Above and beyond best pedicure in my life the lady did awesome and the pedicure same price from the man my feet were hard the very minute I got home and I get my feet done every 3 weeks my nails didnt even last 2 weeks and I tipped 7 dollars. I dont think Ill be back

This place needs WAY more than just four stars, this place is amazing! I came in here today after being ruined by VIP nails and spa only to be treated with such kindness and have their error fixed. All ladies know how important eyebrows are and how they frame your face so when somebody ruins them it’s almost hard not to cry. I came in here with a good chunk of my eyebrow missing and Tram did her best and did such a wonderful job to fix somebody else’s error. After fixing my eyebrows I asked her if she would wax the rest of my face, she did such an amazing job I will definitely be coming back! 10/10 RECOMMEND! THANK YOU TRAM, you’re a literal life saver!

😐not impressed at all ...we did not feel welcomed and my nail tech did not do a good job on my polish. I already had to get them re-polished the next day...my daughters tech was nervous while doing her nails....he was shaking😳...we are not stereotypical loud and rude women...we just wanted a service done right...epic fail.....we will go back to our original location in east Fort Worth from now on...

Went for the first time yesterday for their happy hour special $40....Will not ever go back. They charge extra for everything. $5 for callous removal $5 extra for gel polish removal for feet and another $5 for fingers. The paint job on my nails is so bad that I am having to go back to my normal salon today to have them re-done, which will cost me more money. And when I told them I needed 2 nails fixed so they wouldnt tear off, they completely ignored me.

They stayed late to finish with my niece without complaining. They did an awesome job

Its a hit or miss at this nail salon.Their special of $35 for a pedicure and manicure went up to $40 which is understandable considering how many businesses lost revenue during the covid19 closures. I like the fact that they give you both a foot and hand massage and offer you something to drink but, besides that I have to say that my experience from the last time I was here in March was not on par. The nail technician cut to far in my foot cuticles and I have some small cuts that hurt 😣. My nail polish was decent minus the minor smudging on my left thumb. Do be *aware* you will need to be wearing a face mask. They offer some inside for $1.I dont believe I will be back.Will update if I decide to try this place out again in the future.I also attached a photo of their prices.Mon June 22, 2020

Brought my, 1 week away from being, 3 year old daughter for her first pedicure. They were amazing! The lady was super patient with her. It may only be $12 for the kids pedicure but I’ll tip over 100% because of how patient and good they were with her!

My time here was amazing. The greater was pleasant. The building was spacious and clean. The other staff was welcoming. I’ve been on the hunt for a walk-in nail spa to get all in one services(typically mani/pedi & brows). Kimberly did a thoroughly amazing job on my feet. She was patient, knowledgable and made me feel welcome.The young lady on my nails was great as well. I would recommend this place.

This place is amazing!! I thought their Covid Protocols were great. Every one was super friendly. I made the mistake of picking a color that was too clear for my liking and they were happy to redo the hand that had already been done and helped me pick a new one!I went for a dip manicure and it looks awesome! Often dip is really thick but this one is not. They also use a clear coat that doesnt require the UV light which is a first for me.I live in Colorado but have to come to Fort Worth for work often so I will definitely be back!

I loved this place until my bf and I got pedicures last weekend the lady took out some old clippers and then just threw them back in the drawer after using them with me she also got a towel from a drawer to dry my feet and also just folded it back into the drawer. Now both my boyfriend and I have infections on our toes.

Update: Lisa is my new favorite! She was amazing I will be making appointments with her from here on out. I normally walk in, but I want to for sure have Lisa from now on!love this place. I have been twice now and Trish has done my nails both times, and both times I have left a happy customer!! It is such a relaxing atmosphere. First time I got some black gel dipped coffin shape acrylics. This time I just had them dip my real nails. Love this place.

HORRIBLE JOB I HATED MY NAILS. I asked for acrylic & they just painted my nails. They said they would re-do it for free, but I kindly declined, I just wanted a refund & they said they had to talk to the manager & get back to me. They never called me back so I called again & they said they were not giving me a refund. & that if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay. So, why tell me you’ll fix my nails for free but then when I ask for a refund, all of a sudden I have to pay. NEVER coming here again. Lack of communication & English

John did my 4yr daughter pedicure she had a such a good time she felt very pampered. He talked to her introduce himself, made sure she was comfortable and met all her needs. Overall she had such a GREAT service ! The best experience I’ve had taking my daughter. Other nails spas I went to that just paint her toes she got to soap her feet in the water, foot massage and all! WOW

Trish is probably by far my favorite nail tech. she always does amazing sets for me and is super friendly. jon is also super amazing and is great at pedicures! this is my favorite place to go and i’ll forever keep coming back! thank you guys for doing such an amazing job.

I normally don’t review, this is actually my first time but my experience was so terrible I felt that it was necessary. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding and although the staff was very pleasant the owner, Tracy, did the worst job I have ever seen. She ripped the almost dried tips off my nails to reglue them which ripped my skin. The tips were glued on completely lopsided. The dip was bumpy, clumpy and looked like this was her first time. She didn’t touch my cuticles and over all they looked HORRIBLE! I went back thirty minutes later to have her fix them and she blamed me for having bad cuticles and tried to charge me extra to have her fix them! WORST WORST WORST! Do not let Tracy touch your hands!

This place is amazing. John and Karla are the best. I highly recommend them. Wendy does great pedicures. No place is perfect and they have their bad days where they might be short on help or its just super busy...but they do their best and are polite. I will continue business at this place.

Finger still hurts from a pinch with the cuticle clippers on my left hand, or I wouldnt be writing this. Her response was I didnt cut it!. I asked for my toenails to be cut, and they didnt, so I have to work the weekend with painfully long(still) toenails. I asked that my fingernails NOT be shortened any more and she ground them down to where they are too short. Its a shame, because they have some talented men who work there, but as this is the second time this nail tech has hurt me, I dont feel safe going back. Lack of listening to me regarding my wishes from either tech just reinforced my feelings.

I went and signed in on the paper they have you fill out stating what you want. I checked the box that said $25 full set. I wanted just a regular set of acrylics with normal polish because I like having the natural look after the polish comes off. I go to the shelf and look at the polishes and one of the employees directs me to a different shelf of nail colors. I pick one and let them know which One I chose. While the guy was doing my nails he made two of my fingers bleed. Then when it came time to check out he told me my total was $40. I stayed that I had checked off the $25 full set and that I WANTED regular polish. And all he said was “no $40 for the powder nails” and “sorry”. They still made me pay for something I didn’t even want done. I will not be going back here

Very expensive the young girl that did my nails was awesome but the old lady that did my feet was rude and the charge an extra $5 for everything like coffin shape $5. Tips on my toes was $15 because to change the color is $10 and a tip is $5. The old bag that runs the front after charging me $65 she came out to my car saying I needed to pay an extra $5. I will never go back

I Love John’s work! He is quick, my dip nails last 4 weeks and he is pleasant to talk with. I could actually go longer without getting my nails done except for that my nails grow so fast. I can’t speak about other techs because i only go to him now, but he is s five star tech!

Horrible experience. A waste of time and money. I wont be back. This is the second time Ive been here. Today I went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre at best. The guy who was doing my nails had to keep getting up and helping others and it took way longer than it should have. One of the girls had to have her client passed off to someone else because she was in the back throwing up and you could hear it in the front. Im not sure if she was sick or hungover. She drank some water and stayed. When it finally came time for my fill, the guy told me he had to take all my nails off. I did have a couple broken nails but I just had the set put on two weeks ago. I wasnt happy at all. Again, he kept getting up and it took me forever. They proceeded to charge me the price for a new set (which I didnt ask for) and a pedicure. The new set was sloppy and I had to come home and file my nails and clean them up myself. I didnt have the opportunity to say I didnt want a new set as he cut my nails before I could even object. I wasted over three hours here on something that should have taken half the time. I DO NOT recommend this place and I will NOT be back.

I didnt get the name of the woman who started my nails but she was using equipment with the name Tony on them, so Im going to assume this was her name. I came in Sunday evening with my friend and we both tried dipped nails for the first time, we had completely opposite experiences. Tony was really sloppy when she applied the nail polish on and left it all over my skin and cuticles. Then she left to finish another womans nails and had me wait to complete the services. Her husband started to file down my nails and realized how sloppy she was and was pinching and pushing my cuticles back. After that he grinned down all the excess polish and managed to cut 5 fingers in the process, one of them pretty bad and I told him to leave that one alone but he insisted. My fingers are cut up the nails are uneven, misshaped, have bubbles and still very rough. The over all service was very bad but they still charged me full price. Im a fairly nice person and with several people there I wasnt going to cause a scene. Today my fingers hurt a lot so I called for a refund a young woman said she would call me back after speaking with a manager and after an hour of waiting I called back. The woman who answered this time was named Tracey, she was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. Terrible experience I only recommend this place to the devil as an idea for hell on earth!

First and last time going here. I wanted matte dip natural nails. Nothing special. Its been maybe a week and I had two fingers pop off already. It was not worth $45 that I spent. I go somewhere else and they charge $35 and they have never popped off before. Plus they were sorta disorganized and rude.

Thank goodness my nails are strong and grow quickly, so my hands can bounce back soon after being butchered here. I thought I would give them a chance, so I stopped in for a quick manicure.First, the woman who did my nails spoke so little English that she didnt understand the first TWO times I asked her to shape my nails rounded instead of square. As she shaped my nails, she shredded the tips and didnt even smooth them out before she applied the polish. Also, she didnt even shape them evenly. After shaping my nails, she took cuticle scissors to my fingers. I had NO problems when I went in, but she proceeded to trim around each nail - even though there was NOTHING to trim. Even worse, I now have open wounds where she cut me and made me bleed. Finally, the polish application is terrible! Its messy, and i pointed out a couple of mistakes while I was there. I could have done just as good myself (which isnt saying much).Although there seems to be a couple of nail techs there who seem competent, I WILL NOT return. I love my hands too much.

Ive been to multiple nail salons in the fort worth area and this one is by far the best. Atmosphere is wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair. They do wonderful work and make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They have no doubt earned my loyalty.

I have since moved however, any chance I get to make the drive to go see them, I do! They are always amazing! The technicians remember me and are super friendly. They listen to my requests and they genuinely seem happy to do what they do! The overall experience is the best Ive ever had!

Do not recommend at all, I had 2 different women work on my nails and both managed to glue their fingers to mine and one of them broke skin and made me bleed. They were very rough while doing my nails, one of them even acknowledged that I was uncomfortable but she didnt change how she was going about my nails. My nails started off at a medium length but she kept cutting them and filing them that by the time she was done they were literally the length of my actual nail( which I asked them to trim but she spoke very little English so she didnt understand any of my requests). An hour after getting my nails done one of them cracks and my nails began separating from the acrylic nail almost immediately which is ridiculous and 2 days later one breaks off... if youre looking to get nails that will last and are durable this is not the place to go to to get them done.

Great calm atmosphere! The prices are reasonable, all the ladies are very nice, and they dont make you feel rushed at all. My husband got his first mani/pedi and he highly enjoyed the massaging and how he felt so clean and neat after. My manicure was great; the nail file was a little coarse for my thin nails so Ill probably request a different file next time. I dont blame my tech for the slight uneven color because the light color polish I chose was more opaque and hard to work with. We paid $15 each for a basic manicure, so trimming, filing, cuticle trim, light buffing, and base coat/polish/top coat for me, plus an awesome arm and hand massage. His pedicure, Make Me A Star was $35, and a slight upgrade from the basic $25 pedi. It basically includes all the maintenance plus hot towel and callus removal. I will definitely be back in for a dip manicure, which starts at $35, a very good price!Edit: I have been here twice since my original review, both times for dip nails. Tim is so great and does an amazing job! He is my go to person now :)

I have made visits to other salons before and actually found this place on accident. I am so glad that I did because the quality in shape and how well done my nails were when I left. They really excel in their customer service and quality in nails. I am extremely happy with my experience here. Im going to be leaving my former salon and continue to make the 20+ minute drive to this salon. WORTH IT!

Ive been going to Karla for several months after I randomly had her assigned once to do my pedi. She actually trims the insides and outsides of the big toe nails to prevent ingrown nails. It seems most of the time that isnt done and I end up trying it on my own (and cant do nearly as good of a job or bend in half!) When she does my pedi regularly, no ingrowns and she is very careful to ask if anything hurts. Also, I love her massage, as she massages slowly and firmly/deeply rather than fast and light or just massaging one area over and over. Prices very reasonable and nice atmosphere.

Bad business!! I went a week or so ago & they had nobody there. She called the owner to see if he would come back and she told me it’ll be a 40 min wait. Then I went back today to see if they could drill the gel polish off my nails (that were done somewhere else) she told me total cost was $35 to fix one nail, drill the gel polish off, and put new gel polish on (which she stated was $25 individually) when I stated I didn’t want new gel the price went from $10 to $15 to fix the nail/drill the polish. The money didn’t matter but don’t make the price of the service higher because I don’t want new polish. It should have been $10. I’d wanted to try it there but both times I tried I was not impressed whatsoever.

Ive gotten both levels of service here, downright excellent and eh. Its never been terrible, just some times a tiny bit lacking. Today, for example, it wasnt bad, just wasnt as great as it normally is. Theres quite a bit surrounding the edges that wasnt cleaned off and the nail polish looks bumpy for some reason. It also didnt keep its shine, although Ive noticed it does that when it isnt allowed to dry sufficiently and the lady that helped me today only had my nails going through once (at the end she had me do them 3xs a piece but I think it was too little, too late).

Love this place! John is the best at knowing just how to do my nails! Unfortunately I have moved to Granbury, but will be making appointments with him when I know I will be in the Fort Worth area. Great customer service ! Hope to see yall soon !

I have got a toe fungus or infection or something from this place, Ive never been a big getting my feet done type of person because Ive always been insecure about my toes, but within the last year Ive grown into em started to love my toes. Ive never had a problem with my toes/toenails until I started going here.. both of my big toes have completely came off of my toe, but before they came they were yellow, they had an itchy feeling to them & were starting to brown, I tried to buy fungi ointment which I thought would work but I see that it didnt. I dont recommend this place at all. Im back to an uncomfortable place with my feet.. I could post pictures of my toes I would.

Dont go there, they did not do a good job, I didnt get the lady name but my cuticles were not trim correctly on my hands and feet. She forgot to do oneof my finger, until i showed her. They could not give me a real receipt the services

Terrible service, multiple people asking for the water to be hotter, Ive been waiting with lukewarm water for over 20 minutes and my pedicure hasnt started, and they havent even turned the water on.Massage chairs are old and noisy, not even good pressure.Dont waste your money here, go to a quality nail place.

They use tub liners now. Thats a plus. Complementary drink soda or wine or water. Techs are friendly owners speak in another language and seems to yell at employees you can tell due to the techs start hurrying jumping to do what they were told. Thays off putting. I feel sorry for the techs.

This place seemed nice and at first tgey were totally rushing us because we had never gotten our nails done so we needed explaining. The person who did my sisters nails did a good job she took her time but my person rushed and did it really fast a third of my nail didnt even have nail polish.After a couple of days my nail polish chipped off. Super expencive.

Been there 4 times. Services are relatively expensive--which I wouldnt mind if the service was great. My 10 years old daughter and I visited before the xmas holidays and spent over 130 dollars plus tip. She got a basic mani-pedi, and I got a basic mani-pedi with shellac on my hands. My shellac was lifting off my fingers in chunks within 3 days. I might as well saved that extra 30-35 bucks and went with basic nail polish. My daughters nail polish was chipping as well. What a disappointment. The first-time I visited; I was pleased with the pedicure. The last few times were a big disappointment. Some of the techs are good, but some are more concerned with hurrying the job to get to their favorite customers.
