The service was excellent and fast. I gave 4 star because of the direction on their website. We couldnt find the street. The street took us into an empty parking. We decide to go to the next plaza and ask but there it is.

I have been a walk-in each time I visited and the process is always smooth. They are super conscious of germs and cleaned the surface for taking finger prints. The waiting area is clean and we were instructed to wait in our cars until called. The employees are professional. The wait was not long. I recommend 👌.

Completed application for TSA PreCHK at this location. Staff are courteous and businesslike. In and out in under 15 minutes (with appointment set up online). Facility is clean and orderly. Attention to COVID-19 protocols is on target. Recommend.

So grateful that they were safe, kind and quiet. It wasnt busy and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Beware of GPS directions its not the 5000 building but the next entrance.

Not impressed at all with results. Had to take finger print and as I have damaged prints did not come through. It was overwritten and approved on site just to get emails an hour later to go back to retake. The place is far from where I live so two 100 miles trip and waste of time.

Hate going to this place customer service is a disgrace .this guy at the window went out of is to make your life hell to boost is ego .had me go outside to make an appointment when I was already in the system.with an appointment.gave him my license credit card passport . left it on the desk walked away never handed back to me. I had a 9:40 AM (arrived at 9:35) appointment to renew my TSA PRE. The sign outside says to come in and sign your name, and the rep will call you, while you wait in your car. Upon entering there were 5-7 people waiting in the lobby (social distancing was not in order). I decided to wait outside and did so for over 15 minutes before entering again. The gentleman who works on the other side (background checks, etc.) of the shared office space, assisted by retrieving the sign-in sheet for the now 8-10 people waiting. Signed the sheet and waited for over 30 minutes while watching individuals who came after me, being attended to. Went back in and the rude male stated, I would have to wait because I was late arriving. Wow! There is so much more to say but Ill leave it to the universe. TSA, should be shamed for not addressing the many concerns stated in the many egregious reviews. Obviously, this location is poorly operated, and the lack of respect displayed for public safety and personal time is unacceptable.

This was a good place to get my fingerprinting done, the young man was friendly and informative but he shares an office with a drug testing place and they were all out doing collections or lunch and he was running both offices. It took a while for him to get to everyone in the lobby, but I was still seen at my appointment time. The young man was very professional. The place is clean and easy to find.
