Glad I checked this place out! First time getting my nails done in this area. I got a full set pink/white ombré with accent nail. $50 total. Price is great for the quality of work. I absolutely love the shape and the blending is beautiful. While it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, they’re so well done I’m incredible happy with them! Definitely get here early on a Saturday, it gets busy fast!! Will be coming back for sure!

I personally do not like leaving bad reviews for companies but I feel like the girl who did mine here did me wrong. During my nails, the lady tells me that my set is $80.00. I did not say anything because I did not want to argue on someones prices and I assumed that meant that they were going to come out awesome. Once she was done, she noticed my nails did not come out great at all and she could tell I was not happy . When we walk up to the front to pay, she tells me she was lowering them to $50.00 instead. I said ok and she asked me if I wanted to add a tip and I said yes $10.00 so it can total to $60.00. Once I leave, I noticed she charged my credit card $80.00. I am super upset with my nails and the lady. Really bad, I will not go back ever again.What I asked for / What I got & still charged $80.00.

I love the way my nails turned out! and the lady who did them was so sweet and so was every other employee there. she took her time and kept making sure i loved them. it was just pretty pricey. this set was $70 which i thought was pretty high compared to other places especially considering it’s not the nicest on the inside. also she did drop the nail file on the ground and then use it on me. not the end of the world to me, but definitely not sanitary lol

Customer beware! For starters they dont keep their insurance up to date,clearly to avoid a lawsuit They dont take responsibility for their mistakes especially those that cause physical harm. Take video and pictures if you get injured. Call Austin to report immediately. They have the audacity to ask for a tip and a set amount at that. They will also pull the old their English is not good and they are new so they didnt know its a misunderstanding. The test and course is taught in English so you spoke it well enough to pass. Im also sure the school didnt teach you to ask for a tip. However your family/coworkers did. There are definitely classy nail spas in the area. This nail salon is outdated and over priced. Definitely a last resort.

I will never go here again! Most painful manicure of my life!! My cuticles were red and bleeding. The gel manicure did not even last a week before it was chipped and peeling. The pedicure was only slightly better but after one week is already chipped and looks horrible. Could have done a better job by myself. Such a waste of money!! Do NOT go here!!! If I could give no stars, I would.

The First 3 Times they were Great. Downhill after that. Do not take time to properly put on nails.. Rush you to pick a color. Fuss at you if your hand is not 100 Percent Relaxed! Do not Educate You on Different nail applications. I was Left with yellow tinged nails today from dark colors for dip nails. I was Never Informed this could happen. Has to wear off I was told. I tipped these girls 20 to 25 dollars each visit. Today no tip!!! Only 3 people today! I wonder Why? Stay Away Ladies!!!

1st time visit for dips, not asked to wash hands before starting, man didn’t know the difference between American and French manicure, I asked for a cuticle trim she said I didn’t need it so now my nails look ragged and you can clearly see where my nail starts and where she started the base. Shop was cramped and dirty. Never again.x

Let me start off by saying this was my first visit and my last visit. Paid $40 plus a $10 (I didn’t wanna be rude and not leave a tip) I got my nails dipped here. They are very thin. I wasn’t even asked how I wanted them shaped. She did not ask if what she was doing was okay or if I even liked it. My hands are stained from the dip powder. When she was using the base coat she didn’t ask me to move my other hand and I look up and it was dripping over my left hand when she was going from the bottle to my right hand. But she did ask if I wanted anything to drink.

After a year away, my Mom and I came back to Happy Nails. Due to the covid standards we were nervous of what has changed. We are thrilled to report that they are still just as clean and thorough as before!! They have amazing customer service, everyone is extremely nice. They have over the precaution needed for sanitizing and keeping everyone healthy. We got dipped manicures and the luxury pedicure as well as eye brow waxing. We love this place because of the people who run and work in it! Glad to see this business open and going strong.

I had my nails done, wanted shorter matte stilettos, I had a pic to associate the exact style. The tech still made it to her preference on length regardless, she cut my cuticles and did not even care to clean the cuts, didn’t even say sorry. I had to ask her to please go get alcohol at least to clean the really bad one on my thumb. Well now it’s infected. Not professional. Not sanitary. Plus they overcharged. Everywhere else I’ve been has charged 50 and they charged 60 and didn’t even do a good job and even cut me without being sanitary and I even tipped 20.00 because that’s the type of person I am but now my thumb is infected and I’m pretty upset and want to file against this business.

My wife has been coming here for over a decade, and today I went with her. She talked me into a manicure. I have never in my life had a manicure, lol, omg! I have been missing out! I will be going with my wife from now on to get a manicure...the service here is outstanding! Very friendly, very professional, and very good at what they do. This is the only place my wife says that she has never had a problem. I highly recommend this nail salon to everybody, both men and women. You wont be disappointed...

All employees were very nice and gave great customer service. I was offered several beverages, including wine. They were very concerned with my overall happiness so I believe they do their name Justice. They tend to do their nails a bit on the thick side so you might just want to try to communicate exactly what you need. Other than that, great place.

Got my eyebrows waxed and she left them SOOOO thin and UNEVEN, she even left the tail end of one with bald spots. I told her she messed them up and she had the audacity to still ask for a tip. I didnt notice how bad they were till I got home, when I came back to ask for a refund she still tried to debate with me and say she only cleaned them up. Umm NO

I came here to get my nails done for my birthday because my nail shop was closed due to covid. When getting there I told them what I wanted several times and I showed them pictures. They told me $58 for nails and $32 for my toes. The lady was like about $85 altogether. Well it took me awhile, so I decided not to get my toes done and I was still charged $85 not only two of my nails were bad. Happy birthday to me. I didnt feel like going back to complain when the lady doing my nails had a little attitude because I dont think she could really understand me. I dont mind paying whatever Im suppose to pay, but dont tell me something different then dont even do a completely good job.

Great service they constantly asked if I needed water or anything but I didn’t like how they use cheap powder for my nails. I got like a purpleish color and I noticed it has different shades of color and I didn’t like that. Overall is great service.

My nail salon for years now. Ive tried other spots and none come close to the customer service and over all experience. If there is a chip or anything in unhappy with Happy Nails always takes care of me. I especially enjoy the movies they play throughout.

This is my FAVORITE place to go. Wonderful, polite staff and very quality work, especially from Lily. I have been going there over a year now and have never once had a problem. Nothing but love for this nail salon!

Lily does my nails PERFECT every time and cares so much about all of her customers, makes you feel like you are family. The other techs are just as AMAZING. My mom is allergic to latex and likes her water hot for her pedicures and they always remember to wear vinyl gloves and run her water a little hotter. It always makes me so happy when I go there.

I have been driving from Ennis, TX for almost a year now coming to get my nails done and toes. They are worth the drive! The atmosphere is always welcoming, they are always energetic and always always make me laugh. They are kid friendly with the movies that they play, it is relaxing and calm environment. My nails are ALWAYS top notch and I get regular compliments on them. They are a hidden jewel and priced really well!

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to review this place, but here it is! I started coming here in last July after moving to this side of town, and I’ve been coming ever since! The women there treat you like family and truly excel at giving excellent customer service. Lily and Vivian are my go-to nail techs because they really have an eye for perfection, but whenever they are not available, all of the other women in the shop take great care of me as well. The entire team provides a world class experience. I get the best pedis there! If you try it, you won’t regret it!

Hello there.. Im a loyal customer to Happy Nails.. I always go to get my solar nails done here, which always comes out wonderful... But on this visit I came in with a pic of something I wanted done different .. Lol I raised the bar quite high for nail tech Lily.. Man was i amazed by her skills she did exactly what I wanted done ☺️.. My nails came out so nice.. Not even an hour went by since I got my nails done I had ladies asking me where I got my nails done .. I just love this place.. ( Lily ) is a very talented nail Tech Hands down.

They were super busy, as expected on a Saturday, but I was pleased with how fast they were. I got a pedicure and full set manicure. Would not recommend this nail salon. I came here last week because i needed a gel manicure and pedicure after work for a trip that weekend. They are open until 8:00 so I came by at 7 after running some necessary errands. While getting my hands and feet done simultaneously, neither worker engaged or acknowledged me as they performed the service. They did a crappy job on my hands and halfway did the pedicure (no hot towel treatment, etc.). $80 wasted. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and pleasant experience. Here, this was not the case. I shouldve just gone to the shop in Alliance beside Kroger where they are nice, attentive and the shop has great atmosphere and free beverages.

Amazing friendly service and beautiful nails

I just moved to the area and I got very lucky, I needed a full set and my manicurist was V, she was pleasant and polite while explaining my options as far as new techniques and prices. She was extremely concentrated and meticulous, asked my opinion and listened to my ideas, not once any of the girls started conversating with each other in the foreign language (I found that professional and unusual), the salon was clean and everyone seamed to be comfortable and relaxed. They had a new movie playing with low volume and subtitles. The end result was beautiful and Vs employee first asked me if I was happy and than congratulated her for the good job. Im definitely going back next week and highly recommend the place!

THEY RACIALLY DISCRIMINATE .I called them at 7:20 to see if they could take walk ins.they said yes. So I drove there to pamper my mom after she had had a long week taking care of my sick dad.When we got to the door, it was 7:28pm. The store closes at 8.00pm. We tried to open but the door was locked. A lady inside just looked at us and ignored us. We thought lets check others around and see if theyll be open on our phones.We were standing right there by the next premise when the saw two white women get out of car and walk to the nail store. We got curious to see what would happen as the ladies tried to open the door as were did. It was locked. But Alas!! We watched in disbelief as the same lady who ignored us ran to the door and open for the white ladies.As she hurriedly opened the door she looked and saw us standing right next to their store. She was tongue tied as she paused and started apologizing to the 2 white ladies how they were busy and couldnt get them. Sher realised were were watching her closely. Ive never felt so bad in my life as I realized if only were were not there she would probably have let them in.I think any person of color and some who cares about basic human courtesy should not go to that salon. I feel so heavy hearted as I write this 😞 and mom felt even worse😔

I just took my 15 year old daughter here to get her nails done for the first time. According to the reviews Lily does great work so my daughter chose her and was really excited. After picking out her polish and designs Lily informed me that it would cost $41. I asked her if they were having any back to school discounts and there is where we became very disappointed with the service. Lily removed her mask from her face and proceeded to tell me that she wanted the full amount of $41 because she knew I wasnt going to tip her. I was very offended because this was an assumption she made. I had every intention to tip her as I had a budget of $50. I used to be a waiter so I understand tipping very well. Furthermore, as a consumer I have a right to negotiate my price, especially considering the fact that other nail salons in the same area were offering discounts. Keep in mind, I was only asking for $1 discount bringing the total to $40. That wouldve left me with $10 to tip with if she had done a good job. Unfortunately she asked my daughter and I to leave after refusing to listen to me explain why I asked for the discount. We are not from this area and are not used to this type of treatment. I am very uset about the assumptions made about us at this place of business and will NEVER patronize them again. They might do good work but the customer service was terrible!

Best Nail Salon! Ive been going to Happy Nails for all most ten years now. Immediately walking in the door the staff make me feel like family, they always great all of their customers offering them drinks (glass of wine) my friends choice of drink. Lily has been doing my nails for most of the ten years I have been there, she also does my mothers and sisters nails too. While doing my nails she make sure Im happy with how my nails are looking, she knows Im very picky. I have never left unhappy from this Nail Salon, her husband make sure all of the clients are happy and helping keep the nail salon very neat and clean. I get the works done every time I go, never had a bad experience. This is a very popular salon so if you dont want to wait make an appointment! I always make an appointment with Lily or recently Vy (she is awesome to by the way), my entire office staff goes to Happy Nails now and plus five or more of my girlfriends. I highly recommend this Nail Salon, you wont leave with a bad experience.

They do a very good job on your nails, but the only thing is when I get rhinestones, it looks like they dont do rhinestones that often so I just get plain or ombre acrylic nails. Other than that they are very nice ladies and havent been to another nail salon.

The WORST place I have ever gone! I told them multiple times that they were to short and they kept saying Ill fix it and they kept going and at the end my nails were crooked and I told them they need to fix them or Im not paying and the told me they were going to call the cops!

I am 30 years old and have literally been coming here since the forth grade. They know me and many others by name. I get a big smile and Hello Sara. How are you? So kind and friendly. They remember how I like my toes and nails. Anytime I try a new place because im in a hurry im disappointed. They take their time and take pride in their skill. If you are not happy they will fix it.Now, because they are so popular if you come in 2 hours before they close and all the technicians are busy there is a good chance they will not have time to see you. I always call before I head up there to see how busy they are. Ive seen people get upset about this. but these women work 10 hours a day and just like you they want to leave on time and go home to their families. They work nonstop all day and for that I want to give a big THANK YOU to the lovely staff at HAPPY NAILS. ❤- Sara R.

I was satisfied with my nails for the most part, typical service, typical prices...nothing spectacular

I left this nail salon anything but happy. Before I arrived I called and asked how much dip nails and acrylics with gel cost and was told $35 for each different service. In the middle of my nails getting done my nail tech says this is going to be $45 ok? Well its a little too late to do anything at that point. It cost $5 extra for coffin shape, but the additional $5 I have no idea what that is about. She put on a completely different color than what I had picked out in the dip powder and when I picked out other colors she kept saying oh we dont have that color anymore or that color is going to be completely different that what the sample shows because theyre old. Ok if that is the case, dont display them. I picked out at least 5 different colors to be told they dont have them or the color will look completely different. Frustrated I now have no idea what color to pick since I cant have any of the 5 colors I had already picked. I asked for gel instead and she said it was $55. How is the price increasing $20 from when I called 15 minutes ago? As you can imagine this made me take longer to settle for a dip color. My nail tech then tells me I have a few minutes to pick a color or shes not going to finish my nails. I settle for a color I didnt even like and not to my surprise it was a totally different color once applied to my nails. Bottom line, I have never been so frustrated at a nail salon and to top it off my clear coat was smeared before I even made it out the door. I have gone to several different nail salons and this was a completely dissatisfactory experience. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere, you will not leave happy.

Do not go here! It used to be a good place to go, but NOT ANYMORE! I could write a book about how terrible my experience was today but I dont have time for that because I need to go get my nails redone somewhere else. In addition They rushed me for the next customer. WOW>

The lady was doing my nails and the color didnt come out right so she asked me to pick another one. After I choose one she was sanding down my nails with the original color that was applied and made my fingers bleed. My nails camw out looking fine but my fingers are constantly stinging and bleeding. Prior to the color not working out she wasnt rough but seemed to take her frustration on my hands.
