Fantastic service! It was my first time and they did an outstanding job! They even opened their doors 15mins early just for me which i really appreciate. Billy and Lena are very friendly and make you feel like your at home. I didn’t feel rushed at all, Billy took his time & did an excellent job!! Definitely will be back!! I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for great service.

Billy and Lena are professional and do amazing work. I was recommended to go visit their shop when I moved back to the area. I have been to other shops around here and never found another shop like this one.

Attempted to go after reading several positive reviews. They need to change their sign that says walk-ins welcome because apparently that is not true.In response to the owner: your information is incorrect. Covid restrictions were not in place at the time I tried to visit your business. Secondly as someone who works in retail I understand safety and restriction more than most. Third if the restrictions were in place than your employees did not state that or have any sides mentioning it. But since the Covid restrictions for the state of Virginia took place as I was in the process of moving I can guarantee you that were not in place the day I came for an appointment.

I loved my experience here! Lena did an awesome job. It was my first time and the customer service was excellent which typically you don’t get at a nail shop. I wasn’t rushed and she took her time which I really appreciated. Even got a hand massage which I never get when I get a full set. I definitely recommend this place and will be back. Thank you Lena!

I came to Lee’s Hill Nails after having a horrible experience at another nail salon. Billy and Lena stayed open last minute to see my sister and I, giving us both pedicures and taking their time despite the fact they were about to close. I cane today after going to the same nail salon for 5 years and became u happy with their work. I’m so glad I chose to come here. The salon is clean and the owners are wonderful people. They do great work, but honestly, I’m choosing to go back just because of how sweet their personalities were.

Had a wonderful experience! Lena is very nice and skilled, shes been doing this for a very long time. The restroom was pristine and the entire shop is organized and very clean. I will definitely be going back! Id recommend making an appointment or going when they first open.

So, I walked in expecting just another salon. But I was so surprised. It was clean, it was friendly, the people knew how to do nails, and best of all, theyve been here for 22 years and they still look and act and treat you like professionals who just got their best client when you walked in the door! My home away from home. Lena and Billy are friendly, efficient and do great nails. I was hesitant about writing this review because I wanted to keep it just to myself. It is the only nail salon I get my nails done after months of trying numerous local nail salons. I always walk out with awesome nails and nail arts. Best of all, the prices are great.

I first visit Lee Hill Nails at five years ago, and to this day I only prefer this place, i drive 45 mins for my appointment and their doors are always open, even on short notice. Lena & Billy are amazing and have become good friends, they always make me feel at home. I always get compliments on my nails and I 100% recommend them!!!

I needed a pedicure before a trip and my typical spa nail place is closed on Sunday. I took a chance after reading good reviews. Im not sure who you have to be to get service here, but I am not in the club apparently.I came and was greeted and asked about the service I wanted and told to pick a color. Then I waited.. For about 10 minutes in the chairs by the door. They then ushered me to a massage chair and turned on the foot bath water.. Going well so far.Thats where things go down hill..There was one lady getting a pedicure and another one getting nails done and 3 people waiting at this point, only 2 people working (this should have been my clue). I then sat in the chair without any further attention or explanation for the next hour. I eventually took my feet out of the water and just sat there. The pedicure lady was getting gel or something so that took a very long time and I thought the man would then come to me. But he left and took a lady for a manicure who had come After me! Whaaat!? At least 4 more people came in, waited for a bit without any help and left. I eventually got up, explained that I had waited long enough and I was disappointed in this situation and left.I couldnt believe a place would be open on a Sunday, clearly busy enough for many clients that want services and only have 2 people working. And then NEVER be informed of the situation or apologized to for the wait. I wont be going back even though I live super close. Im hoping this is a fluke and the owners just had a rough day.

I have been coming to this salon for about 20 years and love the owners Lena and Billy they are always so kind and you know they love what they do.

Best pedicure Ive ever had !!! She took her time and got all the dead skin off my feet . My feet have never been this soft after a pedicure. I will definitely be coming back :)

Worst experience ever! The owner wanted my 2 year old to stay still the whole time. Ive taken my child to many other nail places and one has ever complained about my child moving around. He was so rude that I left I didnt get everything done.

I went with a friend of mine to get her nails done and they looked awful!! Once she complained and asked them to fix them he refused to fix her nails and then asked for another $10 for polish. He was the manager and was an complete jerk!! DONT GO THERE
