Celene is Awesome Im not into nails but she made me feel comfortable... Great atmosphere... I dont get my nails done often but she provided great service!

I found Renew You Beauty by searching for nail salons near me. I initially found the website she uses to book an appointment great since I was a new client and wanted to get a full set of nails (with designs) and a pedicure. The owner was very nice and attentive and I enjoyed the appointment. Even though my nails were a little thicker than I preferred, and two of them were badly misshaped, I planned to return and give her another try because I was pleased with my nails for the most part.My main issue is with making follow up appointments. When i tried to make a follow up appointment (for a fill), I found the appointment site to be difficult to use because there was not an option for a fill and pedicure appointment...so, I texted the owner to schedule.On the day of my appointment, two hours before i was supposed to arrive, I received a text from the owner informing me she had double booked me with another client. To accommodate her need to reschedule, I texted the owner on Saturday with my preferred date and then time. I did not receive a return text until Tuesday after sending her a text informing her I no longer needed the appointment with her since I had scheduled with another salon.Ironically, she responded to my last text (sent on Tuesday at 4:09 p.m.) at 4:16 p.m. I am not sure how she was able to respond to that text so quickly but not to the other two texts I sent her on Saturday and Tuesday at 1 p.m. SMH!
