Came here once and I could not stop coming back. The nails they made are ‘state of art’. The staff there were amazing, they knew what I need and they have done the best work that worth the price.

Id like to thank the team for providing me with the best customer service! Took the time to touch up my pedicure when I accidentally messed it up while drying. Very kind & thoughtful staff who provided me with uncovered shoes to wear as I only had boots (to prevent pedicure from getting ruined after I walked out of the salon). Great prices and variety of colour too - highly recommend!

This place felt really fancy, boujee and super clean. Small but still really tidy and there were no secret costs or surprise charges which I like, very upfront. Also my nails looked beautiful.

The lady that did my nails was answering the phone, texts, checking people in and checking people out. All of this while doing my nails.I got a fill, trim and polish change. The fill is fine but the trim exposed my real nail and they werent filed down or sealed. When she painted them, she didnt get the entire nail. Strips on each side are missing paint. The polish itself is uneven and splotchy.I went here because my regular nail shop is closing and because of the good reviews but will not be returning. Ive never had such a hectic experience. If you go, dont go to the nail tech that is also acting as a receptionist.

Great little salon with lovely staff. I wanted a particular design on my nails which I hadn’t been able to get done anywhere else, they said “no problem” yes it was extra but usually nail art is so I didn’t mind. Be prepared to wait a little while as they’re so busy (because they’re so good) was worth the wait! Will 100% be back.

I needed a manicure and found this place while walking around, the ladies arranged an appointment and it was amazing. My nails look and hands feel great.

Recently visited this store. I asked for a pedicure and manicure with gel. All the girls in there were busy so he called a girl from their other store to come down. Great price. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend this business. Loving my fresh nails.

They do a very careful job. I do my nails elsewhere and the service was fine but dirty. The nail technician here explained to me lightly, carefully fix the lifted nails and even chose a right color to cover the mark on my nails. I’m so happy!

The best shellac I have ever had on my nails. It’s been 3 and a half weeks and i haven’t had one chip or peeling yet. Absolutely amazing service! Would 100% recommend!

She cuts cuticles, files nails, removes stains from previous colors, uses a scrub pad and has a great foot massage that I would pay for as that is the only service provided.

They did an excellent job fixing my nails as best they could (after another salon ruined them). The person who did them was professional, lovely, and very skilled. Thank you again!

Bought my wife the treatment and customized manicure as a present. She loved it and was more than satisfied. She thinks it is the best nail salon in area and definitely recommended.

Been going there for years and always friendly staff and great service. Last time I got my nails done; the lady didnt ask me what length and shape I wanted and did her own thing. When I said I wanted shorter, she said yes Ill do this first then shorten them.. but she didnt. I told her right before she painted them I wanted them shorter, and she quickly shorten them which made them an ugly shape and quickly painted them which caused bubbles. I went back the next day to fix and the staff sat me down straight away and helped me for no extra cost. I am giving them five stars because one bad problem will not change my mind about them - especially after they helped fix the problem.

Its not easy to pull off with Blue colour for nails because it is not an easy colour to play with. There are different tones of blue and I couldnt choose which one. Thanks you to find the perfect Blue colour for my marble nails. Thumbs up for your girls.

Had to remove old acrylic nails that I horribly tried myself at home and damaged a nail, I visited these guys today and she was so gentle and patient that the acrylics were removed bit by bit with dissolving them up. Thank you for good service and not hurting my damaged nail! :)

The lady who did my pedicure took about 1/2 hour to finish it. When I left, my feet looked nice and soft.

We made an appointment and all received our services at the same time. The kids love the flowers on their nails.

I requested gel nails and brought a picture of what I wanted and I was very impressed. I dont normally get my nails done but I have received many compliments even from strangers. Will definitely be going back maybe even make it a routine.

First time I’ve ever been here. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and finally found nail art that inspired me to get them done again. The gentleman I had was so sweet and made sure I liked what he was doing. Totally recommend and will be back!

We are a family of four and have a variety of services (luxury pedicures, two baby lotions, one baby manicure and a regular manicure).

Two different occasions I made appointments with Tony for gel manicure and pedicure. He was one-and-a-half hours behind the first time, so the owner did my manicure. He finally got to my pedicure after closing time and took all the short cuts and I felt rushed. Gave him a second chance for a first thing in the morning appointment and he came strolling in late and chatting on his cell phone. Looked like he was out partying the night before. I got up and left. I make appointments for a reason — my time is valuable to me.

Sassy nails is the BEST nail salon in the Fredericksburg area. (My opinion). Fun professional comfortable. I get my nails done by Tommy I promise you will not be disappointed from you getting your nails or feet or even eyebrows done you will not regret the services. I always say my nail technician is the BEST. I can take a picture of a nail design I want he nails it every time actually much better then picture I showed. Made an appointment with Tommy waited but Ms.Pam had to do my feet. Remind you I don’t live in the area. The pedi was 45 then an extra 20 for gel color. I live in Maryland where the gel color is included in the price. If I decide to come back I’m looking for Ms.Pam she’s the real MVP. Prices sucks!!!Waited damn there 2 hours to get a filling. Tommy did his thing with my nails. I’m very pleased with his service.

I do appreciate the complimentary service but I would definitely not recommend this place and will not returnMy nails I originally wanted I couldnt get because the lady said it was too complicated for her so I chose something more simple n in the end she didnt even do a simple flower design a different girl did n it came out awfulMy nails and fingers have white from the poorly attempted French tip from first Lady and although she was very funny and sweet she was not very good at nails n was upset when I questioned the excess white on nails. The French tip was very crooked and I literally left in tears just thinking how I had to have these nails for mothers day. Then the owner said it was because my nails were TOO SHORT that that is why they turned out horribly...so sad

I have been coming to Sassy Nails for a few months since I moved to the Fredericksburg area. Ever since, I have not been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and prompt. My favorite nail tech by far is Mya, she takes her time with you and makes sure to give you the best manicure you want. She also does an amazing job at eyebrows. My second time here was definitely different from my amazing first experience. I read all the great reviews and they were true, very nice staff, clean environment, and overall just a great look of the place. I’m not good with their names but I did have Tommy the first time and he did everything I asked for. The lady near the front desk is also very friendly.Now the reason for only 4 starts is because my second time I learned that I should solely stick with Tommy, because I had another guy at the front right chair that did the worst gel fill I’ve ever had.. I loved the colors I got, but he cut almost every single finger with the nail grinding machine. I didn’t notice much at the time, I mean I understand a few slips, but they burned so bad the next day it was hard for me to do anything with my hands. The gel color was also so layered that it’s already coming up a day later.If you go here, make sure to get the best of thebest and that’s Tommy.****Had to update after going back in to get my nails fixed just two days later. If you are not happy with your service, before going somewhere else, be sure to let them know! Michelle and Tommy really cared that I was not happy with my last service and they made everything right. They all apologized and really took their time on fixing my nails, I definitely feel more comfortable coming back here for any nail service I need.

I just got my nails done and I couldnt be more delighted with the way they turned out! The place was jam packed and they still found a spot for me. There were 3 techs who worked on my nails (each completing a different task) because of how busy they were, which I see as them just being quick AND efficient. Even with the speed at which they were all done, I consider their work above par. I am absolutely over the moon with their quality of service. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly. But the cherry on top of the pie, for me, was the owner (at least Im assuming she was the owner) knew my name after just one introduction, and she kept referring to me by name. Just the perfect personal touch. Which makes me feel bad because Im horrible with names. However, since theyve just landed themselves a new regular customer, Ill be sure to learn it. Where to begin. Came here today with my mom and 3 sisters and loved every second. Everyone was so personable and kind. They took the time to learn our names and we laughed and loved the company. Each one of us loved our nails and our nail technicians. I, personally, had Pam and she was so lovely and sweet. We called this morning with a wedding party needing pedicures and manicures they had a full staff ready for us when we got here. They are so friendly and the staff keeps the salon clean and bright.
