Nails could have been way better

The tech kept cutting cuticles on all my fingers with the electric file and now my cuticles are infected an be swollen and Im currently in urgent care awaiting for antibiotics

My Nail Tech was great. I didnt have a problem there they did a decent job even though they really need to make some upgrades but what do you expect on Lancaster? My daughter however caused hell because theyve tried to overcharge her for services she did not receive.

This is a downscale nail shop that serves the locals who reside in the surrounding neighborhood. The place tends to be extremely busy during the first two weeks of the month before becoming less crowded at the end of the month. Pedicures cost $16 and dip manicures cost $30.

Service was nice, employees are friendly and efficient however be sure to CONFIRM PRICING just in case. When it came to pricing, there seemed to be some unwritten discrepancies. The inside sign (normal list of services and pricing, no mention of day) has pedicures posted at $15 but the lady said it was $20 (once our feet were in the water of course lol) because it was Sunday. She referenced an outside sign but when we left and looked around, the only sign they had outside just showed some $9.99 manicure deals and a $24.99 full set deal.....guess they got us!

I have been here quite a few times recently and the service has always been great. I usually have my toddler with me and the ladies are so nice to him and my nails come out beautifully. I started going back because the salon across the street has been closing early and I now work until after 6. The ladies never have an attitude even though I am usually one of their last clients, I appreciate that. The wax pedicure feels so good too

We waited forever and there was not that many people in there. And they were not friendly at all. They did what they wanted to do to our nails. But hey they were open

This place has gone over and above to show good customer service. The first day that I went, they had a difficult customer and you could tell the workers were fussing at one of the workers instead of talking in their native language about the customer. They made sure the lady left happy and satisfied. From that day forward Ive continue to come back to them. I live almost 30 minutes away and still continue to go to them even though theres a lot of nail places close to where I live. I value good customer service and they have shown it.

Trash My sister Could Have Done Better 💯

How can I give zero stars 🤔. They have a very limited color selection of polishes. 3 men and 1 woman who can not do hand drawn designs much less acrylic designs. They were rude because I asked them to do my daughters hand and toes (for a 2yr old she was very still). I would definitely not go again

I have been going to this shop for 13years and normally I dont have a problem but my last time I was very unhappy the woman that did my nails didnt do them right and she overcharged me on the price I will still go there but I will NOT ALLOW that woman to do my nails again

It was a rat in the salon and they did a bad job on my nails I paid $50 for bad service and the manager acting as she didn’t care when I complained to her Definitely will never come back STAY AWAY .

I love coming here. They are very friendly and the pedicures and nails are great. They recently did the nails and pedicures for my daughters wedding, and thru were beautiful.

I love going to this place because they are always so friendly & welcoming and they are affordable on price. I have not had any bad experiences at this place. Yes sometimes there is a wait but thats to be expected when they are busy. A couple things for customers though:1. The fruit/food that sits in front of a small statue is NOT for customers to eat! It is a religious offering & for someone to pick that offering up & eat it is BEYOND rude & disrespectful!2. If you dont understand their language, how do you know theyre talking about you or laughing at you? Dont be so quick to assume the worst. These people have lives outside the shop just like you or anyone else. They could be discussing a funny movie they saw for all you know.

Will NEVER EVER go to this place again in life. They do not know what they are doing! The guy that did my nails did an ok job, but I asked for no polish so that I could fix them at home. Now the lady that did my pedicure was the worst I had ever had. When I asked someone else to fix it they all teamed up together and didnt want to fix my overlay that looked so ugly.

She glued my skin to the nailed and then made me bleed!! Also she doesnt know how to polish.. my nails look like a 5yr did them!! Better yet, a 5yr boy would do a better job!!

This place is the worst nail salon in history. The guy there is rude and always make my fingers bleed, because he is not paying attention. The managers wife always does something totally different then what I wanted and I always have to go else where to fix them. Horrible. Horrible service. Never going back

UP UNTILL I FIND OUT THEY WILL USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TWICE, AND CLAIM ITS THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE THAT CHARGES TWICE..LONG STORY SHORT I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. First time here, I will NEVER take my girl here to get a pedi & manicure. When she first asked about the prices for pedi & Mani the lady told her $25 then later came out to tell her the price in total is $50 not being professional and telling us before how extra hot wax and stuff were additional prices even when we asked for an explanation the Chinese lady’s got loud & crazy. Plus that walked out with pedi & manicure not being so good, nail polish looks old & clumpy applies to both toes & nails!!!! Hate this place! It was too much for a pedi & mani @ neighborhood nails I pay $30 for both with better service!! Grrr

I had been going to this nail shop for two years up until now that I have had enough of their treatment especially after sticking with the same person being loyal only to be treated disrespectful because I complained about the service for the FIRST time ever and usually I have let things go and gave the benefit of the doubt. I am one of the VERY FEW that always tip but Tina got mad and gave the tip back after I paid and handed her the money because she wanted MORE smh!!! Im not giving a 20.00 tip unless the service is 5 star Im sorry but Family Nail isnt a 5 star nail place to get that kind of tip. That really made me feel some type of way that I would get treated like my money is nothing and its not like I gave 1 or 2 dollars smh I gave good decent tip even after having to wait over a hour just to get service. Another complaint is how they give pedis but dont clean the foot tub after every customer and openly make fun of customers and will begin talking their language while laughing at the same time do you wont know what they are saying. I no longer go to this salon, I now go where Im treated better and can actually say for the service Im satisfied and give 15 dollar tip.

This is a horrible place went in for 2 deluxe pedis n a acrylic French tip the place was very unsanitary the pedi sink had skin in it from someone else the tools where not sanitized either my nails have air bubbles in them. The people asked what kind of job u have to see if they can get more money out of you n they did $100.00 just for 2 deluxe pedis n acrylic French tip over priced never will i go back felt rushed n costomers argued with employees was very unorganized spoke in their language about costomers n laughed very unpleasant place!

DO NOT GO HERE ! Within three minutes of me being here one of the nails techs was arguing with a customer because she put a length on the lady nails that she didnt want and charged her for it. So i got just a basic acrylic literally over the next three days my nails popped off like they were press ons from Walmart !

This place is ratchet and nasty asf first off I came in to get a mani pedi for my birthday and they sat me in a dirty ass sink people feet crumbs all in the bottom of it and when I asked her to clean it she just ran the water and told me to stick my feet in so I did because I didnt want any hassle you know it was my birthday I wanted to relax then they had me sitting there for a whole hour before they came over and did anything and I was still!! Polite about it. Then I started telling her how I wanted my nails and she did them COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then when I told her that I didnt like my nails she yanked my feet to take what she did off then got up out of her seat and started throwing things across the nail salon! I was so shocked and so flabbergasted it was very! Unprofessional and TRASHY WORST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!!! Do NOT COME HERE!

Horrible Customer service and got upset when I didnt want them to keep filing my nails down. Gel b polish came off the next day and nail broke in half from filing.

It was not a great experience for me AT ALL the lady at the back sitting by herself did such a terrible job on my nails my nails are uneven she was rushing to get my nails done she even ended up cutting me and I made a face showing how much it hurt she didn’t care a customer came in and she just kept staring at the customer instead of looking at my nails it only took 15 minutes for her to do a full set when it should’ve taken at least 30 mins
