They definitely have great customer service and always so friendly and pleasant. As far as the nails go they always look great but every time I go they drill my nails down so thin that they do not last. The last time I went they had made them extra “Secure” they put 4 layers of dip powder then a top of gel which then made them so bulky and my actual nail still had gotten ripped off.This time I went great service as always but I felt as if the lady was rushing she didn’t coat my entire nail correctly I had intents on the edges and now not even 2 weeks I’ve had them and one of my nails are shattering and cracked down the middle

Kim was my nail tech my 1st time coming here and she did a phenomenal job! She was able to accommodate my wants and needs to the demands of my every day life, ultimately making my nails last a little longer than most places Ive been. I will definitely be going back to see her!

Very friendly & nice atmosphere beautiful and clean. This was my first time trying nails like this its costly but nice job. Loved my toes.

Went in for a 35 dollar pedi.. gel 5 dollars extra.. ok.Design 5 dollars.. okTo sit in a chair 15 dollars.. are u kidding me.60 dollars for a basic pedi... never again

I have been here a few times and have always been please but this last time I decided I wanted something a little different and fancy and I went here. First I’d like to say they are all so very friendly and welcoming. Second the place is nice and very clean. And I would like to thank Ana she did an amazing job on my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she came in when she was off to do my nails for me and they came out amazing! 10/10 would recommend this place!

This place came highly recommended by one of my co-workers and I wanted to treat my daughter for her 12th birthday s so we came here. The first day we just did our nails and they were amazing! The staff was so friendly and warming! The second day we went for pedicures for the first time for both of us and again had such a great experience! We will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this place

I didnt know their hours of operation but went in at 6pm for a pedicure. They close at 7pm. I was treated as though I (they) had all day. Extremely professional and friendly; service was NOT rushed. This is definitely the place to go for any kind of nail service. Staffed appropriately, knowledgeable about products, make recommendations based in customers lifestyle...very impressed. Ill go out of my way to give these folks my business!

They checked customers temperature before they were seated and overall friendly service. Very clean and the employees were very nice.

Really nice staff! They are always SO busy when I go and Ive had to wait quite a long time. They have some great nail artists here if you like something a little flashy and non traditional!

So really the only redeeming quality of this place for me was the staff. The nail techs were very nice, but thats really where the good praise stops. I got a dip nail and deluxe pedicure while I was there. While doing my nails the tech never pushed my cuticles back so I looked like I needed a fill when I walked out the door. One week later and my nails have already started to lift and are snagging in my hair when I wash, blow-dry, basically any time I run my fingers through my hair. Im really disappointed as this place was highly recommended in the people of Watauga fb group.

Went in today for the 1st time, as a walk in. Sarah was able to do my nails right away. The place was very clean and inviting, and Sarah was friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back.

Amazing staff but I got one lady who did a horrible job. Didnt listen to what I wanted and gave me a completely different color and never even bothered to work on my cuticles or anything beforehandNot only that but my dipped nails have a horrible bubble look to them. My friend got the same thing from a different lady and they looked so much better..

They have good colors and a nice layout but the lady that did my nails continuously left from where I was and went to finish off another lady that she didnt even start. She also told me the price would be $35 for what I asked for (which was gel nail, medium length and coffin shaped) and she switched it up once it was time to pay and said it would be $47 but shed only charge me $43 because I was patient. I asked for the manager and still ended up paying $47 because the manager couldnt understand what I was explaining even though I broke it down as easily and nice as I could.

Love this place. Andy is the best. Holly gives the best pedicure. Really convenient since its close to my job.

I really enjoy coming here. Everyone is so friendly. always happy with my nails and prices. I get lots of compliments about my nails and it feels good.

My family has been going to this place for a while and after this last time I will never be going back! I got a cuticle treatment to the point of bleeding! I have scabs all around my nails now. My nails look horrible and the dip cracked in less than a week! My moms nails have all lifted and fallen off, after only three days! To top it off, when I went to get my nail fixed the owner/manager Andy was not willing to work with me at all or discount any future nails/redo my moms! We spent way too much money there to be treated that way. Highly do not recommend! Terrible customer service.

Yesterday was my first time there and at first I was impressed. The place is clean and the staff was friendly. But they did the worst job on my nails. I was burned by the file multiple times and cut to the point of bleeding. Almost every single nail was filed down on one side half way down my nail, leaving my nail beds exposed and raw. I uploaded a picture on their images. When the manager checked me out and asked how I liked it I showed him what was done and he said to come back so he can try to even them out a little until they grow back, and continued to charge me full price.

Got nails for prom done here and they are so disappointing. no nails are even and the acrylics are so thick and just not acceptable. the man was obviously rushing and was continuing to pressure me into getting gel.

Andy and his wife are the best! The entire staff is super welcoming and customer oriented! Recommend day and night!

Nancy cut three if my daughters fingers and left dry dip on all fingers. She said the cuts were due to me not paying to cut her cuticals back. When I complained all apologized but her. She kept repeating herself that its because if cuticals. She never apologised. Never going back. The fact is that she was rushing for the next customer and was careless and didnt care about open wounds and poor job
