I am obsessed with my nails. Ivy did an amazing job. She was extremely polite as soon as I walked in the door and continued to be that way throughout the rest of my appointment. She was kind and gentle and took her time to make sure that every nail was perfect. This was my first time visiting this salon and I appreciate Ivy and the rest of the staff being so welcoming. I will definitely be back!

They always do an amazing job! I dont like to get tips or fake nails, I usually only do gel and they always look SO good! This is my latest manicure freshly done and we are going on 4 weeks with no lifting, peeling or fading!! I of course am due back for a nother manicure but their application is still going strong! They are the best nail salon Ive ever been to (and Ive been to many across the US)!!

Ignore the bad reviews, there are new owners. Both Ivy and Ken do amazing work! They really take their time and make sure your nails are perfect. They’re friendly and detail oriented.

I went to Fancy Nails this evening after horrible expirience with Sindys Nails & Spa2, and let me tell you.... I had a great expirience and great time there !!!everybody there, was very nice, friendly, accommodating !!! We did not have an appointment because we made an appointment with the other place, however they were able to put us in for this evening; the best nail salon I visited in a long, long time !!! And the pricing very affordable !!! I highly recommend this salon !!!

This Nail salon was amazing!! I got the dip powder on my nails and gel for my toes. The man doing my nails was so meticulous. He paid such close attention to every detail. They have never looked so good. My toes also look amazing as well! Super happy with my visit! I only come to Fredericksburg from Tn/SWVA about once a month to visit my boyfriend and I refuse to go anywhere else.

I had shellac manicure and pedicure here several times and waxing too.Ivy is awesome...But the 2 young men there are good too.Ivy is very friendly and always do a great job making my nails looks pretty and clean...Ill be coming for more.Thank you guys....Ivy u are awesome 👌 👏 ♥

When you have someone waiting you don’t make them wait longer to accommodate your mistakes. My appointment was at 4:00? You asked me to wait til 4:30 or 5:00. (I am a regular so the nail tech sent a text to ask me to come in later)....but you sent a text ten mins before my scheduled appointment? I didn’t get the text until I had already arrived. Then you allow your 4:30 appointment to receive service while you make us wait even longer.....That was totally unprofessional. I will not be returning. This place is a new business that’s still learning the basics of customer service 101. The nail techs provide minimal engagement and barely speak the language. I’d go to an establishment that has more experience if I were you.

I go to see Ivy every two weeks to get my mails done. She is always pleasant, never keeps me waiting and does a wonderful job. She takes her time and makes sure I’m completely satisfied each step of the way.

Lana was absolutely amazing. My mother is in a wheelchair and cant move, she was patiencent and took her time. Truly made my mother feel normal and not like a burden and was overly welcoming and inviting will definitely be back. 😄

Had my nails and toes done here last week. My pedicure was awful. They didn’t even clean under my toe nails or clip them. She didn’t appear to know what she was doing. My nails were even worse. I look like I have globs of acrylic since they weren’t filed down or smoothed after acrylic was applied and the gel polish was all over my cuticles and side of nails. Now that it’s growing out I have to keep filing it so it doesn’t catch my hair. Total waste of money! Go somewhere else!

This is an amazing salon they make you feel like family the manager is so sweet she will go above and beyond for her customers she is amazing at free hand designs to that is a big thing for me I love them and she rocked it every time and made it just like I like !!! She makes everyone feel so welcome and at home this is the best place to go if u want the best service and to have a great experience!!

Tina did my nails for me even though she had appointments mixed in. She did an acrylic overlay for me and my eyebrows. She did an AMAZING job, and was very professional with me. I am going to be going back to her every two weeks. I know she will help to have my nails be right where I want them to be and still have them be natural.

She did ok work but I would t go back here again. Im pretty sure her daughter did my pedicure without a license.

There was only one tech there. I waited about 45 minutes while others slowly came in. The tech was doing nails and another pedi before me. She rush through my pedicure and tore up my feet. I tried to explain that she did not smooth my feet and had mess them up. She got loud and upset. She told me that I was only paying $30 and she did not think she needed to spend too much time on my feet because it was only $30. Plus some more stuff as she angrily rushed to finish my feet. I wanted the sparkle top coat which she said would be $5 extra (which is ridiculous) but I said yes anyway. She put the polish on the table behind her and never give me a sparkle top coat. When my feet dried they were worse than when I went in.

Great now under new management and Lana is excellent! She is very personable and attentive.

My nails looked amazing best Ive ever had actually. Painless, no bleeding, nothing but comfort. This will definitely be my new nail service. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! Lana is amazing. She makes you feel so welcome and special every time you come in. Ive never trusted anyone with my nails, but they are PERFECT every time. I visit her every 2 weeks now. This has to be the BEST place in Fredericksburg. Her deals are amazing, her staff is so friendly and curtious. Shes great at doing eyebrows as well, and my pedicures are so nice everytime. Definitely would recommend!

Horrible service the lady wasnt friendly, she rushed through painting my nails, she did a horrible job on my nails. The lady didnt allow proper drying time under the light for my gel nails, chipped once i got home. All my nails chipped in 3 days of having them done. I will never go back!
