Very money hungry people. They dont care about the people that live there, they just care about the money. Probably why there is nobody that lives there and there is always extra rooms available because people would rather sleep on the street than live there. The people that work there have no idea what the policies are too so they end up scamming you out of hundrands of dollars. I wouldnt go there even if I had nowhere else. Not the workers fault or anything bc they are nice and honestly dont know, but the management needs to train them better. The management is subpar to say the least. Very bad experience.

Ive loved living here! The location is good and everyone is very friendly, plus its really nice to have two fridges, free laundry, and the couches arent half bad either. Ive never had an issue with wifi and the price is good. Would very much recommend living here!

Brooklyn is absolutely awesome! Our manager is awesome! Shes so friendly and looks out for all of the girls here. The maintenance crew is really on top of things too. Theyre able to fix any issue within a day or two of submitting the issue. The free laundry room is such a blessing to have too! Recently, the apartments have been updated to have a modern feel, which makes it comfy and almost like home. Theres plenty of space for everyone to live comfortably and the wards are social and friendly too!

Ive loved living at Brooklyn. Everyone is so nice. And it really feels like a home. I love the management and the apartments are so comfortable and not far from campus. We get free laundry which is really great. There is a lot of room and we have two fridges, which has made life wonderful. Its really a great place to live.

I have been at Brooklyn for several semesters now and love it here! You couldnt ask for a better group of girls. In general everyone seems to be outgoing, kind, fun, and they maintain high standards. The management is very helpful and you get a good quality apartment for the price.

I have lived in the Brooklyn Apartments for about two years now, and I have loved it. First off, I love the location of the complex. There are plenty of places to eat nearby that you can walk to and there is a grocery store within walking distance for those that dont have cars. The managers have always been extremely kind and helpful if you have any questions. Honestly, the only thing I wish was different was to have more fridge space, since there are six girls. Other than that its a great place to live, and really affordable!

I love Brooklyn! I moved in right when they were changing managers, and Im absolutely grateful for Sierra and Stuart! They really care about their tenants and are very understanding people. They always make sure that any problems are fixed right away and that were taken care of :)

The management is amazing! They work with you with all your needs. If anything goes wrong in the apartment, you put in a maintenance request and it gets fixed so quickly. Other people Ive talked to who have housing through Rexburg housing have had some things broken in their apartment for over a month. At Brooklyn, things are fixed within a day or so. It is super cheap and it is a great deal. The lounge is always clean. The laundry is free. It is a good bang for your buck. Plus the people are so nice that live here.

This is a great apartment complex. The service is so good that when theres something that needs to be fixed, you just have to send a maintenance request and they will come to fix it the same day. This apartments are super affordable and the rooms and facilities are great quality. The internet is great and also they have heating systems that act separately in each room.

I have loved living here! The manager, girls, and ward are Amazing! The price is super low and you get two fridges, free laundry, and two bathrooms. I wish I would have found this place sooner!!!

The parking here is ridiculous. There are only 2, very faded signs that indicate visitor parking, and theyre outdated, not to mention they dont follow the sectional approach of other building compounds like Rexburg Housing. Ive dated people who have lived here, and the apartments are incredibly crumby for their price. To top that off, your friends who come to visit your tiny apartment will likely get booted one day for parking in what they thought was visitor parking, because the management hasnt clearly labeled their visitor parking (because there hardly is any). We were visiting for around 15 minutes for my birthday, and the towing company that they have hired was waiting in the parking lot, and unreasonable regarding the condition of the visitor parking signs. I would give this a lower rating if i could, and i cant believe that people would want to live with a setup like that.

The manager is not enjoyable to work with. Her office hours are only for five hours in the middle of the day. She gives discounts to employees who write good reviews on here. Ive received random charges for damages that were never there and maintenance that was never done. The wifi constantly is down, actually failed exams because the internet would crash. They claim to be fixing it but its worse than last semester. There are not enough washers and dryers for the complex and the machines stop working randomly. These drying machines also get so hot they melt or will burn your clothes. Lint screens are rarely or ever cleaned, which can lead to dryer fires. Will be looking for new housing, they are upping the costs $100+.

One WiFi router for the whole place....yeah, the internet crashes a lot. For what you pay, it is pretty decent. The best part is that your bathroom is actually kinda big and theres a ton of counter space. Also, we have a TV with cable in the apartment, so thats nice, too. Not all the walls are plain white, so you dont get bored with the monotony of an all white apartment. Great ward, great people. Just wish there was more than one router.

These are really good apartments for their price (which is on the cheaper side). The location is prime, as it is located in the middle of campus, so the walks to the north or south side of campus would not be as extreme. It is located near restaurants like Subway and Casa de Ochoa, Cafe Rio and it is near other places like Porter Park, Hemming Village and Broulims. The apartments themselves are a little older but the utilities are good, the kitchen is a decent sized area, theres a tv with an HDMI cable (which I enjoy massively), two bathrooms and showers (for which I am grateful) and decently sized bedrooms. There is a warm atmosphere about the place, the manager is friendly and accommodating, the girls are generally nice and kind and the ward is wonderful. It has been an awesome stay here thus far and I highly recommend this place.
