with a big smile on my face. This salon is clean, beautiful, and the staff is friendly! I don’t feel like a chore, I feel very welcomed and always have a wonderful time.I just recently brought my 2 year old daughter to get her first Mani Pedi. Andy and the staff went above and beyond for her! They made her feel very comfortable and made sure that I took a break for myself as well. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! You can’t find service like this anywhere else!If you want the BEST nails and service, look no further, this is the place to go!

Looking at my nails in desperation, I say okay and walk in. And was greeted by the receptionist. The staff is friendly and skilled. The woman doing my nails took her time, and did a great job! I have to say the place was very clean. Not just stars, they deserve diamonds. I definitely recommend this place.

Edit***To sum up this long post, I ended up fixing my own polish 😒🙄🤦🏾‍♀️The nail techs did a good job. The issue I had when asked to correct something I got the minimum and a speech from the manager. As the consumer I dont really care about anything but getting great service. Whatever speech you want to give should be provided to the staff, professional eyes should see mistakes and not pretend they arent there nor act as if there is a problem when spoken about. My nail salon was busy so its really my own fault for settling. 🙄😒The lady tech did come back and fix it for me. She was very sweet and made sure I was happy. The male manager had the issue bc I didnt want to hear about his training technique seriously, fix and it and lets move on. Instead, he pulled her from another client just to re-polish one nail 🤦🏾‍♀️ but he talked my ear off before calling her over-couldve been re-polished and dried in the time that took. 😬 eesh

Beautiful relaxing nail salon. One of the best. They do all kinds of different pedis and you can get your nails and pedi done at the same time. Saves alot of wasted time. Staff is very professional and top quality work.

I had broken a previous nail polish off one finger and needed it fixed along with a completely new dip manicure. I went in around 330 middle of the day and only 1 or 2 other customers were in the whole salon. The man that was doing my nails was rushing around absent mindedly like it was a full house and tons of people waiting. I had to beg him not to add the acrylics to my nails as I like to keep mine short. But he kept insisting since the nail that I broke was fragile I needed it despite the other 9 that were fine. Finally he agreed not to add them and the color I wanted was not the same as the sample I saw. He again argued it was what I picked and I gave up. Praying all the while it wasnt gonna show up as bubble gum bright Barbie pink! When he began filing my nails he filed my skin so hard it almost bleed and felt like rope burns, I had chills and became clamy the whole time for how much pain I was in and still hours later my fingers/nails are super sensitive and hurt badly. I mentioned several times he was hurting me and asked to file softer. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and most certainly was not a SPA like experience.... I wanted to try a new place but deeply regret it and will never go back!!!!

Editing review:Andy is really sweet and you can tell he cares about his clients. He called me after i left the original review and offered to correct the situation and invited me to come back. The second time around it was great. I got Nexgen the first time and they lasted a LONG time with no lifting!! That is usually a huge thing that bothers me with other salons. the nails start to lift usually after only two weeks. I tested the waters and it was about 4-5 weeks before nails FINALLY started lifting which is a huge plus... for someone like me who is super busy to come back on the dot every two weeks. This time around i did not get a pedicure but Jason did my full set and he did a wonderful job. Thanks for caring about your clients and correcting the situation 💕Original Review:Really dissatisfied..I saw a facebook post talking about how great Andy is at what he does, So i wanted to see what all the hype was about! So i made an appointment for Nexgen nails and a basic pedicure. Their online website and even the name on their google says 20% off all services... I was really needing this discount and looking forward to it! Unfortunately, their in store signs all say only Monday-Thursday... so after i got my services i realized that.also was not happy that three people changed out and did my pedicure. I’m pretty particular about my pedicures because i really apprieciate someone who takes time on the cuticle. the first woman who started, was doing so great!! She left after doing half of one foots cuticle work and took a different client.. the second lady had a soft touch and didn’t get any cuticles on my other foot and the massage wasn’t good at all.. She wouldn’t use pressure! And then the third person painted my toe nails 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I won’t be returning.. unfortunately. i was really looking forward to finding a nail place i love, but i’ll have to keep looking!

I like the openness of staff and manager here when I stepped - in. They are so talent, CUTE and they take their time to do manicure/pedicure! Couldnt be happier!

Went here to try somewhere new as I like to know my options. While we where there another woman came in with 3 nails popped off from the day before. They argued loudly with her and ended up refusing to fix even when she agreed to a pay for them. Then my daughter asked for almond shape and ended up with coffin shaped. None were even and her skin was cut in two places. I got pink and white nextgen that when they where done the white was straight across not curved like it’s supposed to be, the tops were not smoothed out and they where all bumpy and rough. I paid more than I paid at other places for exact same thing and was the worst looking nails I had ever had but I just wanted to be out of there and done. So we left and went across the street to embellish where I knew they did great and they fixed us both up at no charge even though I tried to pay.

I been to so many places for Brazilian wax this was my first visit at this salon for Brazilian wax. Horrible service!!! I am in terrible pain. Never ever experience such a pain full experience. The lady had no experience i believe and scared me terribly.

Switched nail salons after the one I was frequenting offered less than desired customer service. This new place did not disappoint. Friendly to everyone who walks in. But most of all, did a thorough job on my feet. Addressed areas that the last salon did not. Highly recommend.
