This place was horrible. Never in my 30 years have I experienced the lack of quality and customer service in a business that I received here. 3:30To begin, I actually just peaked in at their prices because my Husband didnt want to wait for me to get my nails done. However the owner Mia or Mai talked me into it. Which I needed it done anyway so it wasnt hard. I told her I wanted a full set and I was looking for a specific gel color they didnt have. She was doing someones nails at the time but stopped to grab color pallets for me to look over. I did find one I liked that was gel. 35.00 she told me to get the SNS version. I didnt know what that was but she said it was better and it was the same price. So why not. After sitting down she had only had my tips on and another customer with an appt came and and she told me ohhh See, she has an appt you dont I am supposed to do her nails. So then why did you talk me into even sitting down. I continued to sit but she kept rushing and bringing up the other lady so I said you know what do her and but I will not wait too long.. Okay, I walk to get something to drink and come back she still isnt done. Not only isnt she done but another appt has arrived. Not to mention the lady with an appt that walked in before I walked to the store. So I come back in she looks at me crazy and says ohhhhh see this is my other appt. Excuse me.. Im sorry at this point I do not care. I tell her you know what, Ill take these tips off myself. Im not on your time. She again tells me to stay, 10 mins shell be with me. I stay and she is trying to do myself and two other women at the same time. But with me. She doesnt not give me much attention. I wear stilleto point nails, she cut the sides but hadnt filed them to be pointy yet. So do you know she handed ME a nail file and told me to file them how I want them. I was like what. Being patient I said okay maybe she doesnt know what shape I want, I do one. She tells me to do them all and she will fix them. Well that never happened. She paused working with her client to come put the power on my nails which she rushed and left uneven, and with deformities. And rushed back to her client again handing me the file and telling me my nails need to be reshaped now that is the SNS is on them. Pissed I do because at this point Im livid and dont want to have the cops called for walking out. She finishes the first lady goes back to the second them comes to me. And says ohh they are so pretty arent they I look at her crazy, like are you serious. And reply THE COLOR is pretty if anything. She moves me to her main seat moves the other client and put my finishing coat and I ask what I owe her thinking, this is going to be a price cut since I got horrible service and did my darn nails myself. This little lady tells me 45.00, Im like huh! First off you said these products were the same price (mind you I asked her the price because initially I asked for a full set which is 25 then I want gel color which is 35 and she told me what she wanted to do what the same price as gel and better). By the end of this nightmare my 11yr old said Mom is this SNS. I said yeah I guess. She says well she lied, look it says 45.00 okay so now Im fuming.. So after telling me 45.00 she then proceeds to tell me there is a extra 5.00 for them being long. What!!! These arent long at all the they are barley longer than my real nails. AND you have the audacity to charge me 50.00 like youve dome something! This is disgusting! You can see from the pictures below that this is horrible and definitely not worth it. I paid her in silence as not to yell at her. And she gets up has the nerve to hand me her card and tells me, dont forget my NAME IS Mai Mia (whatever) come back and see me, make appt next time so it will be better. Appts better. I kindly took the card from her and sat it back in its place and said NO. I will drive to Dumfries to my original salon and walked out.

Helen did a wonderful jobs on my nails and toes! I will definitely be back.

Very recently visited. Worst nail job Ive ever gotten. My technicians name was Helen. She badly cut my cuticles to the point they would bleed. I continuously told her she was hurting me but she continued to engage in a conversation with a customer and another technician instead of focusing on me and my concern with her work. Because of this I did not leave a tip nor will they ever recieve my business again.

Helen was able to fix a horrible full set I had gotten and I showed her a picture of I wanted and it matched exactly what I was wanting. She even fixed one of my crooked nails from the previous shop and evened out all of my nails perfectly.

Mai has been doing my nails and toes for almost a year now. I WILL NOT go anywhere else. I was using gel for so long and they were damaging my nails. I switched to regular acrylic, and they were making my nails worse. Finally Mai talked me into SNS. Seriously the BEST!!!!!!

Great service and professional staff

Waited 30 mins before I got up and asked if I could at least soak off my nails while I waited. Took an hour to do my dipped nails. She cut my cuticles so short they were bleeding. My nails look horrible and they are swollen and red. I will never go back here.

Very clean location & fast service

Only Salon I can find in the Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg area that performs the SNS nail system for those who dont know its quicker than acrylic, silk, gel right at the same cost but lasts weeks longer as well as no harsh chemical smells or putting your hands under harmful UV to dry. I can go 5 to 6 weeks without getting my nails done and the SNS still looks just as good as the day I had them done. The Salon is clean the ladies are friendly and always do a great job.

Went and got my nails done 1 week ago..2 days after a nail popped off and then today while taking a bath 2 more popped off...so I decided just to take them all off...They came off so easily it was ridiculous...i will never go back...wish I could rate 0 stars...oh and on top of this I was cut 3 times while she was filling my nails😤😬😡💅
