Well i been to this place for about 2 years now i have had good nails done. However these past two time where not the best. For starters one of the ladies working there drilled to far out and really fast that it ended up cutting me. I told her a few times that it was hurting to go easy on it and she kept going really hard on it. I was very upset. I also brought my cousin this time that i went and we noticed that are nails have little bubbles. This is the second time they do it to me though. I paid $65 and thats the worst money i spent there. The nails are also very bulky. However there is some ladies that know how to do their jobs which is great. But not all of them do. Go at your risk!

I have been coming here the last 9 years- overall I always leave satisfied. This last week I had Helen do my nails for the first time and I loved the way she did them, she took her time and left me very happy!I had a man do my pedi and he did amazing he had someone waiting for him to do their pedi and still managed to take his time everyone here does a good job. I also do the threading & compared to other places their prices are really good!

Eyebrows • I had them threaded and she left hairs that I didn’t see in that poor lighting they had till I left. But she was very nice and friendly... but i don’t pay for only nice and friendly I pay to get my eyebrows done correctly.Pedicure • He did a decent job but he rushed through it so it didn’t dry correctly.My nails• so disappointed that I had to give this place 1 star. Zoom into the pictures and you will see 😩 She rushed through it because there was more people waiting 👎 will definitely not be coming back.

Definitely need a new lash tech she glued both my eyes shut ripped my real lashes and I asked for long and full lashes I got the shortest thinnest lashes ever with big gaps

I went in this morning to get my nails done, there was not that many people in the salon at the time. From the start I didn’t like how I asked for dip nails the lady said they don’t do dip nail on coffin shaped nails. (Which is a lie because I have done it in the past, I just think they don’t know how to do it.) then she proceeded to let me choose a color. As soon as she gave me the colors I asked if it was acrylic powder she said yes then she started doing my nails it looked like it was all going well until she started started putting the acrylic on then she started drilling the top of the nail she filed down wayyy too thin... it was clear acrylic I didn’t pay no mind because I know that nail techs all have a different way of doing nails. However she brought out GEL polish and started putting it on. I thought okay fine I’ll settle for gel when she put my hand under the UV light and the time was up it looked very tacky and lumpy. She coated it FOUR TIMES and TWO more times with the clear gel, I was very disappointed because after leaving my nails look so uneven and ugly. I made an appointment with someone else to get them fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR A FULL SET!

I got my nails done today and they look amazing! The past few times I’ve came they’ve been amazing! I love there work and Christy and Helen are the best ones!

The nails is so ugly its so disgusting and I couldnt even pick my nails she was cutting the nails so so short never coming here again

I had an appointment today for eyebrows. Arrived on time. 18min after waiting while no one was in chair someone else walked in and was taken right back. Note that someone did ask if I was in for nails I said no appointment for eyebrows. Also ( the lady I saw before was not the one doing them at this time) she is great. Whoever this lady was clearly has a different way of doing things. Nails services are always great! I give 3 because of that and the normal threading/waxing lady.

The way they did my acrylics was fine they took their time and they lasted like 2 weeks which is good! but for a pedicure I’m never going here AGAIN the lady rushed through it and CUT me and made me BLEED but she had the audacity to put this liquid thing where she made me bleed and it BURNED SO MUCH! she didn’t even take her time like the other people did and she didn’t even paint my toes CORRECTLY!

My nails are too thick and they look like blop.

Waiting in line and they have the dignity to squeeze others before you. I dont care if they are regulars!! Treat everyone with the same customer service. No service from me.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They did not push my cuticles back for my pedicure. The lady cut my toe nails diagonally. Plus, she painted my nails with my sandals on. They had the owner redo my nails and I was still not satisfy with the result. If I only I could show y’all pictures. I am never going back again.

By far the best I have been too in Fort Worth prices are reasonable.

Honestly I was VERY sKeptical about coming to this place because of the bad pictures and ratings but I went in because I heard the prices was cheap so I didn’t expect anything but a average experience but I was SHOCKED and over exceeded in expectations this place has been one of the cleanest place I’ve been to in awhile and actually did what I wanted to my toes before I even asked Im a license cosmetologist and VERY picky but ask for NGOC she takes her time and effort on her work and that was so respected that I had to take time out of the day to write this I will drive the distance to come back!!

Older lady is the worse. I actually had to do a complete new set cause how bad they were to the point that the lady that redid ACTUALLY agreed

Highly disappointed with my dip nails. Technicians not properly trained and proper dip gels/clear polish not used. Ive been getting my dip nails done for almost a year and have never been this disappointed.

Do not go here unless you want to wait over 2 hours for a pedicure while they squeeze others in that got there after you, I let them know we had been waiting for 2 hours and they sat us down put our feet in the water and had us wait another 30 minutes, if it wasn’t for my friend who needed them done I would have left the moment I was waiting for more than 30-45 minutes!

You get what you ask for $10 fill-ins. They are extremely rough on nails & insensitive to the pain that they cause there clients. I literally had to take my set off because I was getting fungus in several of my nails. I have had the opportunity to go to different nail salons in many states Georgia, Ohio, Michigan.. etc but I have never experienced something so disturbing. Word of advice. Dont go there.

Ive been going here for a while but for the last couple of months Ive been highly dissatisfied. My nails last for may 3-5 days at the most. Also Im never relaxed there really rough on your nails and there seriously under staffed so the wait is horrible even during the week. There is one nail tech there that I love but she only works on weekends and I dare not go on a weekend I would literally be there all day.

Came here bc it was 30 for nail dip but used some different brand than advertised on window used a nail drill and made my nails super thin where i felt it on my nail beds which is not the proper way it should be. Very unorganized finding products and no hand massage was given . End result looks poorly done but dont notice till u walk out ...not going back !

I liked the service but my nails not so much half of them are lifted and not even on my nails I asked for it to be fixed but the man said its was fine these are not worth the 40 dollars I spend here so noe Im going to have to spend another 40 and a salon the will do them right . Im so dissatisfied with these please the next time check if theyre actually on theyre nails cause these suck I cant do anything with out almost breaking them off

They didnt push my cuticales back and I told them there was a small hair that fell on my nail when they did the first coat and she looked at it and just painted over it with the second coat :/ like really....i could still see the hair lol its ridiculous. .

I have always done my nails for years and never did i have any trouble with chemicals..will dicide to go friday and do my nails.it normaly takes about an hour or hour and half but this time they were done with my nails about 30 to 45 min..paid went my way but when got home until about 4 to 7 hours into my nails being done i had a real bad itch and it was so bad that saturday had to go to urgent care and it came out to be that i had fungus ..so i go back to on monday had to wait cause they close on sunday so i go back on monday yes they removed them and they gave me a gift certificate to get my nails done when i was healed.but when they were removing them they keeped telling me that my nails were to short and i may be alergic to one of the chemicals..one i of the girls was telling me it could be that the glue or chemical they use was on my cutical.got my nails off and never going again.sad part is that they they told me it was an allergic reaction and that my nails were to small. So decide to today (wensday) to get a second opion and go to another clinic cause this. Itch is so tense to make sure what i had on my nails they did confirm it was fungus..never going again ..

Had a deluxe pedicure and they clipped my toe nails too short to where it hurt, the hot towels smelled like mildew and the toe nail polish they used did not set right nor dry all the way. My toes are hurting.

Only place I trust to get my pedi :) I drive all the way from Joshua just to come here!! Only trust Christi & mya though also great price for eyebrows & lip its $10 for both

Worst place. I asked for a certain shape and they mad a mess.

I went there just to have my nails soaked off because the last time I let them do my nails, they were sore over a week and began to raise at the cuticle. What could go wrong with a soak off? Over a hour wait, I checked the sign in sheet and I was skipped over. Poor customer service!

I’ve given them several tries but it’s just as bad each and every time the acrylics are rushed my nails vary in thickness one of them has a weird dent like cellulitis just bad in general would not recommend 👎🏼
